## Pricing

from $0.70 / 1,000 results

This Actor is paid per event. You are not charged for the Apify platform usage, but only a fixed price for specific events.
Since this Actor supports Apify Store discounts, the price gets lower the higher subscription plan you have.

## What's an Apify Actor?

An Actor is a serverless cloud program that runs on the Apify platform. It has two run modes.
In Batch mode, an Actor accepts a well-defined JSON input, performs an action which can take anything from a few seconds to a few hours,
and optionally produces a well-defined JSON output, datasets with results, or files in key-value store.
In Standby mode, an Actor provides a web server which can be used as a website, API, or an MCP server.

Apify vocabulary and the platform model are defined once, in the agent quickstart at https://apify.com/agents.md.

## How to integrate an Actor?

If asked about integration, you help developers integrate Actors into their projects.
You adapt to their stack and deliver integrations that are safe, well-documented, and production-ready.

Do not guess an integration path. Every one of them is in the agent quickstart at https://apify.com/agents.md: the Apify MCP server, Agent Skills with the Apify CLI, the JavaScript and Python clients, the REST API, and the account-free path for an agent with no human to sign in. It also carries the rule on stating cost before the first paid run.

For examples already wired to this Actor's own input schema, see the [API](#api) section below.

Each client library has reference documentation the quickstart does not restate: [JavaScript/TypeScript](https://docs.apify.com/api/client/js/docs.md) (`npm install apify-client`) and [Python](https://docs.apify.com/api/client/python/docs.md) (`pip install apify-client`).

# README

## Workday Jobs Scraper

Get every open job from companies whose career site runs on [Workday](https://www.workday.com) (`myworkdayjobs.com`), which many large employers use, such as NVIDIA and Salesforce. Add the career sites you care about and get one clean table of their jobs. Use it for recruiting and sourcing, sales prospecting (a company that hires is a company that buys), competitor tracking and labour market research.

- **Big employers, all jobs.** Workday shows at most 2,000 jobs per search; the Actor splits large sites so you get every job (tested with 2,683 NVIDIA jobs).
- **Fresh data from the source.** The same job list the company's careers site shows. No aggregator delay, no expired reposts.
- **Fast list mode.** Turn descriptions off to get titles, locations and links for thousands of jobs in a few minutes.
- **Filters before you pay.** Job title keywords, locations, remote only, department and posted within the last N days. You are charged only for jobs that match.
- **No login, no API key and no proxy needed.**
- **Low price.** $1.00 per 1,000 jobs.

### What data can you get?

One result is one job posting, with the same fields for every company:

| Field | Example | Notes |
|---|---|---|
| `company`, `companySlug` | Salesforce, salesforce/External_Career_Site | |
| `jobId`, `requisitionId` | JR360125 | |
| `title`, `department`, `team` | Director, Finance Data Strategy & Stewardship | |
| `location`, `locations` | Canada - Toronto | Primary location and the full list for multi-location jobs |
| `country`, `countryCode` | Canada, CA | From Workday (needs descriptions on) |
| `workplaceType`, `isRemote` | remote / hybrid / onsite | When the company sets it (needs descriptions on) |
| `employmentType`, `seniority` | Full-time | Normalised to Full-time, Part-time, Contract, Temporary, Internship |
| `salaryMin`, `salaryMax`, `salaryCurrency`, `salaryPeriod`, `salaryText` | | Workday does not publish structured pay; look in the description |
| `postedAt`, `updatedAt` | 2026-10-28T00:00:00Z | Exact date with descriptions on, approximate ("posted 3 days ago") without |
| `jobUrl`, `applyUrl` | | |
| `description`, `descriptionHtml` | | Plain text by default, HTML optional |
| `careerPageUrl`, `scrapedAt` | | The input line the job came from, and when it was collected |

Fields that Workday does not provide for a job are `null`, so every record has the same columns.

### How to use it

1. Click **Try for free**.
2. In **Companies**, add one company per line (see below).
3. Optional: add filters such as job title keywords, locations, remote only or posted within the last N days.
4. Click **Start**, then download the results as JSON, CSV or Excel, or read them through the API.

#### What do I paste?

Open the company's careers page, click through to the list of jobs, and copy the address. It looks like `company.wd5.myworkdayjobs.com/SiteName` (the number after `wd` and the site name differ per company).

| You have | Paste |
|---|---|
| `nvidia.wd5.myworkdayjobs.com/NVIDIAExternalCareerSite` | that URL, including the site name after the domain |
| `nvidia.wd5.myworkdayjobs.com/en-US/NVIDIAExternalCareerSite` | that URL; the language part is fine |
| A link to one job | that URL; the Actor reads the whole site |
| The company's own careers page that links to Workday | that URL; the Actor looks for the Workday site it uses |

A company name alone is not enough for Workday, because every company has its own host and site name.

