## Pricing

Pay per usage

This Actor is paid per platform usage. The Actor is free to use, and you only pay for the Apify platform usage, which gets cheaper the higher subscription plan you have.

## What's an Apify Actor?

An Actor is a serverless cloud program that runs on the Apify platform. It has two run modes.
In Batch mode, an Actor accepts a well-defined JSON input, performs an action which can take anything from a few seconds to a few hours,
and optionally produces a well-defined JSON output, datasets with results, or files in key-value store.
In Standby mode, an Actor provides a web server which can be used as a website, API, or an MCP server.

Apify vocabulary and the platform model are defined once, in the agent quickstart at https://apify.com/agents.md.

## How to integrate an Actor?

If asked about integration, you help developers integrate Actors into their projects.
You adapt to their stack and deliver integrations that are safe, well-documented, and production-ready.

Do not guess an integration path. Every one of them is in the agent quickstart at https://apify.com/agents.md: the Apify MCP server, Agent Skills with the Apify CLI, the JavaScript and Python clients, the REST API, and the account-free path for an agent with no human to sign in. It also carries the rule on stating cost before the first paid run.

For examples already wired to this Actor's own input schema, see the [API](#api) section below.

Each client library has reference documentation the quickstart does not restate: [JavaScript/TypeScript](https://docs.apify.com/api/client/js/docs.md) (`npm install apify-client`) and [Python](https://docs.apify.com/api/client/python/docs.md) (`pip install apify-client`).

# README

## Greenhouse, Lever, Ashby & SmartRecruiters Jobs Scraper

Paste company careers links and get every open job in **one identical format**, no matter which of the four job systems the company uses.

### What you get per job

`ats`, `company`, `title`, `location`, `isRemote`, `workplaceType`, `department`, `employmentType`, `salary` (when the company posts it), `url`, `applyUrl`, `postedDate` (the real first-posted date, YYYY-MM-DD), `updatedDate` (Greenhouse), `descriptionHtml`, `descriptionText`, `scrapedAt`.

### Input

- **Company job board links**: `https://job-boards.greenhouse.io/acme`, `https://jobs.lever.co/acme`, `https://jobs.ashbyhq.com/acme`, `https://jobs.smartrecruiters.com/Acme`. Old-style Greenhouse links, embed links, EU Lever links and links to a single job also work, as does shorthand like `ashby:acme`.
- **Filters**: title keywords (any of, whole words), exclude keywords, optional description search, location (whole words, so `CA` won't match `Canada` or `Bangalore`), remote-only or keep-remote, posted within N days, max jobs per company.
- **Monitor mode**: turn on *Only jobs new since last run* and schedule it daily; each run returns only jobs you haven't seen.

### Why this one

- One schema across four systems, with dates normalised (Lever's millisecond timestamps, Ashby/Greenhouse ISO times, SmartRecruiters release dates all become YYYY-MM-DD).
- Uses the same public job-board feeds the companies' own careers pages load. No login, no browser, no proxies, so runs are fast and cheap (about 200 jobs with full descriptions in ~5 seconds in testing).
- Bad or dead links don't break the run; they're listed in the `RUN_SUMMARY` record.
- Need Workday too? Use the companion Workday Jobs Scraper.

### Pricing

Pay per event: one `job-posting` charge per job saved. You can cap spend with Apify's max-cost-per-run setting; the scraper stops cleanly when it's reached.

**Price:** $0.001 per job saved ($1.00 per 1,000 jobs). No start fee. You pay only for jobs actually saved.

# Actor input Schema

## `startUrls` (type: `array`):

One link per company, from Greenhouse (job-boards.greenhouse.io/acme), Lever (jobs.lever.co/acme), Ashby (jobs.ashbyhq.com/acme) or SmartRecruiters (jobs.smartrecruiters.com/Acme). A job link from the board works too. Shorthand like greenhouse:acme is also accepted.

## `keywords` (type: `string`):

Optional. Comma-separated whole words, e.g. 'optical, photonics, laser'. Keeps jobs whose title contains any of them.

## `excludeKeywords` (type: `string`):

Optional. Comma-separated; drops jobs whose title contains any of them, e.g. 'intern, sales'.

## `searchDescriptions` (type: `boolean`):

Match keywords against the full description as well as the title.

## `locationContains` (type: `string`):

Optional. Comma-separated whole words, e.g. 'CA, New York, Remote'. 'CA' will not match 'Canada' or 'Bangalore'.

## `includeRemote` (type: `boolean`):

With a location filter, also keep jobs marked remote.

## `remoteOnly` (type: `boolean`):

Keep only jobs marked remote.

## `postedWithinDays` (type: `integer`):

Keep only jobs first posted in the last N days. 0 = no limit.

## `maxJobsPerCompany` (type: `integer`):

0 = no limit.

## `includeDescription` (type: `boolean`):

Turn off for a smaller, faster title-and-link list.

## `onlyNewJobs` (type: `boolean`):

Monitor mode: skip jobs this scraper already returned in an earlier run with the same monitor name. Good for daily schedules.

## `monitorName` (type: `string`):

Runs sharing a name share memory of jobs already seen.

## `maxConcurrency` (type: `integer`):

How many companies to read in parallel.
