## What's an Apify Actor?

An Actor is a serverless cloud program that runs on the Apify platform. It has two run modes.
In Batch mode, an Actor accepts a well-defined JSON input, performs an action which can take anything from a few seconds to a few hours,
and optionally produces a well-defined JSON output, datasets with results, or files in key-value store.
In Standby mode, an Actor provides a web server which can be used as a website, API, or an MCP server.

Apify vocabulary and the platform model are defined once, in the agent quickstart at https://apify.com/agents.md.

## How to integrate an Actor?

If asked about integration, you help developers integrate Actors into their projects.
You adapt to their stack and deliver integrations that are safe, well-documented, and production-ready.

Do not guess an integration path. Every one of them is in the agent quickstart at https://apify.com/agents.md: the Apify MCP server, Agent Skills with the Apify CLI, the JavaScript and Python clients, the REST API, and the account-free path for an agent with no human to sign in. It also carries the rule on stating cost before the first paid run.

For examples already wired to this Actor's own input schema, see the [API](#api) section below.

Each client library has reference documentation the quickstart does not restate: [JavaScript/TypeScript](https://docs.apify.com/api/client/js/docs.md) (`npm install apify-client`) and [Python](https://docs.apify.com/api/client/python/docs.md) (`pip install apify-client`).

# README

### 🚀 TikTok Profile Videos Scraper

Scrape **every public video from TikTok profiles**. The **TikTok Profile Videos Scraper** returns each video's caption, posting date, play, like, comment, share and save counts, duration, hashtags, mentioned accounts, music, tagged location, cover image and video link, together with the author's follower, like and video counts. Photo posts (slideshows) come with all their images. Videos come newest first, and a date cutoff stops at the age you need. Use it for influencer and brand monitoring, competitor content research, campaign reporting, trend analysis or as training data.

### ✨ Features

- 👤 **Many profiles per run**: usernames, `@handles` or profile URLs, one per line.
- 🎬 **Whole video history**: walks a profile from its newest video back to its first one.
- 📅 **Date cutoff**: only videos newer than a date (`2026-01-01`) or an age (`30 days`, `2 weeks`, `6 months`).
- 📊 **Engagement numbers**: plays, likes, comments, shares, saves and reposts for every video.
- 🎵 **Music, hashtags, mentions and location** where the video has them.
- 🖼️ **Photo posts**: every image of a slideshow post, marked `"type": "photo"`.
- 🧑‍🎤 **Author stats in every row**: followers, following, total likes, video count, bio, bio link, verified badge.
- ♻️ **No duplicates**: a video is saved once, even if a profile is listed twice.

### 🛠️ How It Works

1. **Enter profiles**: TikTok usernames or profile URLs.
2. **Optionally set "Newer than"** and **Max videos per profile** (default 50).
3. **Run the Scraper**: download the videos as JSON, CSV or Excel or pull them through the API.

### ⚙️ Input

| Field          | What it does                                                                                      |
| -------------- | ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- |
| **Profiles** | TikTok usernames or profile URLs, one per line (`nike`, `@mrbeast`, `https://www.tiktok.com/@charlidamelio`). |
| **Newer than** | Only videos posted after this date (`2026-01-01`) or within this age (`30 days`, `2 weeks`, `6 months`, `1 year`). Empty = all videos. |
| **Max videos per profile** | Maximum videos per profile, newest first. Default 50. |

```json
{
    "profiles": ["nike", "https://www.tiktok.com/@mrbeast"],
    "newerThan": "30 days",
    "maxItems": 500
}
```

Each profile gets up to **Max videos per profile**: the example above returns at most 500 videos from each of the two profiles. To get every recent video from each profile, set **Newer than** and a high limit.

### 💰 Pricing

Pay only for the videos you get. No monthly rental.

| Event           | Price                                | What you get                                 |
| --------------- | ------------------------------------ | -------------------------------------------- |
| **Video** | $0.002 per video ($2.00 per 1,000) | One video with all the fields below |
| **Actor start** | $0.00005 per run | Charged once when the run starts. |

Examples: 50 videos = $0.10 · 1,000 videos = $2.00 · 10,000 videos = $20.00.

A profile that does not exist or is private is skipped and costs nothing.

`type` is `video` or `photo` (a slideshow; its images are in `images` and `playUrl` is `null`). `isAd` marks paid partnership and promoted posts. `profile` is the line of your input the video came from. Cover, video and music links are signed by TikTok and stop working after a few hours, so download the files soon after the run if you need them.

### ❓ FAQ

**Do I need a TikTok account?** No. Only public profiles and videos are scraped.

**How many videos can I get from one profile?** All public videos the profile shows, newest first. Set **Max videos per profile** high enough (a profile with 1,000 videos needs `"maxItems": 1000`).

**What happens with a private or missing profile?** It is skipped, not charged, and named in the run's status message. The other profiles are still scraped.

**Why are play counts rounded?** TikTok itself shows large counts rounded (for example 38.1K); the scraper returns the number TikTok gives.

# Actor input Schema

## `profiles` (type: `array`):

TikTok usernames or profile URLs, one per line (e.g. "nike", "@mrbeast" or https://www.tiktok.com/@charlidamelio). Each profile's videos are scraped newest first.

## `newerThan` (type: `string`):

## `maxItems` (type: `integer`):

Maximum videos per profile, newest first. Each profile in the list gets up to this many.

```json
{
  "profiles": [
    "nike",
    "https://www.tiktok.com/@mrbeast"
