# Map corporate ownership from a parent LEI

**Use case:** 

Runs the `subsidiaries` mode for one or more anchor LEI codes and returns every entity that the anchor directly owns, up to 500 — each row tagged with the anchor LEI it belongs to. Switch `mode` to `parents` to walk ownership upward instead. Replace `parentLeiCodes` with the 20-character LEI codes you're investigating.
