## Pricing

from $0.89 / 1,000 listings

This Actor is paid per event. You are not charged for the Apify platform usage, but only a fixed price for specific events.
Since this Actor supports Apify Store discounts, the price gets lower the higher subscription plan you have.

## What's an Apify Actor?

An Actor is a serverless cloud program that runs on the Apify platform. It has two run modes.
In Batch mode, an Actor accepts a well-defined JSON input, performs an action which can take anything from a few seconds to a few hours,
and optionally produces a well-defined JSON output, datasets with results, or files in key-value store.
In Standby mode, an Actor provides a web server which can be used as a website, API, or an MCP server.

Apify vocabulary and the platform model are defined once, in the agent quickstart at https://apify.com/agents.md.

## How to integrate an Actor?

If asked about integration, you help developers integrate Actors into their projects.
You adapt to their stack and deliver integrations that are safe, well-documented, and production-ready.

Do not guess an integration path. Every one of them is in the agent quickstart at https://apify.com/agents.md: the Apify MCP server, Agent Skills with the Apify CLI, the JavaScript and Python clients, the REST API, and the account-free path for an agent with no human to sign in. It also carries the rule on stating cost before the first paid run.

For examples already wired to this Actor's own input schema, see the [API](#api) section below.

Each client library has reference documentation the quickstart does not restate: [JavaScript/TypeScript](https://docs.apify.com/api/client/js/docs.md) (`npm install apify-client`) and [Python](https://docs.apify.com/api/client/python/docs.md) (`pip install apify-client`).

### Depop Scraper - Listings, Shops, Sellers & Reviews

Depop Scraper extracts **Depop listings, whole shops, and seller reviews** into structured data: prices with shipping and discounts, brand, condition, sizes, colours, photos, likes, and seller ratings. Search Depop by keyword with filters, paste product, search, or shop links, or pull every review a seller has received.

<table><tr>
<td style="border-left:4px solid #FF2300;padding:12px 16px;font-weight:600">
Search 9 Depop marketplaces (US, UK, AU, CA, NZ, DE, FR, IT, IE) with price, brand, condition, colour, size, department and product type filters, paste any product, search or shop URL, or export a seller's full review history, with 60+ fields per listing and optional detail enrichment.

### What is Depop Scraper?

Depop Scraper is a **Depop data extraction tool** that turns what [Depop](https://www.depop.com/) shows on its search, product, and shop pages into clean rows you can download or read over the API. Depop has no public API for marketplace data, so this scraper works as a **Depop API alternative** for resellers, brands, and analysts.

The easiest way to try it: keep the prefilled keyword (`nike vintage`), click **Start**, and open the dataset. You get 20 listings with price, shipping, brand, condition, sizes, colours, photos, and likes in under a minute.

No Depop account or cookies are needed.

### What can Depop Scraper do?

- 🔎 **Keyword search** — run one or many searches on Depop with the same filters the website has: price range, brand, condition, colour, size, department, product type, and gender.
- 🌍 **9 marketplaces** — search the US, UK, Australia, Canada, New Zealand, Germany, France, Italy, or Ireland, with prices and shipping in the local currency.
- 🔗 **Paste URLs** — product pages, search result pages (filters in the link are kept), and whole shops, including a shop's sold items if you want them.
- ⭐ **Seller reviews** — every review a seller received as a seller (or as a buyer), with rating, text, date, reviewer, and the product reviewed, plus the seller's followers, items sold, and average rating.
- 🧾 **Detail enrichment** — turn on **Fetch full listing details** to add the listing title, condition name, like count, national shipping cost, free-shipping flag, and seller username, rating, review count, items sold, last-seen status, and average shipping time.
- 🔁 **Incremental monitoring** — schedule the same search, shop, or seller and get only new, updated, and reappeared items on each run, with an optional EXPIRED row for items that disappeared.
- ⏯️ **Resume** — continue an earlier run by its ID and collect only items that weren't in it yet.

Because Depop Scraper runs on the Apify platform, you also get:

- ⏰ [Scheduling](https://docs.apify.com/platform/schedules) to track prices, new drops, or a competitor's shop daily or weekly.
- 🔌 [API access](https://docs.apify.com/api/v2) and client libraries for Python and JavaScript.
- 🔗 [Integrations](https://apify.com/integrations) with Make, Zapier, Google Sheets, Slack, webhooks, and more.
- 📦 Export to JSON, CSV, Excel, XML, or HTML from the Storage tab or the API.

