## Changelog

All notable changes to the Personalized Outreach Video Generator Actor.
Apify treats this file (wired via `actor.json` → `changelog`) as the mechanism by which
users decide whether to upgrade between build tags.

### 0.1

Initial versioned release (build tag `version-0-1`).

- Turn a lead list (inline JSON or a chained input dataset) into personalized outreach
videos: TTS greeting with the recipient's first name, lip-sync, optional website
  screen-recording overlay (PiP).
- Pay-per-event pricing: charged only for videos actually delivered — failed or degraded
  videos are never charged.
- Output dataset schema with a `videos` table view (status, charged, shareable link,
  thumbnail).

#### Actor definition constraints — read before editing `.actor/actor.json`

JSON does not carry comments, so the two deliberate *omissions* in `actor.json` are
recorded here (APIFY.2 AC-7/AC-8):

- **`environmentVariables` must stay absent.** A local `actor.json` env block *overrides
variables set in Apify Console*, and non-Secret values are public on the Actor detail
page. The marketplace credential (`OUTVO_MARKETPLACE_API_KEY`) is an Actor-level
**Secret environment variable** set on the Actor's **Source** page in Console —
`src/main.ts` already reads it from `process.env`. Never put it, or any key, in this
  file.
- **`usesStandbyMode` must stay absent (off).** PPE + limited permissions + no Standby
makes the Actor automatically eligible for Apify's agentic-payments channel
(`allowsAgenticUsers=true`, no opt-in). Enabling Standby forfeits that eligibility.
- **The 24 h run timeout is not in this file.** `actor.json` has no timeout field; the
86400 s default run timeout is configured in Console → Actor → Settings → default run
options (owned by APIFY.8 AC-5). Do not try to restore `defaultRunOptions` here — it is
not a valid manifest key and is ignored by the platform.
