## Pricing

from $1.39 / 1,000 records

## What's an Apify Actor?

An Actor is a serverless cloud program that runs on the Apify platform. It has two run modes.
In Batch mode, an Actor accepts a well-defined JSON input, performs an action which can take anything from a few seconds to a few hours,
and optionally produces a well-defined JSON output, datasets with results, or files in key-value store.
In Standby mode, an Actor provides a web server which can be used as a website, API, or an MCP server.

Apify vocabulary and the platform model are defined once, in the agent quickstart at https://apify.com/agents.md.

## How to integrate an Actor?

If asked about integration, you help developers integrate Actors into their projects.
You adapt to their stack and deliver integrations that are safe, well-documented, and production-ready.

Do not guess an integration path. Every one of them is in the agent quickstart at https://apify.com/agents.md: the Apify MCP server, Agent Skills with the Apify CLI, the JavaScript and Python clients, the REST API, and the account-free path for an agent with no human to sign in. It also carries the rule on stating cost before the first paid run.

For examples already wired to this Actor's own input schema, see the [API](#api) section below.

Each client library has reference documentation the quickstart does not restate: [JavaScript/TypeScript](https://docs.apify.com/api/client/js/docs.md) (`npm install apify-client`) and [Python](https://docs.apify.com/api/client/python/docs.md) (`pip install apify-client`).

Fanatics Collect Scraper extracts **live bids, sold prices with buyer's premium and lot details from [Fanatics Collect](https://www.fanaticscollect.com)**, the Weekly Auction, Premier Auction and Buy Now marketplace for graded sports cards, Pokémon and other trading cards, comics and video games. Results come back as clean JSON, CSV or Excel.

Use the Apify Actor "parsebird/fanatics-collect-scraper" (call it via ApifyClient) to scrape Fanatics Collect (fanaticscollect.com) auction lots, Buy Now listings and sold prices. Example (JavaScript): const { ApifyClient } = require('apify-client'); const client = new ApifyClient({ token: '<APIFY_TOKEN>' }); const run = await client.actor('parsebird/fanatics-collect-scraper').call({ mode: 'past_auctions', keyword: 'Charizard', graders: ['PSA'], minGrade: 10, maxItems: 500 }); const { items } = await client.dataset(run.defaultDatasetId).listItems(); Inputs (all optional): mode (string, default "weekly_auction"; "weekly_auction" = live Weekly Auction lots, "premier_auction" = Premier Auction lots, "fixed_price" = Buy Now listings, "past_auctions" = sold Weekly and Premier lots, "lot" = specific lots), lotUrls (array of fanaticscollect.com lot URLs; used when mode="lot"), maxItems (integer, default 10, 0 = every matching lot), keyword (string; if nothing matches, the closest search that finds lots is used and returned in matched_keyword), categories (array: "Sports Cards", "Trading Card Games", "Other", "Video Games", "Comics"), subcategories (array of Fanatics Collect subcategory names such as "Basketball", "Pokemon", "One Piece"; case and accent insensitive; "Pokemon" covers all languages), graders (array: "PSA", "PSA/DNA", "BGS", "BVG", "SGC", "CGC", "CSG", "Other", "Ungraded"), status (string: "Live", "Sold" or "Any"), marketplace (string: "auctions", "buynow" or "all"), minPrice and maxPrice (number, USD), minGrade and maxGrade (number, 0-10), closingAuctionOnly (boolean; only the Weekly Auction that closes next), cursor (string; the NEXT_CURSOR record of a previous run, to continue it). Each output row is one lot: lot_id, lot_number, lot_url, auction_name, auction_id, auction_type (WEEKLY/PREMIER/FIXED), title, player_or_subject, year, card_number, grader, grade, grade_numeric, bid_count, watchers_count, current_bid, opening_bid, asking_price, final_sale_price, buyers_premium_pct, final_price_with_premium, premium_source, currency, listing_status (active/sold), subtitle, teams, estimated_value, guide_price_ratio, accepts_offers, image_urls (comma-separated), auction_start_date, auction_end_date, sold_date, category, subcategory, serial_number, matched_keyword. ### What is Fanatics Collect Scraper?