### What data can you extract from Depop?

**Listing rows** (Search and URL modes)

| Field | Description |
|-------|-------------|
| `id` / `slug` / `url` | Depop product ID, slug, and product page link |
| `title` | Listing title as Depop shows it (with detail enrichment or product URLs) |
| `description` | The seller's full listing description, hashtags included |

| `shippingCost` / `nationalShippingCost` / `hasFreeShipping` | Shipping prices and free-shipping flag |
| `totalPrice` / `buyerFee` / `tax` | Price breakdown Depop returns for the request's location |
| `brandName` / `brandId` | Brand and its numeric Depop ID (use it in the Brand IDs filter) |
| `condition` / `conditionName` | Condition slug (e.g. `used_excellent`) and label (e.g. "Excellent condition") |
| `colours`, `material`, `style`, `age`, `source` | Item attributes the seller picked, e.g. `black`, `polyester`, `streetwear`, `y2k`, `vintage` |
| `categoryName` / `group` / `productType` / `gender` / `isKids` | Category, department, product type, and department gender |
| `sizes` / `variants` / `quantity` | Sizes with stock per size (`filterId` is the ID for the Size filter) |

| `isBoosted` | Whether the listing was a boosted (promoted) search result |
| `sellerUsername` / `sellerUrl` / `sellerVerified` | Seller identity (shop links and detail enrichment) |
| `sellerItemsSold` / `sellerReviewsRating` / `sellerReviewsTotal` | Seller track record |
| `sellerLastSeen` / `sellerAverageShippingDays` | Seller activity (detail enrichment) |
| `raw` | The original Depop objects, for anything not flattened above |

**Review rows** (Reviews mode): `rating`, `text`, `date`, `role`, `transactionId`, reviewer (`authorId`, `authorUsername`, `authorVerified`), the reviewed product (`productId`, `productPicture`), and the seller's profile (`sellerUsername`, `sellerBio`, `sellerFollowers`, `sellerFollowing`, `sellerReviewsTotal`, `sellerReviewsRating`, `sellerItemsSold`, `sellerPictureUrl`).

Search results don't carry seller details or a title. Turn on **Fetch full listing details** when you need them. Shop links always include the shop's seller stats.

### How to scrape Depop

1. Open [Depop Scraper](https://apify.com/parsebird/depop-scraper) and click **Try for free**.
2. Pick a **Mode**: *Search by keyword*, *Paste Depop URLs*, or *Seller reviews*.
3. Fill in that mode's field: keywords (plus any filters), links, or seller usernames.
4. Set **Max items** to control how many rows you get (and what you pay), and turn on **Fetch full listing details** if you need titles and seller stats.
5. Click **Start**. Rows appear in the dataset as they're scraped.
6. Download the results as JSON, CSV, or Excel, or read them through the API.

### Use cases

- **Reseller pricing** — check what comparable items list for on Depop before you price your own stock.
- **Sourcing and deal hunting** — scan keywords with price, size, and condition filters and catch reduced items.
- **Competitor shop tracking** — export a rival shop's active and sold items and watch new listings with incremental mode.
- **Brand and trend research** — compare brands, styles (`y2k`, `streetwear`), and price levels across the US, UK, Australia, and Europe.
- **Seller due diligence** — pull a seller's full review history, rating, and items sold before partnering or buying in bulk.
- **Resale market datasets** — build training or analysis data from listing descriptions, photos, and attributes.

### How it works

1. Depop Scraper reads the same listing data the Depop website loads for search, product, and shop pages.
2. Each keyword, search URL, shop, or seller is paged 24 items at a time until **Max pages** or **Max items** is reached, Depop says there are no more results, or a page repeats items already seen.
3. With **Fetch full listing details** on, it also loads each listing's detail data to add the title, condition name, and seller stats.
4. Listings found in several searches are saved once. Rows are saved to the dataset as soon as they're ready.
5. Requests go through Apify Proxy. When Depop refuses a connection, the scraper retries on a fresh IP and, if your plan includes it, tries Apify Residential as well.

