- Fixed: runs timing out while trying to pass realestate.com.au's bot check. The actor now reads listings from the site's own search API instead of driving a browser — no UNBLOCKER proxy needed, and runs finish in seconds.
- Filters (property type, price, bedrooms, bathrooms) and sort order are now applied by realestate.com.au's search itself, so every page returned matches
- Sold date range filter now applied
- New fields: `title`, `landSize`, `buildingSize`, `soldPrice`, `bond`, `availableDate`, agent and agency contact details, floorplans and virtual tours

- Lower default memory (256 MB)
