# Greenhouse, Lever & Ashby Jobs API – All ATS Job Boards (`ostrata/ats-jobs-api`) Actor

Greenhouse jobs, Lever jobs, Ashby jobs, Workable, SmartRecruiters and Recruitee in one normalized jobs API. Give company domains or job board URLs: the ATS is auto-detected. Only-new-jobs mode for job alerts and hiring signals, salary where published. No scraping, MCP-ready.

## Pricing

from $3.00 / 1,000 jobs

This Actor is paid per event. You are not charged for the Apify platform usage, but only a fixed price for specific events.

## What's an Apify Actor?

An Actor is a serverless cloud program that runs on the Apify platform. It has two run modes.
In Batch mode, an Actor accepts a well-defined JSON input, performs an action which can take anything from a few seconds to a few hours,
and optionally produces a well-defined JSON output, datasets with results, or files in key-value store.
In Standby mode, an Actor provides a web server which can be used as a website, API, or an MCP server.

Apify vocabulary and the platform model are defined once, in the agent quickstart at https://apify.com/agents.md.

## How to integrate an Actor?

If asked about integration, you help developers integrate Actors into their projects.
You adapt to their stack and deliver integrations that are safe, well-documented, and production-ready.

Do not guess an integration path. Every one of them is in the agent quickstart at https://apify.com/agents.md: the Apify MCP server, Agent Skills with the Apify CLI, the JavaScript and Python clients, the REST API, and the account-free path for an agent with no human to sign in. It also carries the rule on stating cost before the first paid run.

For examples already wired to this Actor's own input schema, see the [API](#api) section below.

Each client library has reference documentation the quickstart does not restate: [JavaScript/TypeScript](https://docs.apify.com/api/client/js/docs.md) (`npm install apify-client`) and [Python](https://docs.apify.com/api/client/python/docs.md) (`pip install apify-client`).

# README

## Greenhouse, Lever & Ashby Jobs API – All ATS Job Boards

**One Actor, one schema, six applicant-tracking systems.** Give it company domains or job-board links; get every open job as a clean, normalized row: title, department, location, remote flag, employment type, salary (where the ATS publishes it), dates, apply link and description.

**Also known as:** Greenhouse jobs scraper / Greenhouse job board API, Lever jobs API, Ashby jobs API, Workable jobs, SmartRecruiters jobs, Recruitee jobs, ATS jobs feed, job postings API, hiring signals, job alerts. 🇫🇷 *offres d'emploi, signaux de recrutement* · 🇩🇪 *Stellenanzeigen API*.

- **Official public job-board APIs only:** Greenhouse Job Board API, Lever Postings API, Ashby Posting API, Workable widget API, SmartRecruiters Posting API, Recruitee Careers API. These are the endpoints companies publish for their own career sites. No scraping of job sites, no login, no proxies.
- **ATS auto-detection:** give `stripe.com` and the Actor finds the board on the careers page (robots.txt respected, plain HTTP), or confirms a slug guess against the ATS API.
- **Only-new mode:** remembers job IDs in a named key-value store, so a daily schedule returns only new postings (job alerts, hiring-signal monitoring).
- **Seed list:** about 180 public boards (Stripe, Datadog, OpenAI, Anthropic, Doctolib, Qonto, Alan, Pennylane, Bosch, Ubisoft…) verified on 19 Oct 2026.

**Use cases:** job aggregators and niche job boards, hiring signals for sales (who is hiring SDRs in Paris?), recruiting market research, competitor tracking, feeding AI agents with live openings.

### Input

```json
{
  "companies": ["stripe.com", "jobs.ashbyhq.com/ramp", "lever:qonto", "greenhouse:gitlab", "jobs.smartrecruiters.com/Ubisoft2"],
  "keywords": ["engineer", "developer"],
  "locations": ["Paris", "France", "Remote"],
  "postedWithinDays": 30,
  "onlyNew": false,
  "includeDescription": true
}
```

Accepted lines: a company domain, any board URL (`boards.greenhouse.io/x`, `job-boards.greenhouse.io/x`, `jobs.lever.co/x`, `jobs.eu.lever.co/x`, `jobs.ashbyhq.com/x`, `apply.workable.com/x`, `jobs.smartrecruiters.com/X`, `x.recruitee.com`) or `ats:slug`.

### Output (real local runs, 19 Oct 2026)

| Company | Title | Location | Remote | Salary | ATS |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| GitLab | Backend Engineer, Create: Repository Management | Remote, United Kingdom | ✅ | – | greenhouse |
| ramp | Security Engineer, Cloud | New York, NY (HQ) +3 | ✅ | $211.4K – $290.6K | ashby |
| spotify | AV Engineer - Platform | Stockholm | ❌ | – | lever |
| Hugging Face | Open-Source Machine Learning Engineer - EMEA Remote | Paris, France | ✅ | – | workable |
| Ubisoft | Machine Learning Engineer - H/F/NB | Paris, IDF, France | ❌ | – | smartrecruiters |
| bunq | iOS Developer | Amsterdam, Netherlands | hybrid | – | recruitee |

Domain detection on the same day: `huggingface.co` → workable (careers page), `qonto.com` → lever (careers page), `stripe.com` → greenhouse and `ramp.com` → ashby (API slug check).

Fields: `id` (stable: `ats:board:jobId`), `ats`, `board`, `company`, `jobId`, `title`, `department`, `team`, `location`, `locations`, `country`, `workplaceType`, `remote`, `employmentType`, `salary` (`min`, `max`, `currency`, `interval`, `summary`), `postedAt`, `updatedAt`, `url`, `applyUrl`, `descriptionText`, optional `descriptionHtml`, `isNew`, `via` (`input`, `careers_page`, `api_probe`). The `SUMMARY` record lists each company with its detected board and status (`ok`, `no_open_jobs`, `board_not_found`, `no_job_board_found`).

### Pricing (pay per event)

- **$0.003 per job delivered** (`job`, $3 per 1,000).
- **Free:** empty boards, boards not found, jobs removed by your filters, jobs already seen in only-new mode.
- Set a *maximum cost per run*: the Actor stops before going over it.

### Only new jobs (monitoring)

Turn on `onlyNew` and schedule the Actor (e.g. daily). Seen job IDs are stored per board in the named key-value store `stateStoreName` (default `ats-jobs-state`) in your account. Use a different store name per saved search. Jobs your filters drop are not marked as seen.

### Use it from AI agents (MCP)

```json
{ "mcpServers": { "apify": { "url": "https://mcp.apify.com?tools=ostrata/ats-jobs-api" } } }
```

*"Which of these 30 companies opened a sales job in France this week?"*

### Limitations

- Only companies using one of the six ATS, with a public board. Workday, Taleo, Teamtailor, Welcome to the Jungle and in-house career sites are not covered (yet).
- Lever and Ashby do not expose the company's display name, so `company` is the board slug.
- Salary appears only when the ATS publishes it (mostly Ashby, some Lever and Recruitee boards).
- SmartRecruiters descriptions need one extra API call per job; switch `includeDescription` off for very large boards.

### Privacy

Only job data is returned. Recruiter or hiring-manager names, contact emails and other personal fields that some APIs include are dropped.

## `useSeedList` (type: `boolean`):

Adds about 180 well-known public boards (Stripe, Datadog, OpenAI, Doctolib, Qonto, Bosch…) verified on 19 Oct 2026.

## `seedListAts` (type: `array`):

Leave empty for all.

## `keywords` (type: `array`):
