## Global Food Security Intelligence

Real-time aggregation of food safety, trade, and agricultural production data from 5 international government and institutional APIs with composite food security risk scoring (0-100).

### Purpose

This Actor analyzes food security and safety by combining data from:
- **FDA Food Enforcement** - Class I recalls in the last 90 days (public domain)
- **USDA FoodData Central** - Nutrition database and food records (public domain)
- **FAO (Food and Agriculture Organization)** - Food security and production indicators (CC-BY 4.0)
- **UN Comtrade** - Food trade statistics by HS code (CC-BY 3.0 IGO)
- **World Bank Open Data** - Agricultural production indices (CC-BY 4.0)

Produces a single **Food Security Risk Score (0-100)** combining:
1. Historical Recall Frequency (Class I last 90 days)
2. Trade/Supply Chain Data (import value and dependencies)
3. Agricultural Production Capacity (production index trend)
