## Pricing

from $1.00 / 1,000 job scrapeds

This Actor is paid per event. You are not charged for the Apify platform usage, but only a fixed price for specific events.
Since this Actor supports Apify Store discounts, the price gets lower the higher subscription plan you have.

## What's an Apify Actor?

An Actor is a serverless cloud program that runs on the Apify platform. It has two run modes.
In Batch mode, an Actor accepts a well-defined JSON input, performs an action which can take anything from a few seconds to a few hours,
and optionally produces a well-defined JSON output, datasets with results, or files in key-value store.
In Standby mode, an Actor provides a web server which can be used as a website, API, or an MCP server.

Apify vocabulary and the platform model are defined once, in the agent quickstart at https://apify.com/agents.md.

## How to integrate an Actor?

If asked about integration, you help developers integrate Actors into their projects.
You adapt to their stack and deliver integrations that are safe, well-documented, and production-ready.

Do not guess an integration path. Every one of them is in the agent quickstart at https://apify.com/agents.md: the Apify MCP server, Agent Skills with the Apify CLI, the JavaScript and Python clients, the REST API, and the account-free path for an agent with no human to sign in. It also carries the rule on stating cost before the first paid run.

For examples already wired to this Actor's own input schema, see the [API](#api) section below.

Each client library has reference documentation the quickstart does not restate: [JavaScript/TypeScript](https://docs.apify.com/api/client/js/docs.md) (`npm install apify-client`) and [Python](https://docs.apify.com/api/client/python/docs.md) (`pip install apify-client`).

## Workday Jobs Scraper: Every Open Job from Any Workday Career Site

Get **every open job** from any company that hires through **Workday** (`myworkdayjobs.com`): job title, location, remote type, full or part time, posting date, job ID, start date and the **full job description**. Paste the careers site address and run. No login, no browser.

Thousands of large employers (NVIDIA, Salesforce, banks, hospitals, universities and public bodies) run their careers pages on Workday, and most job boards miss many of these roles. This Workday jobs scraper reads them straight from each career site.

### What it does

- Reads a Workday career site's own job list, 20 jobs at a time, until every job is collected.
- **Big sites in full:** Workday itself shows at most 2,000 jobs per search, so larger sites (NVIDIA lists about 2,700) are read in slices using the site's own filters, such as job family, and duplicates are removed.
- Optional **full description** for each job, plus job ID, country, remote type (remote, hybrid, on-site), time type (full or part time) and start date.
- **Search** with Workday's own search box, and filter by **job title**, **location** and **posting date** (last 1 to 30 days).
- **Location filter that understands Workday:** a country such as `United Kingdom` uses the site's own location filter, so it also finds jobs listed as "UK, Reading" or "3 Locations" (and never mixes up UK and Ukraine). Cities and other places are matched on the job's locations, including every place of multi-location jobs.
- Many companies in one run: add as many Workday career sites as you like.
- Accepts any address on the site: the careers home page, a page with a locale (`/en-US/`) or a single job's link.

### Who it's for

- **Job boards and aggregators** adding enterprise roles that never reach LinkedIn or Indeed.
- **Recruiters and talent teams** tracking openings at target companies.
- **Sales teams** using hiring as a buying signal (a company hiring 20 data engineers is buying data tools).
- **Researchers and analysts** studying hiring trends by company, role and location.

### Input

| Field | What to enter |
| --- | --- |
| Workday career sites | One address per line, e.g. `https://nvidia.wd5.myworkdayjobs.com/NVIDIAExternalCareerSite` |
| Search | Optional keywords, searched by Workday itself |
| Job title contains / Location contains | Optional filters, e.g. `engineer`, `London` |
| Posted in the last (days) | 0 for any date, up to 30 |
| Maximum jobs per career site | Stop after this many matching jobs |
| Include full job description | On by default |

```json
{
  "careerSites": ["https://nvidia.wd5.myworkdayjobs.com/NVIDIAExternalCareerSite"],
  "searchText": "data",
  "locationKeywords": ["United Kingdom"],
  "maxJobsPerSite": 200
}
```

**How to find a company's Workday site:** open the company's careers page and click any job. If the address contains `myworkdayjobs.com`, paste it here.

### Output

One row per job:

```json
{
  "company": "example",
  "hiringEntity": "Example Corp UK Ltd",
  "site": "External_Careers",
  "title": "Senior Data Engineer",
  "jobReqId": "JR123456",
  "location": "London, United Kingdom",
  "additionalLocations": ["Manchester, United Kingdom"],
  "country": "United Kingdom",
  "remoteType": "Hybrid",
  "timeType": "Full time",
  "postedOn": "Posted 3 Days Ago",
  "postedDaysAgo": 3,
  "startDate": "2026-10-30",
  "url": "https://example.wd5.myworkdayjobs.com/en-US/External_Careers/job/London/Senior-Data-Engineer_JR123456",
  "description": "About the role...",
  "totalJobsOnSite": 412
}
```

A site that cannot be read, or has no matching jobs, gets one row with an `error` message, so you always know what happened.

### Pricing

| Event | When it is charged | Price per 1,000 (Free / Bronze / Silver / Gold plan) |
| --- | --- | --- |
| Career site checked | Each Workday career site you list: reading its job list, whether or not it has open jobs. Very large sites count once per started 30 seconds or 2 MB of list pages (about 2,000 jobs). | $2 on every plan |
| Job scraped | Each job returned in the dataset, with its full description if you ask for it. | $1.50 / $1.35 / $1.20 / $1 |

Example: 10 career sites with 200 jobs each on the Free plan costs about 10 × $0.002 + 2,000 × $0.0015 = $3.02.

Set a **maximum cost per run** in Apify and the scraper stops cleanly when it is reached.

### Notes and limits

- Workday shows posting dates as text ("Posted 3 Days Ago", "Posted 30+ Days Ago"); `postedDaysAgo` turns that into a number, and `startDate` gives the exact date when the company provides it.
- If a site has more than 2,000 jobs and offers no filter to split them, the first 2,000 are returned with a `note` saying so.
- Salary is only included where the company writes it into the description; Workday has no separate salary field on public sites.
- Career sites on a company's own domain that only embed Workday are not supported; use the `myworkdayjobs.com` address.
- For Greenhouse, Lever or Ashby career sites, use our [ATS Jobs Scraper](https://apify.com/pagecraft/ats-jobs-scraper).

# Actor input Schema

## `careerSites` (type: `array`):

One per line: the address of a company's Workday careers site, e.g. https://nvidia.wd5.myworkdayjobs.com/NVIDIAExternalCareerSite. Any page of the site works, including a job's own link.

## `searchText` (type: `string`):

Optional keywords, searched by Workday itself (as in the site's own search box), e.g. data engineer.

## `titleKeywords` (type: `array`):

Only jobs whose title contains any of these words, e.g. engineer, sales. Leave empty for all jobs.

## `locationKeywords` (type: `array`):

Only jobs whose location contains any of these, e.g. London, United Kingdom, Remote.

## `postedWithinDays` (type: `integer`):

0 for any date. Workday shows dates as 'Posted 3 Days Ago' up to '30+ Days Ago', so 30 is the longest useful window.

## `maxJobsPerSite` (type: `integer`):

Stop after this many matching jobs for each career site.

## `includeDescription` (type: `boolean`):

Adds the full description, job ID, country, remote type, time type and start date. Turn off for a faster, lighter run with the details from the job list only.

## `proxyConfiguration` (type: `object`):

Optional. Apify datacenter proxies or your own proxies. Residential proxies are not supported.
