## Pricing

from $1.49 / 1,000 events

This Actor is paid per event. You are not charged for the Apify platform usage, but only a fixed price for specific events.
Since this Actor supports Apify Store discounts, the price gets lower the higher subscription plan you have.

## What's an Apify Actor?

An Actor is a serverless cloud program that runs on the Apify platform. It has two run modes.
In Batch mode, an Actor accepts a well-defined JSON input, performs an action which can take anything from a few seconds to a few hours,
and optionally produces a well-defined JSON output, datasets with results, or files in key-value store.
In Standby mode, an Actor provides a web server which can be used as a website, API, or an MCP server.

Apify vocabulary and the platform model are defined once, in the agent quickstart at https://apify.com/agents.md.

## How to integrate an Actor?

If asked about integration, you help developers integrate Actors into their projects.
You adapt to their stack and deliver integrations that are safe, well-documented, and production-ready.

Do not guess an integration path. Every one of them is in the agent quickstart at https://apify.com/agents.md: the Apify MCP server, Agent Skills with the Apify CLI, the JavaScript and Python clients, the REST API, and the account-free path for an agent with no human to sign in. It also carries the rule on stating cost before the first paid run.

For examples already wired to this Actor's own input schema, see the [API](#api) section below.

Each client library has reference documentation the quickstart does not restate: [JavaScript/TypeScript](https://docs.apify.com/api/client/js/docs.md) (`npm install apify-client`) and [Python](https://docs.apify.com/api/client/python/docs.md) (`pip install apify-client`).

### What is TickPick Events Scraper?

[TickPick](https://www.tickpick.com) is a US ticket marketplace that shows prices with no buyer fees added at checkout. It lists events for sports teams, concerts, Broadway and theater shows, and comedy tours.

**TickPick Events Scraper** turns TickPick's event pages into a structured dataset. Paste a team, artist, show, or venue URL, click Start, and download every upcoming event with its current ticket prices. It works as a **TickPick API alternative**: no TickPick account, API key, or code needed.

### What can TickPick Events Scraper do?

- 🎟️ **Every upcoming event of a performer.** A team, artist, or show page gives you the whole schedule, not just the first events shown on the page. For example, the Hamilton page returned 1,049 performances in one run.
- 🏟️ **Every event at a venue.** Paste a venue page to get its full calendar.
- 🗂️ **Whole categories.** A category page such as MLB, NBA, or Concerts gives its featured events and then the events of each performer it lists.
- 🔎 **Search.** Type artist, team, show, or venue names, or paste a TickPick search URL.
- 💵 **Live price statistics.** Lowest, average, and highest ticket price, and the number of tickets for sale, as TickPick shows them right now.
- 🅿️ **Parking prices.** Lowest, average, and highest parking pass price and the number of passes, when TickPick sells parking for the event.
- 📈 **Price history.** Optionally add TickPick's daily lowest price, average price, and listing count for each event.
- 📍 **Venue details.** Street address, ZIP code, coordinates, and time zone.
- 📅 **Date filter.** Keep only events between two dates.
- 📅 **Scheduling and monitoring.** Track prices daily or hourly with [Apify Schedules](https://docs.apify.com/platform/schedules).
- 🔌 **API and integrations.** Use the [Apify API](https://docs.apify.com/api/v2), or send events to Google Sheets, Zapier, Make, Slack, or webhooks with [Apify integrations](https://docs.apify.com/platform/integrations). Export as JSON, CSV, Excel, XML, or HTML.

### What data can you extract from TickPick?

| Field | Description |
|-------|-------------|
| `eventId` / `eventName` / `shortName` | TickPick event ID, full name, and short name such as "Rams vs. Cardinals" |
| `url` | TickPick event page |
| `eventDate` / `eventDateUtc` | Event start in local time and in UTC |
| `originalEventDate` / `eventStatus` | Original date of a rescheduled event, and the status (`Scheduled`, `Rescheduled`, `Postponed`, and others) |
| `eventType` / `childCategory` / `grandchildCategory` | Category path, for example `SPORTS` › `FOOTBALL` › `NFL` |
| `venueName` / `venueAddress` / `venueCity` / `venueState` / `venueZip` / `venueCountry` | Venue name and address |
| `venueLatitude` / `venueLongitude` / `venueTimezone` / `venueUrl` | Venue coordinates, time zone, and TickPick venue page |
| `performerName` / `performerId` / `performerUrl` / `performerImageUrl` | Main performer or home team |
| `secondaryPerformers` / `performers` | Other performers, and every performer with their role (Headliner, Home Team, Away Team, Featured) |
| `lowPrice` / `averagePrice` / `highPrice` / `priceCurrency` | Ticket price statistics in US dollars |
| `ticketCount` | Number of tickets for sale |
| `parkingLowPrice` / `parkingAveragePrice` / `parkingHighPrice` / `parkingPassCount` | Parking pass price statistics, when sold |
| `hasSeatingChart` / `seatingChartImageUrl` / `venueConfiguration` | Seating chart image and the venue layout used |
| `priceHistory` | Daily lowest price, average price, and listing count *(optional)* |
| `sourceUrl` / `scrapedAt` | The URL or search term the event came from, and when it was scraped |

