## Pricing

from $12.75 / 1,000 results

This Actor is paid per event. You are not charged for the Apify platform usage, but only a fixed price for specific events.
Since this Actor supports Apify Store discounts, the price gets lower the higher subscription plan you have.

## What's an Apify Actor?

An Actor is a serverless cloud program that runs on the Apify platform. It has two run modes.
In Batch mode, an Actor accepts a well-defined JSON input, performs an action which can take anything from a few seconds to a few hours,
and optionally produces a well-defined JSON output, datasets with results, or files in key-value store.
In Standby mode, an Actor provides a web server which can be used as a website, API, or an MCP server.

Apify vocabulary and the platform model are defined once, in the agent quickstart at https://apify.com/agents.md.

## How to integrate an Actor?

If asked about integration, you help developers integrate Actors into their projects.
You adapt to their stack and deliver integrations that are safe, well-documented, and production-ready.

Do not guess an integration path. Every one of them is in the agent quickstart at https://apify.com/agents.md: the Apify MCP server, Agent Skills with the Apify CLI, the JavaScript and Python clients, the REST API, and the account-free path for an agent with no human to sign in. It also carries the rule on stating cost before the first paid run.

For examples already wired to this Actor's own input schema, see the [API](#api) section below.

Each client library has reference documentation the quickstart does not restate: [JavaScript/TypeScript](https://docs.apify.com/api/client/js/docs.md) (`npm install apify-client`) and [Python](https://docs.apify.com/api/client/python/docs.md) (`pip install apify-client`).

## Yu-Gi-Oh Card and Price Scraper

This Yu-Gi-Oh scraper searches the full card database, about 14,500 cards, and returns clean rows with the card data and prices from five vendors. Filter by name, card type, race, attribute, archetype, set, level, ATK and DEF, ban list or price, or paste a list of cards and get the price of each one to value a collection. You can also list every set with its release date and card count.

Each card comes with the TCGplayer, Cardmarket, eBay, Amazon and CoolStuffInc prices, the lowest and highest vendor price and the gap between them in percent. It also lists every printing with its set code, rarity and price, and points out the cheapest and the most expensive printing. Ban list status for TCG, OCG and GOAT, the formats where the card is legal, the release dates and the page views on the source site are included.

Collectors, card shops, resellers, deck builders and content creators use it to value collections, find cheap printings and follow the ban list.

### What can you do with this Yu-Gi-Oh scraper?

- Value a Yu-Gi-Oh collection from a list of cards, with or without set codes
- Find the most expensive cards of a set, using the price of each printing
- Find the cheapest printing of a card
- Compare TCGplayer, Cardmarket, eBay and Amazon prices for the same card
- List all cards of an archetype such as Blue-Eyes or Snake-Eye
- Find cards on the TCG ban list and see if they are Banned, Limited or Semi-Limited
- Search monsters by attribute, level, ATK and DEF
- List the most popular cards of the week
- List every set with release date and number of cards
- Export Yu-Gi-Oh card data to CSV or Excel

### What data can you extract from Yu-Gi-Oh cards?

| Mode | One row is | Highlights |
|---|---|---|
| Search cards | One card | Name, type, frame, race, attribute, level, rank, link value and markers, pendulum scale, ATK, DEF, archetype, card text, ban list status, formats, release dates, popularity, five vendor prices, lowest and highest price, price spread, every printing with set code, rarity and price, cheapest and most expensive printing, images |
| Look up a card list | One card from your list | The same fields, plus the price of the printing you name with a set code, and a not found row for names that do not match |
| Sets | One set | Name, set code, number of cards, release date |

Prices in dollars come from TCGplayer, eBay, Amazon and CoolStuffInc. Cardmarket prices are in euros.

3. Optionally set a price range and how to sort the cards.
4. Set **Max Items** and click **Start**.
5. Export the dataset as CSV, Excel or from the Apify console.

### How much does it cost to scrape Yu-Gi-Oh cards?

You pay per result: $17 per 1,000 cards plus a tiny start fee. The free plan returns up to 10 cards per run. A full set is 50 to 150 cards, and the whole database is about 14,500 cards.

### Tips for better results

- To value a collection, use **Look up a card list** and add the set code after a pipe, for example `Dark Magician|LOB-EN005`. Without a code you get the general card price and all printings.
- The general price of a card is often very low because it reflects the cheapest common printing. The price of a rare printing can be much higher, so check the printings list.
- When you set a set name, the price filter and price sort use the most expensive printing inside that set.
- Sorting by price reads all matching cards first. Narrow the search to keep runs short.
- Card images are included as links. The image host does not allow hotlinking, so download and store the images you need instead of loading them directly from a website.

### Who uses Yu-Gi-Oh data?

- **Collectors** track the value of their binder.
- **Card shops and resellers** price singles and compare vendors.
- **Deck builders** find budget cards and check the ban list.
- **Developers and creators** power apps, bots and videos.

### Automate and connect

Schedule the Actor daily with the same card list to track prices. Send finished datasets to Google Sheets, Zapier, Make or n8n, or trigger a webhook when a run ends.

### FAQ

**Do I need an account?**
No. The Actor works without any login.

**Does it include live seller listings?**
No. It returns catalog data and vendor prices, not individual seller listings.

**Does it include price history?**
No. You get the current prices. Schedule the Actor to build your own history.

**Which languages are supported?**
Card text is available in English, French, German, Italian and Portuguese.

**Does it cover other card games?**
No. This Actor covers Yu-Gi-Oh only.

### Legal note

This Actor collects information that is publicly visible on the website. Check the source site's terms and your local rules before using the data. Yu-Gi-Oh and card images belong to their owners. This Actor is not affiliated with Konami.

Free users: Limited to 10 items (preview). Paid users: Optional, max 1,000,000.

## `mode` (type: `string`):

Cards searches the whole card database with filters. Collection looks up a list of cards and returns the price of each one, or of a chosen printing. Sets lists every set with release date and card count.

## `names` (type: `array`):

Search by name, for example Blue-Eyes or Dark Magician. Partial names work.

## `cardNames` (type: `array`):

One card per line for collection mode. Use the exact name, or the name with a set code after a pipe to price one printing, for example Dark Magician|LOB-EN005.

## `cardTypes` (type: `array`):

Types such as Effect Monster, Normal Monster, Fusion Monster, Synchro Monster, XYZ Monster, Link Monster, Pendulum Effect Monster, Spell Card or Trap Card.

## `stapleOnly` (type: `boolean`):

Keep only cards that are marked as staples, meaning cards used in many decks.

## `minPriceUsd` (type: `number`):

Minimum price in dollars. It uses the TCGplayer price of the card, or the price of the most expensive printing when a set name is given.
