## Pricing

from $13.50 / 1,000 results

This Actor is paid per event. You are not charged for the Apify platform usage, but only a fixed price for specific events.
Since this Actor supports Apify Store discounts, the price gets lower the higher subscription plan you have.

## What's an Apify Actor?

An Actor is a serverless cloud program that runs on the Apify platform. It has two run modes.
In Batch mode, an Actor accepts a well-defined JSON input, performs an action which can take anything from a few seconds to a few hours,
and optionally produces a well-defined JSON output, datasets with results, or files in key-value store.
In Standby mode, an Actor provides a web server which can be used as a website, API, or an MCP server.

Apify vocabulary and the platform model are defined once, in the agent quickstart at https://apify.com/agents.md.

## How to integrate an Actor?

If asked about integration, you help developers integrate Actors into their projects.
You adapt to their stack and deliver integrations that are safe, well-documented, and production-ready.

Do not guess an integration path. Every one of them is in the agent quickstart at https://apify.com/agents.md: the Apify MCP server, Agent Skills with the Apify CLI, the JavaScript and Python clients, the REST API, and the account-free path for an agent with no human to sign in. It also carries the rule on stating cost before the first paid run.

For examples already wired to this Actor's own input schema, see the [API](#api) section below.

Each client library has reference documentation the quickstart does not restate: [JavaScript/TypeScript](https://docs.apify.com/api/client/js/docs.md) (`npm install apify-client`) and [Python](https://docs.apify.com/api/client/python/docs.md) (`pip install apify-client`).

# README

## ⌚ Chrono24 Watch Marketplace Scraper

> Search Chrono24's global secondary-market watch listings by brand/model and get real prices, sellers and locations — no login required.

### What it does

Given a search query (e.g. "rolex submariner") or a direct Chrono24 URL, this actor resolves it to the
canonical category page, pages through the results in a real (stealth) browser, and extracts each listing:
title, spec/reference summary, price, currency, shipping cost, seller type (dealer vs. private seller),
location, listing URL and image.

### Why a browser (no proxy though)

Chrono24 sits behind a Cloudflare Managed Challenge — a plain HTTP request (even with a full realistic Chrome
header set) gets `403 Forbidden` with `Cf-Mitigated: challenge`. This actor uses Camoufox (a hardened,
fingerprint-resistant Firefox) via Playwright to pass the challenge automatically. No residential proxy is
used or required; the actor retries a page once if a challenge isn't resolved on the first load.

### Filters (client-side)

`priceMin`/`priceMax` are applied on the parsed price after fetching each page — Chrono24's own
`pricefrom`/`priceto` URL parameters were tested and did **not** reliably narrow results, so trusting them
would have silently shipped a broken filter. `sortBy` (price ascending/descending, newest, popularity) **is**
a real, verified server-side parameter.

**Note:** category pages mix actual watches with accessories/parts (straps, boxes, bracelets), which are
usually the cheapest items. If you set a high `priceMin` together with `sortBy: price_asc`, the actor may need
to page through many low-priced accessory listings before reaching matches — it fetches up to 20 pages per run
looking for `maxItems` matches.

### Input

| Field | Description |
|---|---|
| `maxItems` | Max listings to return. Free users limited to 10. |
| `startUrl` | A Chrono24 category/search URL, used as-is. Mutually exclusive with `query`. |
| `query` | Brand/model search text, e.g. "omega speedmaster". |
| `priceMin` / `priceMax` | Price range in USD (client-side filter). |
| `sortBy` | `relevance` (default), `price_asc`, `price_desc`, `newest`, `popularity`. |
| `fetchDetails` | Off by default. Turn on for full specs: reference number, production year, case diameter, caliber, movement, materials, dial, bracelet, water resistance, full image gallery and seller info — one extra page load per listing. |

### Output fields

Card mode (always): `imageUrl`, `title`, `specSummary`, `price`, `currency`, `shippingCost`, `badge`,
`sellerType`, `locationCountry`, `locationCity`, `listingUrl`, `scrapedAt`, `error`.

With `fetchDetails: true`, adds: `referenceNumber`, `brand`, `collection`, `model`, `productionYear`,
`caseDiameter`, `caliberJewels`, `caliberPowerReserve`, `images` (full gallery), `description`, `sellerName`,
`sellerRating`, `sellerReviewCount`, and `specs` — every spec row the seller filled in (movement, case
material, bezel, crystal, dial, bracelet, water resistance, lug width, clasp, etc.), captured generically so
nothing is missed regardless of watch category.

### Disclaimer

This actor collects publicly available listing data from Chrono24.com. It is not affiliated with, endorsed

sales. Use of the collected data must comply with Chrono24's Terms of Service and applicable law.

# Actor input Schema

## `maxItems` (type: `integer`):

Free users: Limited to 10 items (preview). Paid users: Optional, max 1,000,000.

## `startUrl` (type: `string`):

A Chrono24 search/category URL to scrape directly (e.g. https://www.chrono24.com/rolex/submariner--mod1.htm). Leave empty and use Search Query instead.

## `query` (type: `string`):

Brand and/or model to search for, e.g. 'rolex submariner' or 'omega speedmaster'. Ignored if Start URL is set.

## `priceMin` (type: `integer`):

Only include listings priced at or above this amount. Applied after fetching results (Chrono24's own price-range URL params were tested and do not reliably filter).

## `priceMax` (type: `integer`):

Only include listings priced at or below this amount. Applied after fetching results.

## `sortBy` (type: `string`):

How Chrono24 orders results.

## `fetchDetails` (type: `boolean`):

Visit each listing's detail page for reference number, production year, case diameter, caliber, full image gallery, description and seller rating. Off by default for speed (card-only mode); turn on for complete watch specs at the cost of one extra page load per listing.

## `proxyConfiguration` (type: `object`):

Chrono24 runs behind Cloudflare. Residential proxy is used by default to avoid IP-reputation blocks; leave as-is unless you know what you're doing.
