**Use case:** 

Spanish homes under 100,000 EUR, cheapest first. This example demonstrates a sort that actually works: Fotocasa silently ignores sort values it does not recognise and returns the default order, and we tested several plausible ones that do exactly that. Only verified sorts are offered here. The price ceiling is real too: maxPrice moves the national count to 164,917.
