  resolved by geographic code or by name (accents and punctuation
  ignored).
- Roll years 2022 onwards; 44 documented output fields covering
  identification, physical characteristics and assessed values, including
  the previous roll's value.
- `useCodes` filter, applied before delivery so filtered-out units are
  never charged for.
- Streams the source file rather than buffering it, so the largest
  municipality (about 795 MB) is handled in the same memory as the
  smallest.
- Excludes the source's owner section and its undocumented cadastral
  block entirely, in line with MAMH's prohibition on re-identifying
  redacted information.
