- App Store reviews from Apple's public customer-reviews feed (up to about 500 most recent per country) and Google Play reviews from the public web endpoints, in one schema.
- Apps can be given as an App Store id or URL, an app name (App Store search), a Google Play package id or URL; many countries (and Google Play languages) per run.
- Monitor mode returns only reviews not seen before, per app and country.
- Free summary row per app and country: store rating, average of the reviews, rating distribution, reviews by version, share of 1-2 star reviews.