**Fanatics Collect Scraper** is an [Apify Actor](https://apify.com/actors) that collects lot data from [Fanatics Collect](https://www.fanaticscollect.com) (formerly PWCC). You don't need a Fanatics account, an API key or a browser. Pick a mode, click **Start**, and download the results.

It works as a **Fanatics Collect API alternative** for four jobs:

- **Live Weekly Auction lots** with the current bid, opening bid, bid count, watchers and Fanatics Collect's estimated value. On November 1, 2026 two Weekly Auctions were open at the same time, with 67,344 live lots between them.
- **Sold prices (comps)** from past Weekly and Premier auctions: the hammer price, the price with buyer's premium and the sale time. Sold Weekly Auction results go back to April 2022.
- **Buy Now listings** with the asking price and whether the seller accepts offers, plus sold Buy Now listings.
- **Lot URLs**: the record for specific lots you paste in.

### What can Fanatics Collect Scraper do?

- **Every matching lot, no matter how many**: large searches are split into slices that Fanatics Collect's search can return in full. A test run on November 1, 2026 returned all 67,344 live Weekly Auction lots in under 9 minutes.
- **Fanatics Collect's own filters**: category, subcategory, grading company, grade range, price range, keyword, live or sold status, and marketplace (auctions, Buy Now or both).
- **Buyer's premium included**: `final_price_with_premium` is the "W/ Buyer's Premium" price Fanatics Collect shows on sold lots, and `buyers_premium_pct` is the premium it implies for each lot.
- **Weekly schedules without duplicates**: turn on **Only the Weekly Auction closing next** to get only the lots of the auction that closes next, then schedule the run once a week.
- **Large jobs in batches**: when a run stops at **Max lots**, it saves a `NEXT_CURSOR` record. Paste it into the next run to continue exactly where the last one stopped.
- **Forgiving search**: subcategory names ignore case and accents (`pokemon`, `Pokémon (Japanese)`). If a pasted card title finds nothing, the closest keyword that finds lots is used and returned in `matched_keyword`.
- 📅 **Platform features**: [schedule](https://docs.apify.com/platform/schedules) runs, call the Actor through the [Apify API](https://docs.apify.com/api/v2), get [webhooks](https://docs.apify.com/platform/integrations/webhooks) when a run finishes, and connect it to [Make, Zapier, n8n, Google Sheets, Slack and more](https://apify.com/integrations). Export as JSON, CSV, Excel, XML or HTML.

### Use Fanatics Collect Scraper from Python or JavaScript

Install the [Apify API client](https://docs.apify.com/api/client/python) and use your [API token](https://console.apify.com/settings/integrations).

#### Python

```python
from apify_client import ApifyClient
client = ApifyClient("<APIFY_TOKEN>")
run = client.actor("parsebird/fanatics-collect-scraper").call(run_input={
    "mode": "past_auctions",
    "keyword": "1986 Fleer Michael Jordan",
    "graders": ["PSA"],
    "maxItems": 200,
})
for lot in client.dataset(run["defaultDatasetId"]).iterate_items():
    print(lot["sold_date"], lot["grade"], lot["final_price_with_premium"], lot["title"])
```

#### JavaScript

```javascript
import { ApifyClient } from 'apify-client';
const client = new ApifyClient({ token: '<APIFY_TOKEN>' });
const run = await client.actor('parsebird/fanatics-collect-scraper').call({
    mode: 'weekly_auction',
    subcategories: ['Pokemon'],
    graders: ['PSA'],
    minGrade: 10,
    closingAuctionOnly: true,
    maxItems: 500,
});
const { items } = await client.dataset(run.defaultDatasetId).listItems();
items.forEach((lot) => console.log(lot.current_bid, lot.bid_count, lot.estimated_value, lot.title));
```

