## actor: input-orchestrator

Single entry point for on-demand scrape batches. Post-pivot 4-case dispatch matrix `(capacity × webhook)`:

- **Output:** Apify dataset entry — sync `{ batch_id, status, total, completed, failed, results[] }` or async `{ batch_id, status: 'accepted', today, deferred }`
- **DB writes:** INSERT `batches` (encrypts `webhook_secret_enc` if `secret` provided) + RPC `claim_scrape_slots` (atomic + advisory locked)
- **Spawn fan-out:** today-zone claims → 1 `scrape-data` actor per worker (with up to 5 jobs in `jobs[]`)
- **Defer model:** the `deferred` zone stores rows with `worker_id IS NULL` and `queued_at=now`; the `dispatcher` Edge Fn picks them up FIFO later (reactive on worker availability + hourly cron fallback)
- **Webhook off-ramp:** PG trigger on `batches.status='webhook_pending'` → `/apify-webhook` event `batch.completed` → spawns `webhook-deliverer`
- **Validation:** payload 1..1000 items × 1..255 chars; webhook HTTPS + SSRF reject; `secret` only valid when `webhook` set; metadata max 2048 chars
- **Sync timeout:** 15 min hard cap → batch flagged `partial_timeout`, partial results returned

## `target_app` (type: `string`):

Which target app to scrape. Currently supported: 'youtube'. Must be a supported value (others are rejected). [1..64 chars, [a-z0-9_-]+]
## `payload` (type: `array`):

Array of YouTube channel targets — each a '@handle' or any URL containing one (e.g. '@SomeChannel' or 'https://youtube.com/@SomeChannel'). Each is normalized to '@handle' (URL prefix stripped) and duplicates are removed. HTTPS URL to POST batch result to on completion. REQUIRES `secret` to be set in the same call. If absent + payload > today_capacity → FAIL no_capacity. If present, overflow is queued for dispatcher pick-up later.
## `secret` (type: `string`):

Symmetric key used to ENCRYPT the result payload we POST to your webhook, so only you can read it. We POST JSON { batch_id, encryption: 'aes-256-gcm', payload } where payload = base64([version:1=0x01][iv:12][ciphertext+GCM-tag]). To decrypt: key = SHA-256(utf8(secret)) (32-byte AES-256 key); base64-decode payload; iv = bytes[1..13]; ciphertext = bytes[13..]; AES-256-GCM decrypt with no AAD → the result JSON. Required whenever `webhook` is set; rejected if `webhook` is absent. 16..256 chars.
## `metadata` (type: `string`):

Opaque string forwarded into webhook payload. Max 2048 chars.
## `partner` (type: `string`):

ID of partner lvl customer
## `client_key` (type: `string`):
