## Pricing

from $0.70 / 1,000 jobs

This Actor is paid per event. You are not charged for the Apify platform usage, but only a fixed price for specific events.
Since this Actor supports Apify Store discounts, the price gets lower the higher subscription plan you have.

## What's an Apify Actor?

An Actor is a serverless cloud program that runs on the Apify platform. It has two run modes.
In Batch mode, an Actor accepts a well-defined JSON input, performs an action which can take anything from a few seconds to a few hours,
and optionally produces a well-defined JSON output, datasets with results, or files in key-value store.
In Standby mode, an Actor provides a web server which can be used as a website, API, or an MCP server.

Apify vocabulary and the platform model are defined once, in the agent quickstart at https://apify.com/agents.md.

## How to integrate an Actor?

If asked about integration, you help developers integrate Actors into their projects.
You adapt to their stack and deliver integrations that are safe, well-documented, and production-ready.

Do not guess an integration path. Every one of them is in the agent quickstart at https://apify.com/agents.md: the Apify MCP server, Agent Skills with the Apify CLI, the JavaScript and Python clients, the REST API, and the account-free path for an agent with no human to sign in. It also carries the rule on stating cost before the first paid run.

For examples already wired to this Actor's own input schema, see the [API](#api) section below.

Each client library has reference documentation the quickstart does not restate: [JavaScript/TypeScript](https://docs.apify.com/api/client/js/docs.md) (`npm install apify-client`) and [Python](https://docs.apify.com/api/client/python/docs.md) (`pip install apify-client`).

# README

## ATS Jobs Scraper - Greenhouse, Lever, Ashby, Workday & more

**Get live job postings straight from company career boards, in one clean format.** Paste career page URLs or company names; the Actor finds the applicant tracking system behind them and pulls every open role, with salaries where the company publishes them.

**Supported ATS:** Greenhouse · Lever · Ashby · Workday · Workable · SmartRecruiters · Recruitee · Personio

✅ One schema for 8 ATS platforms   ✅ Auto-detects the ATS from a careers URL or name   ✅ Salary ranges (Ashby, Lever, Recruitee)   ✅ New-jobs-only monitoring   ✅ No proxy, no login, so it's fast and cheap ($1 per 1,000 jobs)

### What can you use it for?

- **Job boards and aggregators**: fill your board with fresh, direct-from-employer postings
- **Sales intelligence**: hiring is a buying signal; spot companies hiring for "data engineer" or "RevOps" and reach out
- **Recruiters and agencies**: watch target companies and get alerted to new roles daily
- **Market and salary research**: compare roles, locations and pay bands across companies
- **Job seekers**: track your dream companies without checking 30 career pages

### Quick start

Click **Start** with the prefilled input: it pulls up to 25 open roles each from Figma (Greenhouse), Palantir (Lever) and Ramp (auto-detected Ashby) in under a minute for under **$0.08**. Then paste your own companies.

### How to use it

1. Add companies in any form:
   - careers page: `https://stripe.com/jobs`
   - ATS board: `https://jobs.lever.co/palantir`, `https://nvidia.wd5.myworkdayjobs.com/NVIDIAExternalCareerSite`
   - shorthand: `greenhouse:figma`, `ashby:ramp`
   - plain name: `ramp` (tries each ATS and keeps the one with jobs)
2. Optional filters: **title keywords**, **excluded words**, **locations**, **remote only**.
3. For alerts, switch on **Only new jobs since last run** and schedule it daily.
4. Click **Start** and export JSON, CSV or Excel, or use the API.

#### Input example

```json
{
  "companies": ["https://stripe.com/jobs", "https://jobs.lever.co/palantir", "ramp", "https://nvidia.wd5.myworkdayjobs.com/NVIDIAExternalCareerSite"],
  "titleKeywords": ["engineer", "data"],
  "locations": ["London", "Remote"],
  "onlyNewJobs": true
}
```

### Output

```json
{
  "company": "ramp",
  "ats": "ashby",
  "jobId": "34413f8d-26bf-4bbc-8ade-eb309a0e2245",
  "title": "Security Engineer, Cloud",
  "department": "Engineering",
  "team": "Backend",
  "location": "New York, NY (HQ)",
  "remote": true,
  "workplaceType": "Hybrid",
  "employmentType": "FullTime",
  "salaryMin": 211400,
  "salaryMax": 290600,
  "salaryCurrency": "USD",
  "salaryInterval": "1 YEAR",
  "postedAt": "2026-04-07T17:12:00+00:00",
  "url": "https://jobs.ashbyhq.com/ramp/34413f8d-...",
  "applyUrl": "https://jobs.ashbyhq.com/ramp/34413f8d-.../application",
  "description": "ABOUT RAMP ..."
}
```

### How much does it cost?

**$1.00 per 1,000 jobs**, nothing else (no compute or proxy surcharge). Companies with no matching jobs cost nothing, and in new-jobs-only mode you only pay for new postings. Paid Apify plans get Store discounts automatically:

| Apify plan | Price per 1,000 jobs |
|---|---|
| Free | $1.00 |
| Starter (Bronze) | $0.90 |
| Scale (Silver) | $0.80 |
| Business (Gold) | $0.70 |

**Examples:** 50 companies, about 4,000 open roles = **$4**. Daily alert run over the same 50 companies with ~60 new roles = **$0.06 a day**.

### Use it via API

```python
from apify_client import ApifyClient
client = ApifyClient("<YOUR_API_TOKEN>")
run = client.actor("olsols4/ats-jobs-api").call(run_input={
    "companies": ["greenhouse:figma", "https://jobs.lever.co/palantir"], "remoteOnly": True})
for job in client.dataset(run["defaultDatasetId"]).iterate_items():
    print(job["company"], job["title"], job["location"])
```

Connect to Google Sheets, Slack, Make, Zapier, n8n or a webhook through Apify integrations.

### FAQ

**Which companies does it work with?** Any company whose careers site runs on one of the 8 supported ATS. That covers most tech and many enterprise employers.

**Why did a company return nothing?** Its careers site may run on an ATS not yet supported (e.g. iCIMS, Taleo), or a plain name guessed the wrong slug. Use the careers page or ATS URL instead, or open an issue and we'll add it.

**Workday sites are huge. Can I narrow them?** Yes: use title keywords or locations, and lower *Max jobs per company*.

**Is it legal?** It reads the public job-board feeds these ATS platforms provide for career sites. No personal data is collected.
