## Pricing

from $2.50 / 1,000 job results

This Actor is paid per event. You are not charged for the Apify platform usage, but only a fixed price for specific events.
Since this Actor supports Apify Store discounts, the price gets lower the higher subscription plan you have.

## What's an Apify Actor?

An Actor is a serverless cloud program that runs on the Apify platform. It has two run modes.
In Batch mode, an Actor accepts a well-defined JSON input, performs an action which can take anything from a few seconds to a few hours,
and optionally produces a well-defined JSON output, datasets with results, or files in key-value store.
In Standby mode, an Actor provides a web server which can be used as a website, API, or an MCP server.

Apify vocabulary and the platform model are defined once, in the agent quickstart at https://apify.com/agents.md.

## How to integrate an Actor?

If asked about integration, you help developers integrate Actors into their projects.
You adapt to their stack and deliver integrations that are safe, well-documented, and production-ready.

Do not guess an integration path. Every one of them is in the agent quickstart at https://apify.com/agents.md: the Apify MCP server, Agent Skills with the Apify CLI, the JavaScript and Python clients, the REST API, and the account-free path for an agent with no human to sign in. It also carries the rule on stating cost before the first paid run.

For examples already wired to this Actor's own input schema, see the [API](#api) section below.

Each client library has reference documentation the quickstart does not restate: [JavaScript/TypeScript](https://docs.apify.com/api/client/js/docs.md) (`npm install apify-client`) and [Python](https://docs.apify.com/api/client/python/docs.md) (`pip install apify-client`).

# README

## Career Site Job Search

Search the newest jobs from 25,000+ companies' own career sites at once: every company we know of whose jobs run on **Greenhouse, Lever, Ashby, Workday, SmartRecruiters, Workable, Recruitee, Personio or BambooHR**. Filter by job title, location, remote, seniority, job function and pay, and get the same clean fields for every job.

You don't need a list of companies, a login or a proxy.

### Use it to

- Get a daily feed of new roles that match a search, like "senior data engineer, remote"
- See which companies are hiring for a role right now, for sales prospecting, recruiting or market research
- Give an AI agent or a job board fresh postings straight from employers' own career sites

### Input

Every filter is optional. With none, you get the newest jobs from every company.

| Field | What it does |
|---|---|
| Posted within | Last 24 hours, 3 days or 7 days |
| Job title contains any of | `data engineer`, `product designer`... (not case sensitive) |
| Leave out titles with | `intern`, `contract`... |
| Location contains any of | `London`, `Remote`, `United States`... |
| Leave out locations | Leaves a job out only when every place it's offered in matches |
| Workplace type | Remote, hybrid or on-site |
| Seniority | Intern, entry, senior, lead, manager, director, executive (read from the title) |
| Job function | Engineering, data, sales, marketing, product, design and more |
| Only these companies / Leave out companies | Match the company or job board name (`Lyra Health` also finds `lyrahealth`) |
| Job board platforms | Greenhouse, Lever, Ashby, Workday, SmartRecruiters, Workable, Recruitee, Personio, BambooHR |
| Only jobs that show pay | Jobs whose board or description states pay |
| Include the job description | Read live from each job's own board |
| Only new jobs (feed name) | Each run outputs only jobs it hasn't output before under this name. Jobs the index finds a few days after they were posted (Workday sites are read every 3 days) still come through, once |
| Max results | Newest first |

```json
{
    "postedWithin": "24h",
    "titleKeywords": ["data engineer", "analytics engineer"],
    "workplaceTypes": ["remote"],
    "seniorityLevels": ["senior", "lead"],
    "feedName": "remote-data-roles",
    "maxResults": 200
}
```

Run that every morning on a schedule and you get only the roles that are new since yesterday.

### Output

Each job has the same fields as the single-company scrapers:

| Field | Description |
|---|---|
| `company`, `title`, `location`, `allLocations`, `country` | As the employer lists them |
| `workplaceType`, `employmentType` | `remote` / `hybrid` / `onsite`, `full-time` / `part-time` / `contract` / `internship` / `temporary` |
| `seniority`, `jobFunction` | Read from the job title (then department or team) |
| `department`, `team` | Where the board has them |
| `salary`, `salaryText` | Pay from the board, or stated in the job description |
| `postedAt` | When the employer posted it |
| `firstSeenAt` | When the index first saw it |
| `url`, `applyUrl` | The job page and the application page |
| `platform`, `board`, `jobId` | Where the job comes from |
| `checkedAt` | When the job's board was last read |
| `description` | Plain text, when you ask for it |

### How fresh it is

- Greenhouse, Lever and Ashby boards are read every 6 hours; SmartRecruiters, Workable, Recruitee, Personio and BambooHR every 12 hours; Workday careers sites every 3 days.
- A job counts as posted when its board says it was. When a board doesn't say, it's when the job first appeared in the index.
- Jobs that close drop out at their board's next read. The index keeps the last 7 days of new jobs.

### Good to know

- Coverage is every company we've found on these nine platforms, found through Common Crawl's public web index and checked regularly. Missing a company? Use [the multi-platform jobs scraper](https://apify.com/novasphere26/ats-jobs-feed) with its job board link or website.
- Job aggregators that repost other companies' jobs are left out, so results come from the employers themselves.
- Not affiliated with or endorsed by Greenhouse, Lever, Ashby, Workday, SmartRecruiters, Workable, Recruitee, Personio or BambooHR. Their names only say which job boards this reads.
- Only public job-board data is read. Job descriptions are the employer's text; respect each employer's terms if you republish them.

# Actor input Schema

## `postedWithin` (type: `string`):

How recent the jobs should be. A job counts from when its board first listed it.

## `titleKeywords` (type: `array`):

Keep jobs whose title contains at least one of these words or phrases (not case sensitive). Example: data engineer, product designer.

## `excludeTitleKeywords` (type: `array`):

Drop jobs whose title contains any of these. Example: intern, manager.

## `locationKeywords` (type: `array`):

Keep jobs where any listed location contains one of these. Example: London, Sydney, United States.

## `excludeLocationKeywords` (type: `array`):

Leave out jobs whose every location contains one of these. A job offered in London or remotely in the US stays when you leave out London.

## `workplaceTypes` (type: `array`):

Keep only these workplace types. Jobs whose board doesn't say are left out when this is set.

## `seniorityLevels` (type: `array`):

Keep jobs at these levels, read from the job title. Titles that don't say a level are left out when this is set.

## `jobFunctions` (type: `array`):

Keep jobs in these areas, read from the job title, then the department or team.

## `companies` (type: `array`):

Keep jobs from companies whose name (or job board name) contains one of these. Example: stripe, nvidia.

## `excludeCompanies` (type: `array`):

Leave out companies whose name (or job board name) contains one of these, for example your own company or clients.

## `platforms` (type: `array`):

Only jobs from these platforms. Leave empty for all.

## `onlyWithSalary` (type: `boolean`):

Keep only jobs whose board or description states pay.

## `includeDescription` (type: `boolean`):

Add the full job description as plain text, read live from each job's own board. Slower, and each result is much larger.

## `feedName` (type: `string`):

Give the search a name to output only jobs it hasn't output before under that name, for example on a daily schedule. Leave empty to output everything that matches.

## `maxResults` (type: `integer`):

Output at most this many jobs, newest first.
