## Pricing

from $1.00 / 1,000 results

This Actor is paid per event. You are not charged for the Apify platform usage, but only a fixed price for specific events.

## What's an Apify Actor?

An Actor is a serverless cloud program that runs on the Apify platform. It has two run modes.
In Batch mode, an Actor accepts a well-defined JSON input, performs an action which can take anything from a few seconds to a few hours,
and optionally produces a well-defined JSON output, datasets with results, or files in key-value store.
In Standby mode, an Actor provides a web server which can be used as a website, API, or an MCP server.

Apify vocabulary and the platform model are defined once, in the agent quickstart at https://apify.com/agents.md.

## How to integrate an Actor?

If asked about integration, you help developers integrate Actors into their projects.
You adapt to their stack and deliver integrations that are safe, well-documented, and production-ready.

Do not guess an integration path. Every one of them is in the agent quickstart at https://apify.com/agents.md: the Apify MCP server, Agent Skills with the Apify CLI, the JavaScript and Python clients, the REST API, and the account-free path for an agent with no human to sign in. It also carries the rule on stating cost before the first paid run.

For examples already wired to this Actor's own input schema, see the [API](#api) section below.

Each client library has reference documentation the quickstart does not restate: [JavaScript/TypeScript](https://docs.apify.com/api/client/js/docs.md) (`npm install apify-client`) and [Python](https://docs.apify.com/api/client/python/docs.md) (`pip install apify-client`).

# README

## Zillow Photos Scraper: All Listing Photos by Link or ZPID

**$1 per 1,000 photos. Platform usage included. No rental, no minimum.**

Give it Zillow property links or ZPIDs and get back every listing photo, one row per photo, at the largest size the listing page offers (1536 pixels wide on current listings). Each row has a direct JPEG link, a WebP link, the photo's place in the gallery and the property's address.

[Open it in Apify Console](https://console.apify.com/actors/w6bOPQmbr8S7wbeGE/input)

### What it costs

| Photos | This actor |
|---|---|
| 1,000 | $1.00 |
| 10,000 | $10.00 |
| 100,000 | $100.00 |

One flat price, platform usage included, so there is no separate compute or proxy bill. Plus $0.001 per run. One result is one photo row, so a listing with 29 photos, like the Boise apartment in the samples below, costs $0.029 for all of them. A weekly run of 500 photos costs $0.501, or about $2.17 a month.

When you set `maxPhotosPerProperty`, the lowest value is 5: a smaller number is raised to 5 photos per property. Leave it empty for every photo.

### Why use it

- **One flat price.** The US residential proxy Zillow needs is included, so the bill follows the number of photos and nothing else.
- **The largest size on offer.** Uncropped JPEG at the biggest size the listing page shows, plus a smaller WebP of the same photo, in gallery order.
- **Links or ZPIDs.** Home links, bare ZPIDs and apartment community links all work. Tested on homes for rent, recently sold homes and apartment communities; homes for sale use the same page.
- **Quick and clean.** In our test runs, 50 photos from 3 properties took 11 to 20 seconds. Repeated properties are fetched once, and the run stops at your spending limit.

### Quick start

1. Open the actor, paste a Zillow property link or ZPID, press **Start**.
2. Or paste this input:

```json
{ "properties": ["345373833", "7481625"], "maxItems": 50 }
```

3. Download the results as JSON, CSV or Excel, or read them through the API.

### Use it from code

```bash
curl -X POST "https://api.apify.com/v2/acts/one_dollar_store~zillow-listing-photos-scraper/run-sync-get-dataset-items?token=YOUR_APIFY_TOKEN" \
  -H "Content-Type: application/json" \
  -d '{"properties": ["345373833"], "maxItems": 50}'
```

```python
from apify_client import ApifyClient
client = ApifyClient("YOUR_APIFY_TOKEN")
run = client.actor("one_dollar_store/zillow-listing-photos-scraper").call(
    run_input={"properties": ["345373833", "7481625"], "maxPhotosPerProperty": 10}
)
for item in client.dataset(run["defaultDatasetId"]).iterate_items():
    print(item["zpid"], item["photoNumber"], item["imageUrl"])
```

### Use it from an AI assistant

Claude, ChatGPT, Cursor and other assistants can call this actor through Apify's MCP server. Add it with this server address:

```
https://mcp.apify.com?tools=one_dollar_store/zillow-listing-photos-scraper
```

Then ask, for example: "Get all photos of Zillow property 345373833 and list the JPEG links in gallery order."

### Switching from another Zillow actor

Here every photo is its own row. The inputs are `properties` (links and ZPIDs mixed, one per line), `maxPhotosPerProperty` and `maxItems`. The core fields are `zpid`, `photoNumber`, `imageUrl` and `address`.