### How much does it cost to scrape Depop?

Depop Scraper uses pay-per-event pricing. You pay for each row saved, plus a small enrichment fee for each listing whose detail data is fetched when **Fetch full listing details** is on. There's no extra charge for compute or proxies.

| Event | Free plan | Bronze | Silver | Gold |
|-------|-----------|--------|--------|------|
| `result` — per listing or review saved | $0.00149 | $0.00129 | $0.00109 | $0.00089 |
| `enrichment` — per listing detail fetched | $0.00079 | $0.00069 | $0.00059 | $0.00049 |
| Per 1,000 results | **$1.49** | **$1.29** | **$1.09** | **$0.89** |
| Per 1,000 enrichments | **$0.79** | **$0.69** | **$0.59** | **$0.49** |

For example, 1,000 listings from a keyword search cost $1.49 on the Free plan, or $2.28 with detail enrichment. Product URLs already include detail data and are charged as a result only. Use **Max items** or a [spending limit](https://docs.apify.com/platform/actors/running/usage-and-resources) to cap a run. Apify's Free plan includes monthly platform credits you can use to try the scraper.

### Use Depop Scraper with the API

    "mode": "search",
    "queries": ["carhartt jacket"],
    "country": "us",
    "maxPrice": 80,
    "conditions": ["used_excellent", "used_like_new"],
    "maxListings": 100,
})
for item in client.dataset(run["defaultDatasetId"]).iterate_items():
    print(item["price"], item["currency"], item["brandName"], item["url"])
```
**JavaScript**
```javascript
import { ApifyClient } from 'apify-client';

