## Pricing

from $1.50 / 1,000 job scrapeds

This Actor is paid per event. You are not charged for the Apify platform usage, but only a fixed price for specific events.
Since this Actor supports Apify Store discounts, the price gets lower the higher subscription plan you have.

## What's an Apify Actor?

An Actor is a serverless cloud program that runs on the Apify platform. It has two run modes.
In Batch mode, an Actor accepts a well-defined JSON input, performs an action which can take anything from a few seconds to a few hours,
and optionally produces a well-defined JSON output, datasets with results, or files in key-value store.
In Standby mode, an Actor provides a web server which can be used as a website, API, or an MCP server.

Apify vocabulary and the platform model are defined once, in the agent quickstart at https://apify.com/agents.md.

## How to integrate an Actor?

If asked about integration, you help developers integrate Actors into their projects.
You adapt to their stack and deliver integrations that are safe, well-documented, and production-ready.

Do not guess an integration path. Every one of them is in the agent quickstart at https://apify.com/agents.md: the Apify MCP server, Agent Skills with the Apify CLI, the JavaScript and Python clients, the REST API, and the account-free path for an agent with no human to sign in. It also carries the rule on stating cost before the first paid run.

For examples already wired to this Actor's own input schema, see the [API](#api) section below.

Each client library has reference documentation the quickstart does not restate: [JavaScript/TypeScript](https://docs.apify.com/api/client/js/docs.md) (`npm install apify-client`) and [Python](https://docs.apify.com/api/client/python/docs.md) (`pip install apify-client`).

# README

## ATS Jobs Scraper: Greenhouse, Lever and Ashby Jobs from Any Company

Get every open job from any company that hires through **Greenhouse**, **Lever** or **Ashby**, in one clean format. Give a job board name, a careers page URL or just the company's website, and the tool finds the board for you.

### What it does

- Reads the official public job board feeds (no login, no browser), so results are fast and complete.
- **Finds the board for you**: give `acme.com` and it looks for Greenhouse, Lever or Ashby links on the home page and careers page, then falls back to the company name.
- Returns the same fields for every platform: title, department, team, location(s), remote, workplace type, employment type, posting date, apply link, salary range (where the company publishes it) and the full plain-text description.
- Filters by job title, location, department, remote and posting date, so you only pay for the jobs you want.

### Who it's for

- **Sales and recruiting teams** looking for hiring signals: which companies are hiring for roles you serve.
- **Job boards and aggregators** that need fresh, structured listings.
- **Market and salary research**: salary ranges, locations and team growth across many companies.

### Input

| Field | What to enter |
| --- | --- |
| Companies | One per line: `stripe`, `https://jobs.lever.co/acme`, `https://boards.greenhouse.io/acme`, `https://jobs.ashbyhq.com/acme` or `acme.com` |
| Job title contains | Optional words, e.g. `engineer`, `sales` |
| Location contains | Optional, e.g. `London`, `United Kingdom`, `remote` |
| Department or team contains | Optional, e.g. `Engineering` |
| Remote jobs only | Only jobs marked remote |
| Posted in the last (days) | 0 for any date |
| Maximum jobs per company | Caps cost on very large boards |

```json
{ "companies": ["stripe", "acme.com", "https://jobs.lever.co/palantir"], "titleKeywords": ["engineer"], "locationKeywords": ["London"] }
```

### Output

One row per job:

```json
{
  "company": "Acme", "ats": "lever", "boardName": "acme", "jobId": "aaa-111",
  "title": "Forward Deployed Engineer", "department": "Business Development", "team": "Engineering",
  "location": "London, United Kingdom", "allLocations": ["London, United Kingdom", "Edinburgh, United Kingdom"],
  "remote": false, "workplaceType": "onsite", "employmentType": "Full-time",
  "postedAt": "2026-10-20T22:40:00.000Z", "url": "https://jobs.lever.co/acme/aaa-111",
  "salaryMin": 60000, "salaryMax": 90000, "salaryCurrency": "GBP", "salaryInterval": "per-year-salary",
  "description": "Work with customers...", "totalJobsOnBoard": 42
}
```

A company with no board found gets one row with an `error` explaining why, so you can see every input in the results.

### Pricing

Pay only for what you get. The company fee covers finding and reading the job board, so you are never charged per page or per request.

| Event | When it is charged | Price per 1,000 (Free / Bronze / Silver / Gold plan) |
| --- | --- | --- |
| Company checked | Each company you list: finding and reading its job board, whether or not it has open jobs. Very large boards count once per started 5 MB downloaded. | $4 on every plan |
| Job scraped | Each job returned in the dataset. | $2 / $1.80 / $1.60 / $1.50 |

Example: 100 companies with 30 jobs each on the Free plan costs about $0.40 + $6.00 = $6.40.

### Notes and limits

- Greenhouse's public list does not include the original posting date, so **Posted in the last (days)** keeps all Greenhouse jobs.
- Salary appears only where the company publishes it on the job board.
- Only public job boards are read. Private or internal postings are never visible.
- Some companies use other platforms (Workday, SmartRecruiters, Teamtailor). Those show as "No public Greenhouse, Lever or Ashby job board found". For Workday career sites, use our [Workday Jobs Scraper](https://apify.com/pagecraft/workday-jobs-scraper).
