Search canonical PyPI JSON metadata for package releases, dependencies, extras, Python requirements, classifiers, license declarations, project status, upload dates, yanked files, hashes, file types, sizes, links, and release age.

Empty input returns one current `requests` release for at most **$0.0021** (`$0.0001` start + `$0.002/item`). Package/version/history/file/dependency/output work is bounded and explicit `FOUND`, `NO_MATCH`, and `SOURCE_UNAVAILABLE` outcomes prevent silent ambiguity.