### How much does it cost?

You pay per saved job: **$1.00 per 1,000 jobs**. There is no start fee and no monthly rental. Filters run before jobs are saved, so you only pay for jobs that match.

| Run | Jobs | Cost |
|---|---|---|
| 10 newest jobs at 5 companies | 50 | $0.05 |
| All jobs at a mid-size company | 300 | $0.30 |
| All jobs at 20 companies, about 150 each | 3,000 | $3.00 |

Set a maximum charge per run in the run options and the Actor stops when it is reached.

### Limits you should know

- **You choose the companies.** This Actor reads the Workday job boards you give it. It does not search every company on Workday. To track a market, build a list of companies once and run it on a schedule.
- **Descriptions cost time on Workday.** Workday needs one extra request per job for the description, the exact posting date, the country and the workplace type. In our tests all 2,683 NVIDIA jobs took about 3 minutes without descriptions and about 11 minutes with them. Turn off **Include job description** when you only need the list.
- **Sites over 2,000 jobs.** Workday shows at most 2,000 jobs per search. The Actor splits the list by job category or location to get the rest. A job with no category at all can be missed in that case.
- **Do not run many copies against the same Workday site at once.** Workday slows down when it gets many parallel requests. One run per company is fastest.
- **No department or salary fields.** Workday's public job list does not include them.
- **Company name comes from the URL**, for example "Nvidia" from `nvidia.wd5.myworkdayjobs.com`.
- **Only Workday.** Job boards on other systems are skipped with a warning. Use [Career Site Jobs Scraper](https://apify.com/pipiagent/career-site-jobs-scraper) for a mixed list.

### Tips

- **Run it on a schedule.** Run the same list every day and compare `jobId` values to see new and closed jobs. A company that suddenly posts many sales jobs is often a good sales lead.
- **Keep datasets small.** Use **Max description length** to cut descriptions, or turn descriptions off when you only need titles and locations.

### FAQ

**Is it legal?** The Actor reads only public job postings that companies publish on Workday for anyone to see. It does not log in or get past any protection. Job descriptions can mention recruiter names. Make sure you have a legitimate reason to process personal data, as required by the GDPR and similar laws.

**Do I need a Workday account or API key?** No.

**Can it apply to jobs?** No. It only collects job postings.

**Something is broken or missing?** Open a ticket in the Issues tab. Issues are usually answered within a day.

# Actor input Schema

## `careerPages` (type: `array`):

One company per line. Paste the URL of the company's Workday job list including the part after the domain, for example https://nvidia.wd5.myworkdayjobs.com/NVIDIAExternalCareerSite. A link to one of its jobs works too.

## `maxJobsPerCompany` (type: `integer`):

Stop after this many matching jobs from each company. Leave empty to get every matching job. The newest jobs come first where the job board shows dates.

## `maxItems` (type: `integer`):

Maximum number of jobs to save in total, across all companies.

## `titleKeywords` (type: `array`):

Keep only jobs whose title contains one of these words or phrases, for example "engineer", "product manager" or "sales". Not case sensitive. Leave empty to keep all jobs.

## `excludeTitleKeywords` (type: `array`):

Skip jobs whose title contains one of these words, for example "intern" or "senior".

## `locations` (type: `array`):

Keep only jobs whose location or country contains one of these, for example "London", "Germany", "New York" or "US".

## `remoteOnly` (type: `boolean`):

Keep only jobs marked as remote (by the job board, or by the word "remote" in the location or title). Hybrid jobs are not included.

## `postedWithinDays` (type: `integer`):

Keep only jobs posted in the last N days. Jobs without a posting date are skipped when this is set.

## `departments` (type: `array`):

Keep only jobs whose department or team contains one of these, for example "Engineering", "Marketing" or "Sales".

## `includeDescription` (type: `boolean`):

Add the full job description as plain text. On Workday this needs one extra request per job, so turning it off makes big runs much faster.

## `includeDescriptionHtml` (type: `boolean`):

Add the original HTML of the description next to the plain text, with headings, lists and links.

## `descriptionMaxLength` (type: `integer`):

Cut the plain text description after this many characters to keep the dataset small. Leave empty for the full text.

## `proxyConfiguration` (type: `object`):

Not needed. Workday job boards are public.
