## Pricing

from $3.50 / 1,000 job results

This Actor is paid per event. You are not charged for the Apify platform usage, but only a fixed price for specific events.
Since this Actor supports Apify Store discounts, the price gets lower the higher subscription plan you have.

## What's an Apify Actor?

An Actor is a serverless cloud program that runs on the Apify platform. It has two run modes.
In Batch mode, an Actor accepts a well-defined JSON input, performs an action which can take anything from a few seconds to a few hours,
and optionally produces a well-defined JSON output, datasets with results, or files in key-value store.
In Standby mode, an Actor provides a web server which can be used as a website, API, or an MCP server.

Apify vocabulary and the platform model are defined once, in the agent quickstart at https://apify.com/agents.md.

## How to integrate an Actor?

If asked about integration, you help developers integrate Actors into their projects.
You adapt to their stack and deliver integrations that are safe, well-documented, and production-ready.

Do not guess an integration path. Every one of them is in the agent quickstart at https://apify.com/agents.md: the Apify MCP server, Agent Skills with the Apify CLI, the JavaScript and Python clients, the REST API, and the account-free path for an agent with no human to sign in. It also carries the rule on stating cost before the first paid run.

For examples already wired to this Actor's own input schema, see the [API](#api) section below.

Each client library has reference documentation the quickstart does not restate: [JavaScript/TypeScript](https://docs.apify.com/api/client/js/docs.md) (`npm install apify-client`) and [Python](https://docs.apify.com/api/client/python/docs.md) (`pip install apify-client`).

## 💼 Multi Job Board Scraper

> 🚀 **Search 8 job boards in one run and get one clean jobs dataset.** Type a job title once and get LinkedIn, Indeed, Naukri, Himalayas, Jobicy, RemoteOK, We Work Remotely and Arbeitnow results back as rows with the same 30 fields, salaries converted to a yearly figure, and cross-board duplicates removed.

This Actor queries each board's own public job feed (the same listings their websites show to logged out visitors) and maps every posting into one shared schema. A LinkedIn card, an Indeed mobile listing and a Himalayas remote role all arrive with the same `title`, `company`, `location`, `jobType`, `salaryMin`, `salaryMax`, `postedAt` and `description` columns, so you can sort, filter and chart them together without writing a single mapping.

Coverage from the test runs: 400 jobs across 8 boards in 79 seconds, 16 jobs from all 8 boards in 5 seconds in the cloud, Indeed in 60 countries, every board answering without a proxy. Results are interleaved across boards, so even a 10 item preview shows you every source.

| 🎯 Target Audience | 💡 Primary Use Cases |
|---|---|
| Recruiters and staffing agencies | One morning search across every major board instead of eight tabs |
| Job seekers and career coaches | A single daily feed of new roles, remote and on-site, with salaries side by side |
| HR tech and job aggregator builders | A normalised multi-source feed to power a job board, alert or matching product |
| Labour market analysts and researchers | Salary, seniority and remote-work data across boards and countries |
| Sales teams selling to hiring companies | A list of companies hiring right now, with their careers and apply links |
| Data teams training matching models | Consistent job records with full descriptions from several sources |

### 📋 What the Multi Job Board Scraper does

1. Takes one or more search terms (job titles or keywords) and the boards you want.
2. Runs each term on every selected board in parallel: LinkedIn and Indeed with your location, radius, job type, remote and seniority filters, Naukri for India, four remote-first boards and Arbeitnow for Germany and the EU.
3. Opens each LinkedIn job for the full description, seniority, employment type, job function, industry and applicant count.
4. Normalises every posting to 30 fields: salary range, currency and period plus a yearly equivalent, job type, posting date as ISO timestamp, apply link, company page and tags.
5. Applies your filters on every board, including the ones that do not support them natively, so "past week" or "full-time" means the same thing everywhere.
6. Drops cross-board duplicates (same company, same title, same city) and repeats inside a board.
7. Delivers rows interleaved board by board until your Max Items is reached.

> 💡 **Why it matters:** every job board shows a different slice of the market, and every board formats its data differently. Stitching eight exports together by hand takes hours and still leaves you with duplicates and salaries in four units. This Actor does the stitching for you and bills one flat price per unique job.

