## Pricing

from $2.20 / 1,000 qualified creators

This Actor is paid per event. You are not charged for the Apify platform usage, but only a fixed price for specific events.
Since this Actor supports Apify Store discounts, the price gets lower the higher subscription plan you have.

## What's an Apify Actor?

An Actor is a serverless cloud program that runs on the Apify platform. It has two run modes.
In Batch mode, an Actor accepts a well-defined JSON input, performs an action which can take anything from a few seconds to a few hours,
and optionally produces a well-defined JSON output, datasets with results, or files in key-value store.
In Standby mode, an Actor provides a web server which can be used as a website, API, or an MCP server.

Apify vocabulary and the platform model are defined once, in the agent quickstart at https://apify.com/agents.md.

## How to integrate an Actor?

If asked about integration, you help developers integrate Actors into their projects.
You adapt to their stack and deliver integrations that are safe, well-documented, and production-ready.

Do not guess an integration path. Every one of them is in the agent quickstart at https://apify.com/agents.md: the Apify MCP server, Agent Skills with the Apify CLI, the JavaScript and Python clients, the REST API, and the account-free path for an agent with no human to sign in. It also carries the rule on stating cost before the first paid run.

For examples already wired to this Actor's own input schema, see the [API](#api) section below.

Each client library has reference documentation the quickstart does not restate: [JavaScript/TypeScript](https://docs.apify.com/api/client/js/docs.md) (`npm install apify-client`) and [Python](https://docs.apify.com/api/client/python/docs.md) (`pip install apify-client`).

# README

## TikTok Creator Search Scraper — Qualified Creators, Not Every Handle

> **Temporarily unavailable.** This Actor is paused while its data source is replaced. A run returns immediately, fetches nothing and charges nothing. For creator discovery today, see [YouTube Creator Lead Finder - Views, Niche, Email](https://apify.com/om_kh/youtube-creator-lead-finder).

> **You paste a niche or a username list. You get creators worth contacting —**
> follower band, median recent views, engagement, posting cadence, and a
> public business contact where one exists, every field with its own source.

### Why not just scrape every profile

The niche's worst-known scraper fails 40% of the time. Reliability is the
whole point here: every creator is scored — recent activity, engagement
relative to follower count, posting cadence — before it counts toward your
bill, and one failed handle never takes the rest of the batch down with it.

### 5 advantages

1. **One bad handle never kills your batch.** A private or deleted profile
   returns an error for that item only; every other creator still delivers.
2. **Never billed on a failed lookup.** Only qualified creators actually
   delivered are charged.
3. **Score with reasons, not a black box.** Every `qualification_score`
   ships with `score_reasons[]` — the exact factors and their weight.
4. **Contact honestly disclosed, never guessed.** TikTok bios rarely carry a
   public email; when one is found it is marked `published`, and
   `public_contact` stays `null` otherwise rather than a fabricated guess.
5. **Hard cost cap you control.** Set `maxTotalChargeUsd` and the run can
   never bill above it.

### Output

```json
{
  "username": "example",
  "profile_url": "https://www.tiktok.com/@example",
  "nickname": "Example Creator",
  "follower_band": "micro",
  "median_recent_views": 42000,
  "engagement_rate": 0.081,
  "posting_cadence_days": 2.4,
  "language": "en",
  "public_contact": null,
  "qualification_score": 74,
  "score_reasons": ["median recent views 42,000 (24 pts)", "..."],
  "status": "ok"
}
```

### Pricing

Pay per event, base FREE-tier prices: **$0.004** per qualified creator delivered, **$0.002** per verified business contact.
Paid Store plans pay less on every event — the largest plans reach $0.0011 on the cheapest event; the Pricing tab on this Actor's Store page is
always the authority. **No event is ever charged on an item that returns an `error`** —
a batch of 200 with one bad input bills 199.

### Use it from an AI agent (MCP and x402)

Connect Claude Desktop, Cursor, VS Code or any MCP client to Apify's MCP server
at `https://mcp.apify.com` and add this Actor, `om_kh/tiktok-creator-search-scraper`, as a tool — the
agent passes the same JSON as the run input and gets the dataset back.

AI agents that pay with **x402** can run it too, without an Apify account: the
Actor charges only per result delivered, so an agent pays exactly for what it gets.

### How to use it in 3 steps

1. Click **Try for free** and fill in **Niche keywords** (`keywords`).
2. Optional: adjust the other fields; every one has a description and a sensible default.
3. Click **Start** and download the results as JSON, CSV or Excel, or read them from the API.

### Use cases

- **Influencer marketing**
- **Outreach lists**

### Use it from code (API)

Every Apify Actor is an API. Start a run and read the results with one call.

**Python**

```python
from apify_client import ApifyClient
client = ApifyClient("<YOUR_APIFY_TOKEN>")
run = client.actor("om_kh/tiktok-creator-search-scraper").call(run_input={"keywords": ["productivity apps"], "usernames": ["khaby.lame"], "minMedianRecentViews": 0, "activeWithinDays": 90, "requireContact": False, "maxResults": 100})
for item in client.dataset(run["defaultDatasetId"]).iterate_items():
    print(item)
```

**JavaScript**

```javascript
import { ApifyClient } from 'apify-client';
const client = new ApifyClient({ token: '<YOUR_APIFY_TOKEN>' });
const run = await client.actor('om_kh/tiktok-creator-search-scraper').call({
    "keywords": [
        "productivity apps"
    ],
    "usernames": [
        "khaby.lame"
    ],
    "minMedianRecentViews": 0,
    "activeWithinDays": 90,
    "requireContact": false,
    "maxResults": 100
});
const { items } = await client.dataset(run.defaultDatasetId).listItems();
console.log(items);
```

**One HTTP call (cURL)** — runs the Actor and returns the dataset in the same response:

```bash
curl -X POST "https://api.apify.com/v2/acts/om_kh~tiktok-creator-search-scraper/run-sync-get-dataset-items?token=<YOUR_APIFY_TOKEN>" \
  -H "Content-Type: application/json" \
  -d '{"keywords": ["productivity apps"], "usernames": ["khaby.lame"], "minMedianRecentViews": 0, "activeWithinDays": 90, "requireContact": false, "maxResults": 100}'
```

### Integrations: n8n, Make, Zapier, Google Sheets

### FAQ

**Is it legal to scrape TikTok Creator?**
This Actor collects only publicly available TikTok Creator data and never logs in. You are responsible for how you use it; check TikTok Creator's terms and your local law (GDPR, CCPA) if you store personal data, and ask a lawyer if unsure.

**Do I need an account, cookies or an API key?**
No. You only need an Apify account to run it.

**What data do I get?**
Creators with followers, engagement, bio and contact signals. Download it as JSON, CSV, Excel, HTML or XML, or read it from the API.

**Am I charged when something fails?**
No. An input that fails is listed with its reason in the run summary and is never charged.

**Can I run it on a schedule?**
Yes. Create a schedule in Apify Console (hourly, daily, weekly) and connect webhooks, Google Sheets, Slack, n8n, Make or Zapier.

**Can I use it from Python, JavaScript or an AI agent?**
Yes: see the code samples above, or connect AI agents through MCP with the `tiktok_creator_search` tool.
