## Pricing

from $2.29 / 1,000 exhibitors

This Actor is paid per event. You are not charged for the Apify platform usage, but only a fixed price for specific events.
Since this Actor supports Apify Store discounts, the price gets lower the higher subscription plan you have.

## What's an Apify Actor?

An Actor is a serverless cloud program that runs on the Apify platform. It has two run modes.
In Batch mode, an Actor accepts a well-defined JSON input, performs an action which can take anything from a few seconds to a few hours,
and optionally produces a well-defined JSON output, datasets with results, or files in key-value store.
In Standby mode, an Actor provides a web server which can be used as a website, API, or an MCP server.

Apify vocabulary and the platform model are defined once, in the agent quickstart at https://apify.com/agents.md.

## How to integrate an Actor?

If asked about integration, you help developers integrate Actors into their projects.
You adapt to their stack and deliver integrations that are safe, well-documented, and production-ready.

Do not guess an integration path. Every one of them is in the agent quickstart at https://apify.com/agents.md: the Apify MCP server, Agent Skills with the Apify CLI, the JavaScript and Python clients, the REST API, and the account-free path for an agent with no human to sign in. It also carries the rule on stating cost before the first paid run.

For examples already wired to this Actor's own input schema, see the [API](#api) section below.

Each client library has reference documentation the quickstart does not restate: [JavaScript/TypeScript](https://docs.apify.com/api/client/js/docs.md) (`npm install apify-client`) and [Python](https://docs.apify.com/api/client/python/docs.md) (`pip install apify-client`).

# README

### Map Your Show Exhibitor List Scraper

Map Your Show Exhibitor List Scraper extracts exhibitor lists from any trade show directory built on the [MapYourShow](https://mapyourshow.com/) platform — CES, NAB Show, RE+, RSNA, IBEX, InfoComm, and 15+ more. It's a **MapYourShow exhibitor list API alternative** for building prospect lists, sourcing leads, and researching competitors at any trade show without manually browsing the directory.

<table><tr>
<td style="border-left:4px solid #1C1917;padding:12px 16px;font-weight:600">
Paste any exhibitor gallery URL and get full company profiles — address, website, phone, social links, product categories, real contact-person emails and phone numbers, and (optionally) exact booth width, height, and square footage.
</td>
</tr></table>

Use the Apify actor "parsebird/map-your-show-exhibitor-list-scraper" (call it via the apify-client SDK, e.g. `ApifyClient(token).actor("parsebird/map-your-show-exhibitor-list-scraper").call(run_input={...})`) to scrape the exhibitor list of any MapYourShow-powered trade show directory (CES, NAB Show, RE+, RSNA, IBEX, InfoComm, CONEXPO-CON/AGG, and more). Key inputs: start_url (required, the show's exhibitor gallery page URL, e.g. https://exhibitors.ces.tech/8_0/explore/exhibitor-gallery.cfm), output_type (single_row or multi_row, default single_row), result_limit (integer, minimum 20, leave blank for all exhibitors), and get_booth_sizes (boolean, adds booth width/height/area from the floor plan, billed separately). Output is one JSON object per exhibitor with ___exhibitor_profile_url, __company_name, _company_address, _company_country, _company_website, _company_phone, _hall_stands, _social_url_linkedin/_facebook/_instagram/_twitter, company_description, product_categories (array, or one product_category per row in multi_row mode), contact_persons (array of {__name, _email, _phone, _title, linkedin}), and _hall_stand_sizes when get_booth_sizes is on. ### What does Map Your Show Exhibitor List Scraper do?

Map Your Show Exhibitor List Scraper turns any [MapYourShow](https://mapyourshow.com/) exhibitor directory into structured, ready-to-use data. Give it the show's exhibitor gallery URL and it will:

- 🏢 Pull every exhibitor's **company profile** — name, full address, country, website, and phone
- 👤 Extract **real contact-person details** — name, title, email, phone, and LinkedIn, exactly as published on the exhibitor's listing
- 🔗 Collect **social links** — LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, and Twitter/X company pages
- 🏷️ List every **product category** the exhibitor is tagged under
- 📍 Report the exhibitor's **booth number(s)**, and optionally exact **booth width, height, and square footage** pulled from the show's floor plan
- 📄 Choose **single-row** (all categories in one record) or **multi-row** (one record per category) output, so you can filter by category directly in Excel

Currently verified on 20+ shows including CES, NAB Show, NAB Show New York, RE+, RSNA, IBEX, InfoComm, IPPE, MODEX, NACS, National Comp, SME Annual Conference, The NAMA Show, Toy Fair, PRINTING United Expo, PACK EXPO East, IACP, Global Pet Expo, and CONEXPO-CON/AGG — and it works on any other MapYourShow-powered show URL you give it, since the show configuration is read from the page itself, nothing is hardcoded per show.

