## Pricing

from $8.00 / 1,000 page auditeds

This Actor is paid per event. You are not charged for the Apify platform usage, but only a fixed price for specific events.
Since this Actor supports Apify Store discounts, the price gets lower the higher subscription plan you have.

## What's an Apify Actor?

An Actor is a serverless cloud program that runs on the Apify platform. It has two run modes.
In Batch mode, an Actor accepts a well-defined JSON input, performs an action which can take anything from a few seconds to a few hours,
and optionally produces a well-defined JSON output, datasets with results, or files in key-value store.
In Standby mode, an Actor provides a web server which can be used as a website, API, or an MCP server.

Apify vocabulary and the platform model are defined once, in the agent quickstart at https://apify.com/agents.md.

## How to integrate an Actor?

If asked about integration, you help developers integrate Actors into their projects.
You adapt to their stack and deliver integrations that are safe, well-documented, and production-ready.

Do not guess an integration path. Every one of them is in the agent quickstart at https://apify.com/agents.md: the Apify MCP server, Agent Skills with the Apify CLI, the JavaScript and Python clients, the REST API, and the account-free path for an agent with no human to sign in. It also carries the rule on stating cost before the first paid run.

For examples already wired to this Actor's own input schema, see the [API](#api) section below.

Each client library has reference documentation the quickstart does not restate: [JavaScript/TypeScript](https://docs.apify.com/api/client/js/docs.md) (`npm install apify-client`) and [Python](https://docs.apify.com/api/client/python/docs.md) (`pip install apify-client`).

# README

## SEO Site Audit: Crawl, Score and Fix Every Page

Crawl any website and get a **page-by-page SEO audit** with scores and fixes, plus a **site summary**: average score, broken pages, duplicate titles and descriptions, and the most common issues. Built for SEO agencies, marketers, developers and site owners.

### What it checks on every page

- 🔗 **Broken pages** (404, 500, timeouts) and **redirects**
- 🏷️ **Title** (missing, too long, too short) and **meta description**
- 📰 **H1 headings** (missing or multiple)
- 🚫 **noindex** in meta robots or X-Robots-Tag
- 🧭 **Canonical** links (missing, pointing elsewhere, invalid)
- 📱 Mobile **viewport** and **language** tags
- 🖼️ **Images without alt text**
- ⏱️ **Slow responses** and very large HTML
- 📝 **Thin content** (word count)
- 🧩 **Structured data** and **Open Graph image**

Each page gets a **score from 0 to 100** and a list of issues with severity (error, warning, notice) and a plain-English message.

### Site summary

One extra row per website: site score, broken pages, **duplicate titles and descriptions**, issue counts and the 10 worst pages.

### How it crawls

Pages come from the site's **sitemap** and **internal links**, on the same host only. It **respects robots.txt**, skips files and tracking-style URLs, and stops at your page limit. No browser is used, so it's fast and low cost. Pages built only with JavaScript may show less content.

### Input

| Field | What to enter |
| --- | --- |
| Domains or URLs | `acme.com` or a start URL; one per line |
| Pages per website | Maximum pages to audit per website (1 to 200) |
| Use the sitemap to find pages | Also discover pages from sitemap.xml, not only links |

```json
{ "domains": ["acme.com", "example.org"], "maxPagesPerSite": 50 }
```

### Output

One row per page:

```json
{
  "type": "page", "url": "https://acme.com/pricing", "statusCode": 200, "score": 71,
  "title": "Pricing", "titleLength": 7, "metaDescription": null, "h1": "Simple pricing", "h1Count": 1,
  "canonical": "https://acme.com/pricing", "indexable": true, "wordCount": 412, "imagesMissingAlt": 3,
  "issues": [
    { "severity": "warning", "code": "title-too-short", "message": "Title is only 7 characters." },
    { "severity": "warning", "code": "missing-description", "message": "No meta description." }
  ]
}
```

Plus one `"type": "site-summary"` row per website with the site score, broken pages, duplicate titles and descriptions, issue counts and the 10 worst pages. Each error takes 20 points off a page's score, each warning 5 and each notice 2.

### Pricing

Pay per page audited, plus a small flat fee per website that covers the home page, robots.txt and sitemap. Websites that cannot be reached or block us cost the lower failed fee.

| Event | When it is charged | Price per 1,000 (Free / Bronze / Silver / Gold plan) |
| --- | --- | --- |
| Website crawled | Each website: home page, robots.txt and sitemap. | $6 on every plan |
| Page audited | Each page audited and returned. | $12 / $10 / $9 / $8 |
| Website failed | A website that could not be reached or blocked the crawl. | $3 on every plan |

Set **Maximum cost per run** to cap your spend: the run stops cleanly at your limit.