Fields are empty when TickPick doesn't have them. In 1,386 events scraped on October 15, 2026 (Broadway, NBA, a venue calendar, concerts, and searches), 79% had tickets for sale (and so prices), 55% had parking passes for sale, 68% had a seating chart, and every event had a venue address and coordinates. Events with no tickets for sale have `ticketCount` 0 and empty price fields.

### How to scrape TickPick

1. Open [TickPick Events Scraper](https://apify.com/parsebird/tickpick-events-scraper) in Apify Console.
2. On [TickPick](https://www.tickpick.com), open the team, artist, show, venue, or category page you want, and copy its URL.
3. Paste the URL into **TickPick URLs**. Add as many as you like, or type names into **Search terms**.
4. Set **Max events per URL**, and optionally a date range.
5. Click **Start**. A team's full season takes seconds: in our test on Apify, all 83 New York Knicks games took 6 seconds, and all 1,049 Hamilton performances took about 2 minutes.
6. Download the events as JSON, CSV, Excel, XML, or HTML from the **Output** tab, or read them through the API.

### How much does it cost to scrape TickPick?

TickPick Events Scraper uses **pay-per-event** pricing. You pay for each event saved to the dataset. Compute and proxy costs are included in the event price.

| Event | Free | Bronze | Silver | Gold |
|-------|------|--------|--------|------|
| `event-scraped` (per event) | $0.00299 | $0.00249 | $0.00199 | $0.00149 |
| Per 1,000 events | **$2.99** | **$2.49** | **$1.99** | **$1.49** |

For example, the 20 events in the default input cost about $0.06 on the Free plan, and 1,000 events cost $2.99. Price history doesn't cost extra. Events skipped by the date filter, and events TickPick no longer returns (for example, removed events), are not charged. Events with no tickets for sale are saved and charged like any other event. You can set a maximum cost per run in Apify Console, and the Actor stops when it reaches it.

With **Include price history** on, each event also has `priceHistory`, a list of days like `{"date": "2026-10-15T00:00:00", "listings": 2264, "lowPrice": 80, "averagePrice": 242.71}` (about two months of days in our test).

### Use cases

- **Ticket price tracking.** Schedule daily runs and follow how the lowest and average prices move toward the event date.
- **Resale market research.** Compare supply (ticket count) and prices across teams, tours, venues, and cities.
- **Event calendars and newsletters.** Build listings of upcoming concerts, games, and shows with dates, venues, and "from" prices.
- **Price alerts.** Feed prices into Slack, email, or Google Sheets and get told when tickets drop below a target.
- **Travel and hospitality.** Find the big events near a hotel, venue, or city on given dates.
- **AI agents and LLM apps.** Give an assistant fresh event and price data through the API or the [Apify MCP server](https://docs.apify.com/platform/integrations/mcp), using compact output.

### How it works

1. The Actor works out what each URL is: a performer, venue, category, search, or single event.
2. It reads the full list of upcoming events for that page, the same list the page's "View More" button loads.
3. For each event, it loads the event's details and current price statistics.
4. Events are saved to the dataset as they're loaded. The Actor stops at **Max events per URL**, at the end of the list, or at your spending limit. An event found through two URLs is saved once.

### Use the TickPick Scraper API from Python or JavaScript

Get your API token in [Apify Console](https://console.apify.com/settings/integrations), then call the Actor with the [Apify API client](https://docs.apify.com/api/client/python).

**Python**

```python
from apify_client import ApifyClient
client = ApifyClient("<YOUR_APIFY_TOKEN>")
run = client.actor("parsebird/tickpick-events-scraper").call(run_input={
    "startUrls": [{"url": "https://www.tickpick.com/nba/new-york-knicks-tickets/"}],
    "maxItems": 100,
})
for event in client.dataset(run["defaultDatasetId"]).iterate_items():
    print(event["eventDate"], event["eventName"], "from", event["lowPrice"])
```

**JavaScript**

```javascript
import { ApifyClient } from 'apify-client';
const client = new ApifyClient({ token: '<YOUR_APIFY_TOKEN>' });
const run = await client.actor('parsebird/tickpick-events-scraper').call({
    searchQueries: ['Hamilton'],
    maxItems: 100,
});
const { items } = await client.dataset(run.defaultDatasetId).listItems();
items.forEach((e) => console.log(e.eventDate, e.eventName, 'from', e.lowPrice));
```

See the [API tab](https://apify.com/parsebird/tickpick-events-scraper/api) for the HTTP endpoints and the OpenAPI spec.

