- First version.
- Reads the official ClinicalTrials.gov API v2 (`/api/v2/studies`), only the fields it needs (no contacts, no descriptions), politely: one request at a time, about 1.3 seconds apart, retries on 429 and 5xx.
- Input: search terms, conditions, sponsors, NCT IDs (up to 2,000), phases, statuses, countries, look-back days, maximum studies.
- Mode "monitor": snapshot of the tracked studies in a named key-value store (gzip JSON). From the second run only changed and new studies are returned, with a field-level diff of overall status (and why stopped), phase, enrollment, primary and overall completion dates, locations added or removed, results posted, lead sponsor and collaborators, arms and interventions. Tracked studies are read by NCT ID, so a study that left your filters is still reported.
- Mode "recent updates": studies updated in the last N days that match the filters, newest first.
- Every row: NCT ID, title, sponsor, phase, status, key dates and the ClinicalTrials.gov link. `includeUnchanged` is off by default and prefilled on.
- Pay per event: `study-returned` at $0.002. Error rows and "no results" rows are free.
