## Pricing

from $70.00 / 1,000 series fetcheds

This Actor is paid per event. You are not charged for the Apify platform usage, but only a fixed price for specific events.
Since this Actor supports Apify Store discounts, the price gets lower the higher subscription plan you have.

## What's an Apify Actor?

An Actor is a serverless cloud program that runs on the Apify platform. It has two run modes.
In Batch mode, an Actor accepts a well-defined JSON input, performs an action which can take anything from a few seconds to a few hours,
and optionally produces a well-defined JSON output, datasets with results, or files in key-value store.
In Standby mode, an Actor provides a web server which can be used as a website, API, or an MCP server.

Apify vocabulary and the platform model are defined once, in the agent quickstart at https://apify.com/agents.md.

## How to integrate an Actor?

If asked about integration, you help developers integrate Actors into their projects.
You adapt to their stack and deliver integrations that are safe, well-documented, and production-ready.

Do not guess an integration path. Every one of them is in the agent quickstart at https://apify.com/agents.md: the Apify MCP server, Agent Skills with the Apify CLI, the JavaScript and Python clients, the REST API, and the account-free path for an agent with no human to sign in. It also carries the rule on stating cost before the first paid run.

For examples already wired to this Actor's own input schema, see the [API](#api) section below.

Each client library has reference documentation the quickstart does not restate: [JavaScript/TypeScript](https://docs.apify.com/api/client/js/docs.md) (`npm install apify-client`) and [Python](https://docs.apify.com/api/client/python/docs.md) (`pip install apify-client`).

# README

## Portugal Housing & Interest Rates Feed

Returns official time series on Portuguese housing and interest rates, one row per observation (series id, date, value, unit, frequency, link to the official page, required attribution): the **ECB** deposit facility rate and euro area yields, **Banco de Portugal** mortgage rates and lending volumes, and **INE** house price index, rents and bank appraisal values, plus any other ECB, BPstat or INE series by its code. Filters: series list and date range; values are passed through exactly as published, with no resampling. Euribor is not available. Price: **$0.02 per ECB or INE series** delivered ($20 per 1,000), however many observations it has; Banco de Portugal series are free.

### What you can use it for

- **Track the housing market**: house price index, rent per m² of new leases, bank appraisal values and mortgage rates, all in one dataset.
- **Build dashboards and models**: consistent dates (the first day of each period) let you join daily ECB rates with monthly mortgage rates and quarterly house prices without cleaning.
- **Write research or newsletters** with numbers you can cite: every row says where it comes from.
- **Feed an AI agent**: through Apify's MCP server, an agent can ask "Portuguese house prices and the ECB deposit rate since 2022" and get structured rows back.

Need another series? Use `customSeries` with its official code, from the ECB Data Portal, BPstat or INE's database. The input field explains the format. **Euribor and EONIA are not available**: they are licensed by EMMI.

### Input

```json
{
  "series": [
    "ecb_deposit_rate",
    "pt_mortgage_new_rate",
    "pt_house_price_index",
    "pt_rent_new_contracts_m2"
  ],
  "dateFrom": "2022-01-01"
}
```

This costs $0.06: three ECB/INE series, with the Banco de Portugal one free.

More inputs that return results:

- Mortgages only, free: `{"series": ["pt_mortgage_new_rate", "pt_mortgage_new_volume", "pt_mortgage_stock"], "dateFrom": "2024-01-01"}`
- Rates and yields: `{"series": ["ecb_deposit_rate", "ea_yield_curve_2y", "ea_yield_curve_10y", "pt_10y_bond_yield"], "dateFrom": "2025-01-01"}`
- A custom INE series: `{"customSeries": [{"source": "ine", "varcd": "0014765", "dims": {"Dim2": "PT", "Dim3": "H11"}}], "dateFrom": "2022-01-01"}`

`dateFrom` defaults to 1 January three years ago, and `dateTo` to today.

### Output

```json
{
  "seriesId": "pt_house_price_index",
  "source": "INE",
  "title": "Portugal house price index (2025 = 100), all dwellings",
  "date": "2026-04-01",
  "value": 114.24,
  "unit": "index (2025 = 100)",
  "frequency": "quarterly",
  "geo": "Portugal",
  "sourceUrl": "https://www.ine.pt/xportal/xmain?xpid=INE&xpgid=ine_indicadores&indOcorrCod=0014765&contexto=bd&selTab=tab2&xlang=en",
  "attribution": "Source: Instituto Nacional de Estatística – Portugal (Statistics Portugal), indicator 0014765.",
  "retrievedAt": "2026-10-12T18:27:01.997Z"
}
```

`date` is always the first day of the period: Q2 2026 is `2026-04-01` and August 2026 is `2026-08-01`. Daily series use the day itself. If a series can't be delivered (for example, a publisher is down), you get a free row with `seriesId` and `error`, the other series are still delivered, and the run is marked as failed so scheduled runs alert you.

### Pricing

You pay **$0.02 per ECB or INE series** ($20 per 1,000) delivered for your date range, however many observations it contains. **Banco de Portugal series are free.** Apify's small per-run start fee applies, and error rows are free. If you set a maximum cost per run, the Actor stops before a series it can't cover.

- Values are passed through exactly as published. Only the format is changed.
- All of this data is available free of charge from the publishers' own websites. This Actor saves you the work of fetching it from three different APIs and harmonizing it.
- INE revises some series, such as rents, so past values can change between runs.
- This Actor is not affiliated with or endorsed by the ECB, Banco de Portugal or INE.
