## What's an Apify Actor?

An Actor is a serverless cloud program that runs on the Apify platform. It has two run modes.
In Batch mode, an Actor accepts a well-defined JSON input, performs an action which can take anything from a few seconds to a few hours,
and optionally produces a well-defined JSON output, datasets with results, or files in key-value store.
In Standby mode, an Actor provides a web server which can be used as a website, API, or an MCP server.

Apify vocabulary and the platform model are defined once, in the agent quickstart at https://apify.com/agents.md.

## How to integrate an Actor?

If asked about integration, you help developers integrate Actors into their projects.
You adapt to their stack and deliver integrations that are safe, well-documented, and production-ready.

Do not guess an integration path. Every one of them is in the agent quickstart at https://apify.com/agents.md: the Apify MCP server, Agent Skills with the Apify CLI, the JavaScript and Python clients, the REST API, and the account-free path for an agent with no human to sign in. It also carries the rule on stating cost before the first paid run.

For examples already wired to this Actor's own input schema, see the [API](#api) section below.

Each client library has reference documentation the quickstart does not restate: [JavaScript/TypeScript](https://docs.apify.com/api/client/js/docs.md) (`npm install apify-client`) and [Python](https://docs.apify.com/api/client/python/docs.md) (`pip install apify-client`).

# README

## Greenhouse, Lever & Ashby Job Scraper: All Public Job Boards

> 🔥 **Launch Sale: 90% OFF for the first week!** Every price below is already the regular, below-market rate, and launch week takes 90% off on top.

Pull every open job from any company's Greenhouse, Lever or Ashby board in one normalized feed: title, department, location, remote flag, salary when posted, dates, apply link and full description. Paste slugs or board URLs; the ATS is auto-detected. No login, no API key.

### What can Greenhouse, Lever & Ashby Job Scraper do?

Paste company slugs or board links. We call each vendor's public job-board API directly (Greenhouse Job Board API, Lever Postings API, Ashby Posting API), normalise every posting into one schema, apply your filters and hand you a clean dataset.

| What you get | Features |
|---|---|
| 💼 Every open role from 3 ATS vendors in one schema | 🔎 Auto-detects the ATS from a bare slug |
| 💰 Salary min/max/currency when the posting has it | 🏷️ Filters: title, exclude, location, department, remote, recency |
| 🌍 Location, all locations, remote flag, workplace type | ⚡ Official public JSON APIs, no browser, seconds per board |
| 📝 Full plain-text description + apply link | 📤 CSV, Excel, JSON, API, Zapier, Make, n8n |

### Who this is for

#### Quick start

1. Click **Try for free**.
2. Press **Start**. The sample input finishes in well under a minute with no keys or accounts.
3. Replace the sample with your own list and run again.
4. Download the dataset as CSV, Excel or JSON, or pull it from the API.

### Pricing

Pay per result, no subscription. **Launch Sale: 90% OFF for the first week!**

- `job-scraped`: **$0.0004** (job delivered, $0.4 per 1,000). One job posting delivered after your filters. Boards that are not found are free.
- For comparison: $0.001-0.003 per job on single-ATS scrapers.
- Set a max cost per run in the run options and the run stops cleanly when it hits it.
- Normal Apify platform usage (compute, optional proxy) applies.

### Limits and honest notes

- Only public boards on Greenhouse, Lever and Ashby. Workday, Workable and custom career sites are out of scope.
- Salary appears only when the company posts it (Ashby/Lever fields or a range in the description).
- Slugs are the board name, usually the company name; if a slug is not found you get a free `board_not_found` row.
- All collection is done by this Actor itself over public sources; it never calls other paid Actors.

### Code and API

Same input as the Console sample:

```json
{
  "companies": [
    "figma",
    "https://jobs.ashbyhq.com/notion"
  ],
  "titleKeywords": [
    "engineer"
  ],
  "maxJobsPerCompany": 25
}
```

```sh
curl -X POST "https://api.apify.com/v2/acts/physealabs~greenhouse-lever-job-scraper/run-sync-get-dataset-items?token=$APIFY_TOKEN" \
  -H "Content-Type: application/json" -d @input.json
```

```python
from apify_client import ApifyClient
items = ApifyClient("YOUR_APIFY_TOKEN").actor("physealabs/greenhouse-lever-job-scraper").call(run_input={"companies": ["figma", "https://jobs.ashbyhq.com/notion"], "titleKeywords": ["engineer"], "maxJobsPerCompany": 25})
```

It also works from Zapier, Make, n8n and Apify schedules.