### ✨ Why choose this Actor

- **8 boards, one schema.** LinkedIn, Indeed, Naukri, Himalayas, Jobicy, RemoteOK, We Work Remotely and Arbeitnow, every row with the same 30 columns. No per-board spreadsheets to merge.
- **Five boards the big tools skip.** Four remote-first boards (Himalayas, Jobicy, RemoteOK, We Work Remotely) plus Arbeitnow for Germany and the EU list roles that often never reach LinkedIn or Indeed. Most multi-board scrapers stop at the big two.
- **Salaries you can compare.** Every salary comes with currency, period and a yearly equivalent, so a $200 hourly contract and a $160,000 salary sit on the same axis.
- **Cross-board duplicates removed.** When the same company posts the same title in the same city on two boards, you get it once and pay for it once.
- **Filters that work everywhere.** Posted within, job type and remote-only are sent to the boards that support them and applied to the results on the boards that do not.
- **Direct employer apply links from Indeed.** `applyUrl` usually points to the company's own application page (Workable, Greenhouse, Workday and so on), not only to the Indeed listing.
- **No login, no cookies, no API keys.** Every board answers logged out. If LinkedIn or Indeed start limiting an IP, the Actor rotates Apify datacenter sessions for that board on its own.
- **Fast.** Plain HTTP against each board's own JSON feed. 400 jobs from 8 boards took 79 seconds in testing.

### 📈 How it compares to alternatives

| | This Actor | Typical multi-board scraper | Single-board scrapers | Manual search |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Boards per run | 8 | 3 to 6 | 1 | 1 at a time |
| Remote-first boards | 4 included | Rarely | Separate tools | Separate sites |
| Same columns on every board | Yes, 30 | Partly | No | No |
| Yearly salary equivalent | Yes | No | No | No |
| Cross-board duplicates | Removed | Often kept | Kept | Kept by hand |
| Indeed countries | 60 | Varies | Varies | 1 site each |
| Glassdoor, ZipRecruiter, Google Jobs | Not included | Often advertised | Available separately | Yes |
| Login or cookies | None | None | Some need them | Your accounts |

About the boards that are not included: Glassdoor, ZipRecruiter, Google Jobs and Bayt all answered our test requests with a bot challenge on every connection type we tried, including residential proxies, so they are not part of this Actor. We would rather tell you now than sell you rows that silently come back empty. LinkedIn also stops paging at about 1,000 results per search, Jobicy returns up to 100 jobs per term, and RemoteOK, We Work Remotely and Arbeitnow publish only their newest postings, so broad terms on those three return their latest listings rather than their full archive.

### 🚀 How to use

1. Create a free Apify account. New accounts include $5 of free platform credit, which is plenty to try this out: [console.apify.com/sign-up](https://console.apify.com/sign-up?fpr=vmoqkp)
2. Open the Actor and go to the Input tab.
3. Enter one or more **Search terms**, such as `data analyst` or `registered nurse`.
4. Pick the **Job boards** and type a **Location** for LinkedIn, Indeed and Naukri. Choose the matching **Indeed country**.
5. Optionally narrow with **Posted within**, **Job type**, **Remote only** and **LinkedIn experience level**.
6. Set **Max Items** and click **Start**. The log prints a per-board count at the end.
7. Open the **Dataset** tab and download as CSV, Excel, JSON or XML, or pull it straight from the API.

```json
{
  "searchTerms": ["data analyst", "business analyst"],
  "location": "New York, NY",
  "indeedCountry": "US",
  "datePosted": "7d",
  "remoteOnly": false,
  "maxItems": 500
}
```

### 💼 Business use cases

#### Recruiting and staffing

Run your open requisitions as search terms every morning with **Posted within** set to the past 24 hours. You get every new competing posting across LinkedIn, Indeed and the remote boards in one sheet, with `company`, `applyUrl` and `applicantsCount` to judge how contested each role is. Agencies use the `company` column as a live list of businesses that are hiring right now.

#### Salary benchmarking

Filter on `salaryAnnualMin` and `salaryAnnualMax` to compare pay for the same title across boards, cities and remote versus on-site roles. Because every figure is annualised with the same rules, a monthly Naukri range, an hourly Indeed contract and a yearly Himalayas salary can go on one chart.

#### Job board and alert products

Schedule the Actor per keyword and push the dataset into your own job board, newsletter or Slack alert. The board-prefixed `id` is stable across runs, so you can insert only the jobs you have not seen before and never show the same posting twice.

