- WARN Act layoff and closure notices from 12 official state sources: California (EDD XLSX), Colorado (CDLE Google Sheets), Florida (FloridaCommerce), Indiana (DWD), Iowa (IWD XLSX), Maryland (Labor), Oregon (HECC), South Dakota (DLR), Texas (TWC XLSX, with TWC's data.texas.gov dataset as fallback), Utah (DWS), Virginia (Virginia Works CSV), Washington (ESD).
- One normalised row per notice: company, normalised company, address, city, county, region, employees affected, notice and effective dates, type (closure / layoff / relocation / other), permanent, industry, source name and URL, `sourceRowHash` for de-duplication.
- `previousNotices12m` and the latest five earlier notices of the same normalised company, across all states read.
- Filters: states, notice date range (default last 30 days), company name, city/county, minimum employees, maximum results.
- Each state is read independently; a state that is down or changed format gets one free info row and never fails the run.
- Pay per event: `notice-returned` at $0.002. Info rows are free.
