The **Taobao Product Details Scraper** returns the title in English (or the original Chinese), the listed price in Chinese yuan and US dollars, the shop name, all photos, the description images and every variant (SKU) with its own price, stock and photo. It works as a Taobao product API for Taobao agents, dropshipping stores and anyone who needs Taobao data in English.

`price` is the listed price in Chinese yuan (CNY) and `priceUsd` the same price in US dollars; each variant in `skus` has its own. `itemId` is Taobao's numeric item id when you pasted a link or numeric id, and `id` is the encrypted item id that also works as input. Each variant's `stock` is shown up to 200, so `totalStock` is a lower bound for products with large stock. `domesticShippingFeeCny` is the seller's shipping fee inside China.

**Does Taobao have an official API?** Taobao's open platform (淘宝开放平台) is for approved partners with a registered app and a Chinese business account, and its item APIs need approval. This Actor needs no key, account or approval and returns the product data a shopper sees, with every variant.

**Can I read Taobao in English?** Yes. Titles and variant names come translated to English by default, and every price is given in CNY and USD. Switch **Titles in** to Chinese for the original text.

**Do share links from the Taobao app work?** Yes. Paste the link (`https://e.tb.cn/h.…`) or the whole share text; the Actor finds the product. A share link that points to a removed product is listed in the status message and not charged.

**Do I need a Taobao account?** No. No login, cookies or Chinese phone number.

**Why is a field empty?** `itemId` is empty when you pasted an encrypted id. Some products have a single variant, no description images or no shipping fee. Removed products give no row at all.