#### Sales intelligence for HR and recruiting vendors

A company posting ten engineering roles this week is a warm lead for recruiting software, background checks, relocation services or contractors. Group the dataset by `company`, count postings, and hand the list to your sales team with `companyUrl` for each account.

### 🔌 Automating Multi Job Board Scraper

- **Make** and **Zapier**: run the Actor on a schedule and send each new job to a spreadsheet, CRM or email digest.
- **Slack**: post fresh matches for a saved search into a channel every morning.
- **Airbyte**: sync every run into Snowflake, BigQuery or Postgres for labour market dashboards.
- **GitHub**: trigger runs from Actions and keep a versioned history of postings for a keyword.
- **Google Drive**: drop a CSV or Google Sheet into a shared folder after every run.
- **API and webhooks**: subscribe to the run succeeded webhook and pull the rows into any system you already run.

### 🌟 Beyond business use cases

- **Research**: track remote-work share, salary transparency and seniority mix by board and country over time.
- **Personal**: build your own daily job feed across eight boards and stop checking each one by hand.
- **Non-profit**: help job seekers in a workforce programme find openings that match their skills in one list.
- **Experimentation**: a consistent, multi-source job corpus with full descriptions is ideal for testing matching, classification or skill-extraction models.

### ❓ Frequently Asked Questions

**🔐 Do I need accounts, cookies or API keys for the job boards?**
No. Every board is read logged out through the same public feeds its website and apps use. You never hand over credentials.

**📋 Which boards are included?**
LinkedIn, Indeed, Naukri, Himalayas, Jobicy, RemoteOK, We Work Remotely and Arbeitnow. Naukri is India only and Arbeitnow is mostly Germany, so both are off by default; switch them on in **Job boards**.

**🚫 Why are Glassdoor, ZipRecruiter and Google Jobs not included?**
All three, plus Bayt, returned a bot challenge to every request we tested, from home connections, datacenter and residential proxies alike. Rather than advertise boards that come back empty, we left them out. ParseForge has dedicated Glassdoor and Google Jobs Actors if you need those sources.

**🧹 How does the duplicate removal work?**
Inside one board, a job is kept once per run by its id. Across boards, a job is dropped when a row with the same company, the same title and the same city (or both remote) was already delivered. Turn off **Remove cross-board duplicates** to keep every board's copy.

**💵 How is the yearly salary calculated?**
Hourly figures are multiplied by 2,080, daily by 260, weekly by 52 and monthly by 12. Yearly figures stay as they are. The original range, currency and period are kept next to the yearly numbers.

**🌍 Does the location filter apply to every board?**
Location, distance and Indeed country apply to LinkedIn, Indeed and Naukri. Himalayas, Jobicy, RemoteOK and We Work Remotely list remote roles, so they ignore location; their `location` column shows the countries a role is open to.

**🗓 Why do some boards return only a handful of jobs?**
RemoteOK, We Work Remotely and Arbeitnow publish only their newest postings (about 100, 85 and 1,500 respectively) without a search, so the Actor filters those by your terms. A niche term can match few of them. LinkedIn stops paging at about 1,000 results per search and Jobicy returns up to 100 per term.

**⏱ How long does a run take?**
About 5 seconds for a 16 job run across all 8 boards, and 79 seconds for 400 jobs in testing. Turning off **LinkedIn full details** makes LinkedIn rows faster but drops their description, seniority and applicant count.

**🌐 Do I need a proxy?**
No. All boards answered without one. If LinkedIn or Indeed start limiting the IP, the Actor switches that board to rotating Apify datacenter sessions automatically and logs it. You can also turn on Apify Proxy yourself for very large runs.

**📥 What export formats are supported?**
CSV, Excel, JSON, XML, plus direct API access and integrations with Make, Zapier, Airbyte, Slack, Google Drive and more.

**⚖️ Is this legal?**
The Actor collects publicly available job postings that the boards publish to anonymous visitors. You remain responsible for how you use the data, including each board's terms, attribution requests from boards such as RemoteOK and Jobicy (the `url` column links back to them), and privacy law where it applies.

### 🔌 Integrate with any app

Every run writes to an Apify dataset reachable through a REST API, so the output drops into whatever you already use. Native integrations cover Make, Zapier, Airbyte, Slack, Google Drive, GitHub, Google Sheets and webhooks, and the API covers everything else.
