### v1.1 — 2026-09-27

- Fixed runs returning no listings after Habitaclia's site redesign. Listings are now read from the data embedded in the new search pages, and pagination follows the new page URLs (the old ones silently returned page 1 again).
- Much faster and lighter: all listing details (full description, coordinates, features, energy rating, images, agency) now come from the search results, so a separate page per listing is no longer fetched
- New fields: `contactPhone`, `contactEmail`. `datePosted` is now the listing's last-update timestamp. `usableAreaSqm`, `yearBuilt`, `hasTerrace` and `isLuxury` are no longer published by Habitaclia and are usually empty.
- A run that finds no listings now fails with a clear message instead of finishing "successfully" with an empty dataset
