- Filters: company names (fuzzy), issuing office (names or abbreviations such as CDER, CDRH), subject keywords, letter date window (default last 30 days), max results.
- Output: company, issuing office, letter date and posted date, subject, product type (from the letter page, else the issuing office, else the subject line), response letter and close-out letter flags with dates and links, the letter link, the first 800 characters of the letter text and the 21 CFR references the letter cites.
- Follows fda.gov's robots.txt: one request at a time, 30 seconds apart (its Crawl-delay for crawlers without their own entry).
- Pay per event: `letter-returned` at $0.003. Info rows, error rows and the "no results" row are free.
