## What's an Apify Actor?

An Actor is a serverless cloud program that runs on the Apify platform. It has two run modes.
In Batch mode, an Actor accepts a well-defined JSON input, performs an action which can take anything from a few seconds to a few hours,
and optionally produces a well-defined JSON output, datasets with results, or files in key-value store.
In Standby mode, an Actor provides a web server which can be used as a website, API, or an MCP server.

Apify vocabulary and the platform model are defined once, in the agent quickstart at https://apify.com/agents.md.

## How to integrate an Actor?

If asked about integration, you help developers integrate Actors into their projects.
You adapt to their stack and deliver integrations that are safe, well-documented, and production-ready.

Do not guess an integration path. Every one of them is in the agent quickstart at https://apify.com/agents.md: the Apify MCP server, Agent Skills with the Apify CLI, the JavaScript and Python clients, the REST API, and the account-free path for an agent with no human to sign in. It also carries the rule on stating cost before the first paid run.

For examples already wired to this Actor's own input schema, see the [API](#api) section below.

Each client library has reference documentation the quickstart does not restate: [JavaScript/TypeScript](https://docs.apify.com/api/client/js/docs.md) (`npm install apify-client`) and [Python](https://docs.apify.com/api/client/python/docs.md) (`pip install apify-client`).

# README

### 🚀 Grailed Reviews Scraper

Export seller reviews from Grailed, the designer menswear and streetwear resale marketplace. The **Grailed Reviews Scraper** turns any Grailed seller profile into structured data: the seller's rating, sales count and badges, plus every review with its star rating, written feedback, tags and date — and **the item that was sold**, with designer, size, list price and sold price. Use it to vet resellers before you buy, benchmark competing shops, or build a sold-price history for the brands you trade.

### ✨ Features

- ⭐ **Full review history**: every public review of a seller, newest first — rating, written note, tags ("item as described", "fast shipper", "quick replies") and date.
- 👟 **Sold item on every review**: title, designers, category, size, list price, **sold price**, photo and link — each review is also a real sold-price data point.
- 🏪 **Seller profiles**: average rating, number of ratings, items sold, followers, listings for sale, trusted / verified / quick responder / speedy shipper badges, power-seller tier, location and member-since date.
- 📅 **Monitoring-ready**: `Reviews since` returns only new reviews, so scheduled runs pay only for what changed.
- 📝 **Notes filter**: keep only reviews with written feedback, or take all of them (default) for the sold-item data.

### 🛠️ How It Works

1. **Add sellers** – Paste Grailed profile URLs (e.g. `https://www.grailed.com/graymatter_`) or usernames.
2. **Set limits** – Maximum reviews per seller (default 50, `0` returns profiles only) and an optional start date.
3. **Run the scraper** – You get one profile row per seller followed by its reviews, newest first.

### ⚙️ Input

| Field | Description |
|---|---|
| `sellers` | Grailed profile URLs (a `/feedback` link works too) or usernames. |
| `maxReviews` | Newest reviews first. Default 50; `0` = profiles only; up to 2,475. |
| `onlyWithNotes` | Only reviews with written feedback. Off by default. |
| `reviewedSince` | Only reviews written on or after this date. |
| `proxyConfiguration` | Optional. The default Apify Proxy works. |

```json
{
    "sellers": ["https://www.grailed.com/graymatter_", "TheArchiveAU"],
    "maxReviews": 500,
    "reviewedSince": "2026-01-01"
}
```

### 📊 Sample Output Data

Every row has a `recordType`: `seller-profile` (one per seller) or `review`. Use the **Reviews** and **Seller profiles** views in the dataset, or filter on `recordType` in your export.

Prices are in USD as Grailed reports them. Reviewers (buyers) are not identified.

### 📋 Coverage report

Each run saves a `SUMMARY` record with, per seller, the stated number of ratings, how many reviews were scanned and returned, and why collection stopped (`maxReviews`, `dateReached`, `listEnd`, `profileOnly`, `noReviews`, `siteCap`).

- **Grailed serves at most the newest 2,475 reviews of one seller.** Only the very largest shops reach it (e.g. 4,437 ratings); the status message says when it happens.
- Usernames that do not exist are reported as `notFound` and are not charged.

### 💰 Pricing

Pay only for what you get:

| Event | Price |
|---|---:|
| Seller profile | $0.003 |
| Review | $0.001 |

50 reviews for each of 20 sellers cost about $1.06. A seller's full history of 1,127 reviews costs about $1.13. If you set a maximum cost per run, the scraper stops when it is reached.

### ❓ FAQ

**Is the sold price the final price?** It is the price Grailed recorded for the sale, which can differ from the last list price (offers, shipping).

**Can I start from a listing URL?** Use the seller's profile link from the listing page.

**How do I monitor a shop?** Schedule the actor with `reviewedSince` set to your last run date.

# Actor input Schema

## `sellers` (type: `array`):

Grailed seller profile URLs (e.g. https://www.grailed.com/graymatter\_) or plain usernames.

## `maxReviews` (type: `integer`):

Newest reviews first. Set 0 to return only the seller profiles.

## `onlyWithNotes` (type: `boolean`):

By default every review is returned, including star-and-tag reviews without text — they still carry the sold item and its price.

## `reviewedSince` (type: `string`):

Only return reviews written on or after this date. Useful for scheduled monitoring runs.

## `proxyConfiguration` (type: `object`):

Proxy settings. The default Apify Proxy works.
