# Energy certificate data for Spanish homes

**Use case:** 

Spain requires an energy performance certificate to advertise a property, and Fotocasa publishes it on the listing page. This example collects the efficiency rating letter and its kWh/m2 value, plus the CO2 emissions rating and value. Rating letters came back on 99.1% of the 220 detail pages measured and the numeric values on 100%. Capped at 50 listings because a detail page costs 65x a listing.
