- US Federal Register documents from the official API (`documents.json`, `agencies.json`). No key needed.
- Filters: search terms, agencies (names, abbreviations or slugs), document types (rule, proposed rule, notice, presidential document), CFR title or part, significant documents only, publication date window (default last 7 days) and comment period open only.
- Output: document number, title, type, agencies, publication date, effective date, comment deadline (and whether the comment period is still open), CFR references, significant flag, abstract, HTML and PDF links, docket IDs and the Regulations.gov link when present.
- Monitor mode: a list of returned document numbers in a named key-value store; the first run saves a baseline, later runs return only documents not seen before.
- Pay per event: `document-returned` at $0.001. Info rows, error rows and the "no results" row are free.