### Use cases

- **Sold comps for pricing**: pull every sale of a card at a given grade to price your copy before you list or consign it.
- **Weekly Auction monitoring**: schedule a run before Sunday's close and send lots that are still below their estimated value to Slack or Google Sheets.
- **Market research**: compare hammer prices across grading companies, grades and years, or track how a player's cards move week by week.
- **Buy Now deal sourcing**: find listings under a price ceiling in your subcategory, including those that accept offers.
- **Datasets for analysis**: load results into BigQuery or a BI tool and combine them with eBay, Goldin or PriceCharting data.

### How it works

1. Your filters are sent to the search that powers fanaticscollect.com, so filtering happens on Fanatics Collect's side.
2. Large searches are split into slices of up to 1,000 lots each, by price and then by lot attributes, so lots are not skipped or repeated between pages.
3. **Live auction lots** come out lowest current price first. Bids only raise prices, so a lot that gets bid on during the run moves to a slice that is still ahead and is not skipped.
4. **Sold auction lots** come out auction by auction, newest first, and highest price first within each auction. **Sold Buy Now listings** come out newest sale first.
5. Grades, buyer's premium, image URLs and lot links are added to every row.

### How much does it cost to scrape Fanatics Collect?

Fanatics Collect Scraper uses pay-per-event pricing. Platform usage (compute and data transfer) is included in the event price. There are two events:

- **Record**: a live lot (auction lot open for bids or an active Buy Now listing).
- **Premium record**: a sold lot, with the final sale price and the price including buyer's premium.

| Plan | Record per 1,000 | Premium record per 1,000 |
|------|------------------|--------------------------|
| Free | **$1.99** | **$3.99** |
| Bronze | **$1.79** | **$3.49** |
| Silver | **$1.59** | **$2.99** |
| Gold | **$1.39** | **$2.49** |

Some examples:

- The default run (10 live Weekly Auction lots) costs about $0.02.
- 1,000 sold lots cost $3.99 on the Free plan and $2.49 on Gold.
- On November 1, 2026 the Weekly Auction closing that day had 38,951 live lots: about $77.51 on the Free plan and $54.14 on Gold for all of them.

To control spend, add filters or set **Max lots**. The run also stops at the maximum cost per run you set in Apify Console, and saves a `NEXT_CURSOR` so you can continue later.

### FAQ

**Is `final_sale_price` the hammer price or the total?**
`final_sale_price` is the winning bid before buyer's premium. `final_price_with_premium` is the price Fanatics Collect shows as "W/ Buyer's Premium" on the lot page. In our checks of 7,607 sold Weekly and Premier lots, the premium was 20% on all but one.

**Why are two Weekly Auctions live at the same time?**
A new Weekly Auction opens before the previous one closes. On November 1, 2026, Weekly Sunday Auction #250 (closing that evening at 7 PM Pacific) and #251 were both open. Turn on **Only the Weekly Auction closing next** if you only want the lots of the auction that closes next.

**Why does `current_bid` show 0 when the opening bid is $5?**
Nobody has bid on the lot yet. `opening_bid` is the first bid the lot will accept.

**Why do live lots start with the cheapest ones?**
Live auction lots are collected lowest price first so lots that get bid on during the run are never skipped. Sort the dataset by `current_bid` or `estimated_value` after the run if you need another order.

**Does it include unsold lots?**
No. Fanatics Collect's search only lists live and sold lots, so lots that ended without a sale are not available.

**How far back do sold prices go?**
In Fanatics Collect's search, sold Weekly Auction lots go back to April 2022, Premier Auction lots to September 2022 and Buy Now sales to April 2023.

**Why does Premier Auction mode return so few lots?**
Premier lots are live only while a Premier Auction is running; on November 1, 2026 there was 1 live Premier lot. Set **Status** to *Sold* or *Any* to get past Premier results (2,607 sold lots on that day).