### Input

| Field | Type | Default | What it does |
|---|---|---|---|
| `properties` | list of text | | Zillow property links or ZPIDs, one per line. Repeats are fetched once. |
| `maxPhotosPerProperty` | number | all | Leave empty or 0 for every photo; otherwise at least 5. |
| `maxItems` | number | 100 | Stop after this many photos in total. Minimum 10. |
| `proxyConfiguration` | proxy | US residential | Zillow shows a bot check to most data center addresses. Its cost is included in the price. |

Example:

```json
{
  "properties": [
    "https://www.zillow.com/homedetails/1816-N-68th-Dr-Phoenix-AZ-85035/7481625_zpid/",
    "345373833",
    "https://www.zillow.com/apartments/boise-id/rosewood/5Xmh73/"
  ],
  "maxItems": 500
}
```

### Output fields

| Field | Meaning |
|---|---|
| `photoNumber`, `photoCount` | Place in the gallery (1 is the main photo) and how many photos the listing has. |
| `imageUrl`, `width` | The uncropped JPEG at the largest size offered, and its width in pixels. |
| `webpUrl` | The same photo as WebP, smaller to download. |
| `caption` | The photo's caption, when the listing has one. |
| `zpid`, `address`, `propertyUrl` | The property. |
| `buildingName` | Name of an apartment community. |
| `input`, `scrapedAt` | The link or ZPID the row came from, and collection time. |

### Sample results

Real rows from test runs on 4 October 2026. `scrapedAt` removed for space.

]
```
The first is the main photo of a recently sold house requested by link, the second a photo of an apartment for rent requested by ZPID, the third the main photo of an apartment community.
### Limits
- Rows hold links to the photos on Zillow's image server, not the image files. Download them with any tool that fetches a list of links.
- The largest size Zillow offers on current listings is 1536 pixels wide. Original camera files are not public.
- When `maxPhotosPerProperty` is set, it is at least 5 photos per property.
- Removed listings, and some older off market homes, show no photos; those are reported in the log and skipped, with no billed rows.
- If Zillow shows a bot check, the page is tried again on a new address up to two more times, then the property is skipped. The run stops after three properties in a row end that way.
### FAQ
**How much does it cost to scrape 10,000 Zillow photos?**
$10, plus $0.001 for each run.
**Do I pay for compute or proxy on top?**
No. Platform usage, including the residential proxy, is included in the $1 per 1,000 price. A property that fails to load, or has no photos, adds no billed rows.
**Why at least 5 photos per property?**
Each property costs one full page load, whatever the number of photos taken from it. The floor keeps runs fair at this price. Leave the field empty to get every photo.
**Where do I find a ZPID?**
It is the number before `_zpid` in a Zillow home link, for example `7481625` in `/homedetails/1816-N-68th-Dr-Phoenix-AZ-85035/7481625_zpid/`.
**Can I get photos for a whole city?**
Not directly. Run a Zillow search actor first, then pass its listing links or ZPIDs here.
**Which format should I use, JPEG or WebP?**
Both links show the same photo at the same size. JPEG opens everywhere; WebP files are smaller.
**Who uses it?**
Agents, stagers and marketers collecting a listing's gallery, appraisers and investors saving photos of comparable homes, and data teams building image sets of homes, rooms and exteriors.
**Do I need a Zillow account?**
No. Nothing is logged in.
**Is it legal?**
It reads only public pages that anyone can open without an account. Listing photos are usually owned by the photographer, agent or listing service. You are responsible for using them in line with Zillow's terms, copyright and the laws where you live.
**Is this an official Zillow product?**
No. It is an independent tool and is not affiliated with or endorsed by Zillow.
**Do I need an Apify account?**
Yes. Actors run from an Apify account, and a free account is enough to start: it includes $5 of platform usage every month. You can [sign up here](https://www.apify.com?fpr=ymnoit). This is a referral link and it costs you nothing.
**Is there a limit on the free plan?**
Yes. A run started from a free plan account delivers the first 10 results, then ends with a message and a link to the plans. Any paid plan returns everything you ask for, up to your own limit. The price per result is the same on every plan.
### Changelog
- October 2026: first release.
# Actor input Schema
## `properties` (type: `array`):
One per line: a Zillow property link such as https://www.zillow.com/homedetails/.../12345678_zpid/ or just the ZPID number. Apartment community links also work.
## `maxPhotosPerProperty` (type: `integer`):
Leave empty or 0 for every photo. Otherwise at least 5. Photos come in the order the listing shows them, so 5 gives the main photo and the next four.
## `maxItems` (type: `integer`):
The run stops after this many photos in total. Minimum 10.
## `proxyConfiguration` (type: `object`):
Zillow shows a bot check to most data center addresses, so US residential proxy is the default.
## Actor input object example
```json
