- Find a company's Workday careers site from its name or website, no link needed. When a company has several sites, the main one is used and the run summary lists the others.
- Big Workday sites are read much faster: they're split by the filter that needs the fewest searches (states rather than thousands of stores), split again where a part is still too big, and read three searches at a time.
- Better seniority and job function: a product or program manager no longer counts as a people manager, and titles like "Head of Product Sales" count as sales.