### Is it legal to scrape TickPick?

TickPick Events Scraper collects only public event information and aggregate price statistics that TickPick shows to every visitor without logging in. It doesn't log in, buy tickets, or collect personal data about buyers or sellers. Web scraping of public data is generally legal, but you should check TickPick's terms before you reuse the content, especially commercially. If you're unsure, ask a lawyer. Read more in Apify's blog post on [whether web scraping is legal](https://blog.apify.com/is-web-scraping-legal/).

### Other event and ticket scrapers

| Actor | What it scrapes |
|-------|-----------------|
| [StubHub Event Scraper](https://apify.com/parsebird/stubhub-event-scraper) | Events and ticket listings from StubHub |
| [Luma Events Scraper](https://apify.com/parsebird/luma-events-scraper) | Events from Luma |
| [Meetup Events Scraper](https://apify.com/parsebird/meetup-events-scraper) | Events, groups, and RSVP data from Meetup |

### FAQ

**Do I need a TickPick account?**
No. The Actor reads public event pages, the same ones you see on TickPick without logging in.

**Why do I get more events than the TickPick page shows?**
TickPick pages show the first events and load the rest when you click "View More". The Actor loads the whole list.

**Are prices in US dollars? Do they include fees?**
TickPick's structured page data declares prices in US dollars, so `priceCurrency` is `USD`. TickPick also lists some events outside the US (for example London and Canadian shows). Its data doesn't state a separate currency for those, so treat their prices with care. TickPick advertises that it adds no buyer fees, but check the event page before you buy.

**Does it scrape individual ticket listings (section, row, seat)?**
No. The Actor saves each event's price statistics: lowest, average, and highest price and the ticket count. Individual listings aren't included.

**Why does an event have no prices?**
When nothing is for sale, `ticketCount` is 0 and the price fields are empty.

**How does the category page work?**
A category page such as `https://www.tickpick.com/mlb-tickets/` gives its featured events first, then the events of each team or artist the category lists, until **Max events per URL** is reached.

**Which TickPick pages aren't supported?**
City pages (`/cities/...`) and Explore pages (`/explore/...`). The run skips them with a message in the log. Use the performer, venue, category, or search URL instead.

**Do I need to set up a proxy?**
No. The Actor works without one. If TickPick starts refusing requests, it moves to Apify Proxy in the US (datacenter, then residential) by itself. Any proxy costs are included in the event price.

**Something doesn't work or a field is missing?**
Open an issue on the [Issues tab](https://apify.com/parsebird/tickpick-events-scraper/issues).

# Actor input Schema

## `startUrls` (type: `array`):

Paste TickPick URLs. A performer or team page (like https://www.tickpick.com/nba/new-york-knicks-tickets/) gives all its upcoming events, a venue page all events at that venue, a category page (like https://www.tickpick.com/mlb-tickets/) its featured events and then each listed performer's events, a search page (https://www.tickpick.com/search/?q=...) TickPick's search results, and an event page that one event.

## `searchQueries` (type: `array`):

Artist, team, show or venue names, like "Taylor Swift" or "Hamilton". Each term returns the events TickPick's search shows (TickPick returns up to 300 events per search).

## `maxItems` (type: `integer`):

Maximum number of events to save for each URL or search term. Set 0 for no limit.

## `dateFrom` (type: `string`):

Only events on or after this date (the event's local date).

## `dateTo` (type: `string`):

Only events on or before this date (the event's local date).

## `includePriceHistory` (type: `boolean`):

Add TickPick's daily price history for each event: lowest price, average price and number of listings per day.

## `compact` (type: `boolean`):

Save only the core fields (event, date, venue, performer, prices, ticket count, status, URL). Handy for AI agents and spreadsheets.

## `proxyConfiguration` (type: `object`):

Not needed in most cases. If TickPick refuses requests, the scraper moves to Apify Proxy in the US (datacenter, then residential) on its own.

The hosted server signs you in with OAuth on first connect, so no API token belongs in this config. Clients without OAuth support can send an `Authorization: Bearer <APIFY_API_TOKEN>` header instead, using a token from API & Integrations in Apify Console (https://console.apify.com/settings/integrations).
