- First version.
- Watchlist of up to 2,000 UK companies (numbers, or names resolved with the Companies House search) from the official Companies House Public Data API.
- Snapshots of officers, persons with significant control (PSCs), registered office, company status and name, accounts and confirmation statement overdue flags and watched filings, kept in a named key-value store, one record per company.
- The first check of a company returns a "baseline saved" row. Later checks return only changes: officer appointed or resigned, PSC added or ceased, nature of control changed, registered office changed, status changed (for example active to liquidation), name changed, accounts or confirmation statement overdue, and new accounts, confirmation statement or charges filings.
- `includeUnchanged` (off by default, prefilled on in the example input) also returns a row for companies with no changes.
- Data minimisation: only what Companies House publishes. Officer month and year of birth are saved only when asked for; no days of birth, addresses, nationalities or occupations are stored or returned.
- Follows the documented rate limit of 600 requests per 5 minutes; waits and retries on HTTP 429. About 4 requests per company.
- API key as an encrypted input field or the `COMPANIES_HOUSE_API_KEY` environment variable. Without a key: one explanation row plus 3 clearly marked sample rows (free).
- Pay per event: `company-checked` at $0.002 for every company checked successfully, with or without a row. Info rows, error rows, companies that could not be checked and sample data are free.
