## ENERGY STAR Certified Products: Appliances, HVAC & Electronics

Get the official list of **ENERGY STAR certified products** from the U.S. EPA's open data portal. It covers more than **45 product categories**, including refrigerators, freezers, clothes washers and dryers, dishwashers, **heat pumps**, furnaces, boilers, room air conditioners, dehumidifiers, **smart thermostats**, water heaters, **TVs**, monitors, computers, printers, **EV chargers**, light fixtures, windows, insulation and many types of commercial kitchen equipment. Each row has the **brand**, **model number**, certification date, market availability and **every published spec** for that category, such as capacity, annual energy use (kWh/yr), percent better than the federal standard, efficiency ratings and dimensions. No login or API key is needed.

Spec columns differ by category. They use the same names as the official dataset, converted to camelCase.

### How much does it cost?

Pay-per-event: a small fee **per product** returned, plus a tiny per-run start fee. There is no subscription and no separate platform usage cost. For example, 1,000 products cost about $0.30. Searches with no matches and error rows are **not charged**. Use **Max results per category** or **Maximum cost per run** to cap your spending.

### FAQ

**Is it legal?** Yes. The U.S. EPA publishes ENERGY STAR certified product lists as open government data on data.energystar.gov. They describe product models and manufacturers, not people. This tool is not affiliated with or endorsed by the EPA or the ENERGY STAR program.

**How fresh is it?** The EPA updates the lists continuously as products are certified. Each run reads the live data.

**Why do columns differ between categories?** Each category has its own test procedure and specs. A TV has on-mode power and screen size, while a heat pump has SEER2 and HSPF2.

**Can I find a single model?** Yes. Put part of the model number in **Model number contains**.