Runs can be triggered on a **schedule**, called via the **Apify API**, or wired into **Zapier, Make, or n8n** integrations, so you can refresh a show's exhibitor list before it opens. Results export as **JSON, CSV, or Excel**.

### Use cases

- 🤝 Build a **prospecting list** of exhibitors at an upcoming show, with real contact emails
- 🧭 Research **competitors** exhibiting at a show — booth location, size, and product categories
- 📇 Pre-populate a **CRM** with leads before attending a trade show
- 🏗️ Compare **booth footprints** across exhibitors to benchmark investment level
- 📊 Filter exhibitors by **product category** in Excel using the multi-row export

### How it works

1. Map Your Show Exhibitor List Scraper reads the show's own exhibitor-search API to discover exhibitors, paginating until `result_limit` (or every exhibitor) is collected.
2. It passes the exhibitor-profile page's Cloudflare/AWS bot check once per run, then fetches each exhibitor's detail page directly.
3. Company info, description, social links, product categories, and real contact-person emails/phones are parsed straight from each exhibitor's public profile page.
4. With `get_booth_sizes` on, it additionally reads the show's floor-plan data to compute each booth's width, height, and area.
5. Every exhibitor is pushed to the dataset as soon as it's scraped, and billed via [pay-per-result](https://docs.apify.com/platform/actors/publishing/monetize#pay-per-event-pricing) — you never pay for empty runs.

### How much does it cost to scrape a MapYourShow exhibitor list?

Map Your Show Exhibitor List Scraper uses **pay-per-result** pricing — you only pay for exhibitors actually returned, never for compute time or failed runs.

| Event | Free | Bronze | Silver | Gold |
|-------|------|--------|--------|------|
| `exhibitor` (per exhibitor) | $2.99 / 1,000 | $2.79 / 1,000 | $2.59 / 1,000 | $2.29 / 1,000 |
| `booth-size` (per exhibitor, only with `get_booth_sizes` on) | $0.99 / 1,000 | $0.79 / 1,000 | $0.69 / 1,000 | $0.69 / 1,000 |

Scraping 1,000 exhibitors on a Gold plan costs about **$2.29**, or **$2.98** with booth sizes included. Apify's [monthly platform usage credits](https://apify.com/pricing) apply on top of your plan, so most light usage is covered without any extra charge.

### Input & output

Open the [Input tab](https://apify.com/parsebird/map-your-show-exhibitor-list-scraper/input-schema) to see every field with examples. Every run's results are available as a dataset — export as JSON, CSV, or Excel, or read them with the [Apify API](https://docs.apify.com/api/v2) and [client libraries](https://docs.apify.com/api/client/python/) for Python and JavaScript.

### Is it legal to scrape a MapYourShow exhibitor directory?

Scraping publicly available data — the kind shown on a show's public exhibitor directory without logging in — is generally considered legal, including under rulings like *hiQ Labs v. LinkedIn*. That said, you're responsible for how you use the data: respect the show organizer's Terms of Service, and consult a lawyer if you plan to redistribute the data commercially, especially contact information. Read more in Apify's [guide to web scraping and the law](https://blog.apify.com/is-web-scraping-legal/).

### FAQ

**Does this work on shows not in the supported list?**
Yes. The actor reads each show's configuration directly from its exhibitor gallery page, so any current or future MapYourShow-powered show URL should work — just paste its exhibitor gallery URL as `start_url`.

**Where do I find a show's exhibitor gallery URL?**
It's the "Exhibitor Directory" or "Exhibitor List" page on the show's MapYourShow site, usually ending in `/explore/exhibitor-gallery.cfm`. Use the English version if the show offers multiple languages.

**Are the contact emails and phone numbers real?**
Yes — they're the exact values published on each exhibitor's own listing page, not masked or guessed. Not every exhibitor lists a contact person; when none is published, `contact_persons` is an empty array.

**What's the difference between single\_row and multi\_row?**
`single_row` keeps all of an exhibitor's product categories in one record (`product_categories` array). `multi_row` repeats the exhibitor once per category (`product_category` field) so you can filter or pivot by category in Excel. Multi-row does not change how many exhibitors you're billed for.

**How accurate are the booth sizes?**
Booth width, height, and area are read directly from the show's own floor-plan data and converted to feet — the same numbers the show's interactive floor plan uses internally.

**Can I run this on a schedule?**
Yes — use [Apify's Scheduler](https://docs.apify.com/platform/schedules) to refresh a show's exhibitor list daily or weekly as new exhibitors sign up.

**Something looks wrong or missing — where do I report it?**
Open an issue on the Actor's Issues tab in Apify Console, or reach out via [Apify's support](https://apify.com/contact). Feedback on data accuracy is always welcome.