**Why is `grade` empty or "Authentic"?**
Ungraded listings have no grade. Lots that a grader authenticated without a numeric grade show `Authentic`, with `grade_numeric` empty.

**How do I split a large job into several runs?**
Set **Max lots**. When a run stops with more lots left, it saves a `NEXT_CURSOR` record in its Key-value store and prints it in the log. Paste it into **Continue from cursor** in the next run with the same settings. Live lots that get bid on between runs can show up again in a later batch, but none are skipped.

**Why did my run stop with a list of subcategories?**
A value in **Subcategories** didn't match any Fanatics Collect subcategory. The log lists the closest names and the full list. Matching ignores upper and lower case and accents.

**Can I get the data through an API?**
Yes. Use the [API tab](https://apify.com/parsebird/fanatics-collect-scraper/api) or the Python and JavaScript examples above. You can also run it from Make, Zapier or n8n.

**Something is missing or broken?**
Open an issue on the [Issues tab](https://apify.com/parsebird/fanatics-collect-scraper/issues).

# Actor input Schema

## `mode` (type: `string`):

Choose which part of Fanatics Collect to scrape. Active modes return lots open for bidding or for sale. <b>Past auctions</b> returns sold auction lots. <b>Lot URLs</b> returns the lots you paste below.

## `lotUrls` (type: `array`):

Used only when Mode is <b>Lot URLs</b>. Paste Fanatics Collect lot links (weekly, premier or buy-now pages). Every URL is returned unless you set Max lots.

## `maxItems` (type: `integer`):

Stop after this many lots. 0 = every lot that matches (no result cap). Empty = 10. The live Weekly Auction holds tens of thousands of lots and the sold archive millions, so add filters when you use 0.

## `keyword` (type: `string`):

Search lots the way you would describe the card, for example <code>Charizard 201/165</code> or <code>1986 Fleer Michael Jordan</code>. If your exact wording finds nothing, the closest search that does is used and shown in <code>matched_keyword</code>.

## `categories` (type: `array`):

Keep lots from these top-level categories. Empty = all categories.

## `subcategories` (type: `array`):

Enter Fanatics Collect subcategories, such as Basketball, Baseball, Football, Soccer, Pokemon, One Piece, Magic The Gathering or Yu-gi-oh!. Matching ignores case and accents, and <code>Pokemon</code> covers English, Japanese and other-language Pokémon. An unknown value stops the run and lists the closest names.

## `graders` (type: `array`):

Keep lots graded by these companies. <b>Ungraded</b> listings are found in Buy Now. Empty = all.

## `status` (type: `string`):

Live lots, sold lots or both. Empty keeps what the mode implies: Live for the active modes, Sold for Past auctions. Fixed Price with Sold returns sold Buy Now listings.

## `marketplace` (type: `string`):

Override the marketplace the mode picks: auctions (Weekly and Premier), Buy Now or all. With <b>All</b> and status <b>Any</b> one run searches everything.

## `minPrice` (type: `number`):

Keep lots at or above this price: the current bid for live auction lots, the asking price for Buy Now, or the sold price (before buyer's premium) for sold lots.

## `maxPrice` (type: `number`):

Keep lots at or below this price (same price as Min price).

## `minGrade` (type: `number`):

Keep graded lots with a numeric grade at or above this value, for example 9.5. Ungraded and Authentic lots are left out.

## `maxGrade` (type: `number`):

Keep graded lots with a numeric grade at or below this value.

## `closingAuctionOnly` (type: `boolean`):

Weekly Auction only. Two weekly auctions are live at the same time. Turn this on to keep only the lots of the auction that closes next, so a weekly schedule returns each lot once.

## `cursor` (type: `string`):

Continue where a previous run stopped. When a run stops at Max lots with more lots left, it saves a <code>NEXT_CURSOR</code> record in its Key-value store. Paste it here and keep the same mode and filters.

## Actor input object example

```json
{
  "mode": "weekly_auction",
  "maxItems": 10,
  "closingAuctionOnly": false
}