const client = new ApifyClient({ token: 'YOUR_APIFY_TOKEN' });
const run = await client.actor('parsebird/depop-scraper').call({
    mode: 'reviews',
    sellers: ['sampleseller'],
    reviewRole: 'seller',
    maxListings: 0,
});
const { items } = await client.dataset(run.defaultDatasetId).listItems();
const avg = items.reduce((s, r) => s + r.rating, 0) / items.length;
console.log(`${items.length} reviews, average ${avg.toFixed(2)}`);
```
### Is it legal to scrape Depop?
Depop Scraper only reads data that Depop shows publicly to logged-out visitors: listings, shop pages, and seller reviews. It does not log in or access private messages, orders, or account data. Listings and reviews can contain personal data such as usernames and locations, so make sure your use complies with data protection laws such as GDPR, Depop's terms, and other rules that apply to you, and consult a lawyer if in doubt. ### FAQ
**Do I need a Depop account?**
No. Depop Scraper works without login or cookies.
**Why are `title` and `sellerUsername` empty on some rows?**
Depop's search results don't include a title or seller details. Turn on **Fetch full listing details** to add them. Rows from shop links always include the shop's seller details, and product URLs always include everything.
**Can I sort by newest?**
No. Depop doesn't serve the "Newly listed" order to automated clients, so the scraper offers relevance and price sorting. If you paste a search URL with `sort=newlyListed`, it runs in relevance order and the log says so. To catch new listings, schedule the same search with **Incremental mode** on: each run returns only items it hasn't seen before.
**How do I find brand and size IDs?**
Pick the brand or size filter on depop.com and copy the value after `brands=` or `sizes=` in the address bar, or read `brandId` and `sizes[].filterId` from this scraper's output. For example, Nike is `270`.
**Why do `totalPrice`, `buyerFee`, and `tax` differ between runs?**
Depop calculates the buyer fee and tax for the location a request comes from, and proxy IPs change between runs. `price` is the seller's own price and doesn't depend on location. Incremental mode ignores these location-dependent fields when it decides whether an item changed.
**How many results can one search return?**
A search runs until Depop reports no more results. In testing, a 234-result search (`levis 501`, Australia) returned 232 unique listings with no page cap.
**Which proxy should I use?**
The default Apify Proxy works on every plan. If Depop refuses connections repeatedly, the scraper rotates IPs and, when your plan includes it, also tries Apify Residential. Choosing Residential in the proxy settings gives the steadiest runs.
**How does incremental mode decide what changed?**
It compares each listing's fields with the previous run of the same setup (same mode, inputs, and filters, or the same **State key**). Seller stats, likes, the boosted flag, and location-dependent fees are ignored. With detail enrichment on, listings whose search data hasn't changed are skipped without fetching their details again, so quiet runs cost very little.
**Can I schedule runs and connect them to other tools?**
Yes. Use [Apify schedules](https://docs.apify.com/platform/schedules) and connect the results to Google Sheets, Slack, Make, Zapier, or webhooks through [integrations](https://apify.com/integrations).
**Something isn't working. Where do I report it?**
Open an issue on the [Issues tab](https://apify.com/parsebird/depop-scraper/issues). Include the run ID and we'll take a look.
## `sellers` (type: `array`):
Reviews mode. Enter seller usernames, shop URLs, or numeric user IDs.
## `reviewRole` (type: `string`):
Reviews mode. `seller` = reviews buyers left for this user as a seller. `buyer` = reviews sellers left for this user as a buyer.
## `includeSoldItems` (type: `boolean`):
URL mode, shop links. Also walk the shop's sold items after its active listings.
## `country` (type: `string`):
Depop marketplace for Search mode; sets the currency of prices and shipping. Also used for pasted URLs that don't name a country, and as the country for the automatic Residential proxy fallback.
## `sortBy` (type: `string`):
Order of search results. Depop does not serve the 'Newly listed' order to automated clients, so it is not offered; use Incremental mode to catch new listings instead.
## `minPrice` (type: `integer`):
Minimum item price in the marketplace currency.
## `maxPrice` (type: `integer`):
Maximum item price in the marketplace currency.
## `gender` (type: `string`):
Department gender.
## `conditions` (type: `array`):
Keep only items in these conditions. Leave empty for all.
## `brands` (type: `array`):
Numeric Depop brand IDs, e.g. `270` for Nike. Find an ID in the `brands=` part of a Depop search URL after picking a brand filter, or in the `brandId` field of this Actor's output.
## `groups` (type: `array`):
Department group slugs, e.g. `tops`, `bottoms`, `footwear`, `coats-jackets`, `dresses`, `accessories`.
## `productTypes` (type: `array`):
Product type slugs, e.g. `sneakers`, `hoodies`, `jeans`, `t-shirts`. Shown as `productType` in the output.
## `colours` (type: `array`):
Colour slugs, e.g. `black`, `white`, `pink`, `navy`, `multi`.
## `sizes` (type: `array`):
Advanced. Size IDs in `variantSetId.variantId` form, e.g. `4.16`. Copy them from the `sizes=` part of a Depop search URL (a `-US` suffix is fine) or from `sizes[].filterId` in this Actor's output. Size IDs depend on the category.
## `maxListings` (type: `integer`):
Total listings or reviews to save across all keywords, URLs, shops and sellers combined. 0 = unlimited.
## `maxPages` (type: `integer`):
Pages to walk per keyword, search URL, shop or seller (24 items per page). 0 = no page cap: each walk stops by itself at the end of the results, on an empty page, or on a page that repeats what it already returned.
## `fetchDetails` (type: `boolean`):
Open each listing's detail data to add the title, condition name, like count, national shipping cost, free-shipping flag, and seller username, rating, review count, items sold and last-seen status. Adds the enrichment charge per listing. Product URLs always include these fields.
## `proxy` (type: `object`):
Apify Proxy (datacenter) is the default and works on every plan. If Depop refuses the connection repeatedly, the Actor switches to Apify Residential automatically when your plan includes it. Pick Residential here for the most reliable results.
## `incrementalMode` (type: `boolean`):
For scheduled monitoring of the same search, URLs or sellers. After the first run, returns only NEW, UPDATED and REAPPEARED items, with `changeType`, `changedFields`, `firstSeenAt` and `lastSeenAt` on every row.
## `stateKey` (type: `string`):
Incremental mode. Name a monitoring campaign so several tasks can share it. Leave empty to derive a key from the mode, inputs and filters.
## `emitExpired` (type: `boolean`):
Incremental mode. Also return items tracked before but no longer found, marked EXPIRED. Only produced after a run that scanned everything to its natural end (not capped by Max items or Max pages, not resumed).
## `ignoreFieldsForChanges` (type: `array`):
Incremental mode. Extra output fields that should not mark an item UPDATED, e.g. `description` or `pictures`. Seller stats, `likeCount`, `isBoosted`, `raw`, and the viewer-dependent `totalPrice`, `buyerFee`, `tax` and `taxType` are always ignored.
## `resumeFromRunId` (type: `string`):
Paste an earlier run ID or dataset ID. Items already collected there are skipped, so this run returns only new ones.
