- Fix: capped per-request timeout/retries (30s, 5 attempts) and added a 20-minute overall runtime budget so a run always finishes cleanly instead of being killed by the platform timeout when BizBuySell's Akamai protection gets extra flaky
- Fix: a search page was enriching every listing it found before applying `limit`, so a low `limit` still paid for 30-40 detail-page fetches per page — now capped to what's still needed
- Lowered the default `limit` (used when the input omits it) from 100 to 20 — BizBuySell's Akamai protection is currently flaky enough (~40-60% success per request) that a 100-listing run can legitimately take 15-20 minutes, which is not a good default for a first run or an automated check
- Set an explicit 30-minute actor-level timeout as a backstop
