## Pricing

from $5.00 / 1,000 website analyseds

This Actor is paid per event. You are not charged for the Apify platform usage, but only a fixed price for specific events.
Since this Actor supports Apify Store discounts, the price gets lower the higher subscription plan you have.

## What's an Apify Actor?

An Actor is a serverless cloud program that runs on the Apify platform. It has two run modes.
In Batch mode, an Actor accepts a well-defined JSON input, performs an action which can take anything from a few seconds to a few hours,
and optionally produces a well-defined JSON output, datasets with results, or files in key-value store.
In Standby mode, an Actor provides a web server which can be used as a website, API, or an MCP server.

Apify vocabulary and the platform model are defined once, in the agent quickstart at https://apify.com/agents.md.

## How to integrate an Actor?

If asked about integration, you help developers integrate Actors into their projects.
You adapt to their stack and deliver integrations that are safe, well-documented, and production-ready.

Do not guess an integration path. Every one of them is in the agent quickstart at https://apify.com/agents.md: the Apify MCP server, Agent Skills with the Apify CLI, the JavaScript and Python clients, the REST API, and the account-free path for an agent with no human to sign in. It also carries the rule on stating cost before the first paid run.

For examples already wired to this Actor's own input schema, see the [API](#api) section below.

Each client library has reference documentation the quickstart does not restate: [JavaScript/TypeScript](https://docs.apify.com/api/client/js/docs.md) (`npm install apify-client`) and [Python](https://docs.apify.com/api/client/python/docs.md) (`pip install apify-client`).

# README

## Website Intelligence: Company Data, Tech Stack and Contacts from Any Domain

Turn a list of company domains into **rich company profiles** in seconds: name, description, logo, social profiles, business emails and phone numbers, **technology stack**, **email provider**, the business tools a company uses (from public DNS records) and SSL details.

One tool instead of four: no need to chain a contact scraper, a tech stack detector, a logo finder and a DNS lookup. Built for **lead generation, sales prospecting, CRM enrichment, market research, competitor analysis and AI agents**.

### What you get for each domain

- 🏢 **Company basics:** company and legal name, description, language, founding year and address (from structured data), copyright year
- 🖼️ **Brand:** logo, favicon and social share image
- 🔗 **Social profiles:** LinkedIn, X (Twitter), Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, GitHub, Pinterest, Threads, Bluesky, Discord, Crunchbase, Trustpilot, G2, Product Hunt, App Store and Google Play
- ✉️ **Business contacts:** emails and phone numbers from the home, Contact and About pages. By default only business addresses such as info@ or sales@ are returned, which is friendlier for GDPR
- 🧰 **Technology stack:** 3,600+ technologies across CMS, ecommerce, analytics, marketing automation, payments, live chat, A/B testing, CDN, hosting and more, with versions where visible
- 📬 **Email and DNS insights:** email provider (Google Workspace, Microsoft 365...), email sending tools (HubSpot, Mailchimp, SendGrid, Salesforce...), business tools verified in DNS (Atlassian, Stripe, Zoom, Slack, OpenAI and more), DNS host, SPF and DMARC policy
- 🔒 **SSL:** certificate issuer and days until expiry
- 📄 **Key pages:** links to Contact, About, Careers, Pricing, Blog, Privacy and Terms pages

### Why this tool?

- ⚡ **Fast and low cost.** Plain HTTP requests, no browser, so hundreds of domains take minutes.
- 💸 **Pay per website, no surprises.** Websites that fail or block automated requests are returned with an error and cost only a tiny flat fee (a tenth of a cent).
- 🧹 **Clean input handling.** Paste domains, URLs or even email addresses; duplicates are removed automatically.
- 🤖 **AI-agent ready.** Use it from Claude, ChatGPT, Cursor and other agents through the Apify MCP server, or from Make, n8n and Zapier.

### Pricing

Pay per website analysed. See the **Pricing** tab for your plan's rate. Websites that fail or block us cost a flat $0.001 each, because they still use server time. Set **Maximum cost per run** to cap your spend.

| Event | When it is charged | Price per 1,000 (Free / Bronze / Silver / Gold plan) |
| --- | --- | --- |
| Website analysed | Each website analysed and returned. | $8 / $7 / $6 / $5 |
| Website failed | A website that could not be reached or blocked us (it still uses server time). | $1.50 on every plan |

### Tips

- Set **Extra pages to visit** to 0 for the fastest, lowest-cost run when you only need the tech stack and basics.
- Websites that block automated requests can often be reached with the datacenter proxy option. Residential proxies are not supported.
- Need more speed? Give the run more memory: it analyses 4 websites at once per GB.
- Technology detection works from the page's HTML, headers, scripts, cookies and DNS without running a browser. Technologies that only appear after JavaScript runs may be missed.

### Responsible use and GDPR

This tool reads public company websites and public DNS records only. It does not log in or bypass access controls. Personal-looking email addresses are excluded by default. If you collect personal data, you are responsible for having a lawful basis under GDPR and similar laws.

Technology fingerprints are based on the MIT-licensed Wappalyzer 6.10.54 release, extended with our own fingerprints.

### Feedback

Spotted a missing technology or a wrong result? Open an issue on the **Issues** tab with the domain and we'll look at it quickly.

# Actor input Schema

## `domains` (type: `array`):

Company domains (acme.com), URLs, or even email addresses (the domain is used). One per line; duplicates are removed.

## `contactEmails` (type: `string`):

Which email addresses to return. 'Business addresses only' skips personal-looking addresses such as john.smith@, which is friendlier for GDPR.

## `includeTechStack` (type: `boolean`):

Identify 3,600+ technologies: CMS, ecommerce, analytics, marketing, payments, chat, hosting and more.

## `includeDns` (type: `boolean`):

Email provider (Google Workspace, Microsoft 365...), email sending tools, verified business tools (from DNS records), DNS host, SPF and DMARC.

## `includeSsl` (type: `boolean`):

Certificate issuer and days until expiry.

## `extraPages` (type: `integer`):

Also check the Contact and About pages for emails, phones and social profiles. 0 checks the home page only (fastest).

## `timeoutSecs` (type: `integer`):

Give up on a website after this long.

## `maxRetries` (type: `integer`):

Retry a website once if it fails quickly (for example blocked, then retried through a new proxy IP). Slow failures are not retried.

## `proxyConfiguration` (type: `object`):

Optional. Use Apify datacenter proxies or your own proxies for websites that block automated requests.
