## Pricing

from $0.50 / 1,000 products

This Actor is paid per event. You are not charged for the Apify platform usage, but only a fixed price for specific events.
Since this Actor supports Apify Store discounts, the price gets lower the higher subscription plan you have.

## What's an Apify Actor?

An Actor is a serverless cloud program that runs on the Apify platform. It has two run modes.
In Batch mode, an Actor accepts a well-defined JSON input, performs an action which can take anything from a few seconds to a few hours,
and optionally produces a well-defined JSON output, datasets with results, or files in key-value store.
In Standby mode, an Actor provides a web server which can be used as a website, API, or an MCP server.

Apify vocabulary and the platform model are defined once, in the agent quickstart at https://apify.com/agents.md.

## How to integrate an Actor?

If asked about integration, you help developers integrate Actors into their projects.
You adapt to their stack and deliver integrations that are safe, well-documented, and production-ready.

Do not guess an integration path. Every one of them is in the agent quickstart at https://apify.com/agents.md: the Apify MCP server, Agent Skills with the Apify CLI, the JavaScript and Python clients, the REST API, and the account-free path for an agent with no human to sign in. It also carries the rule on stating cost before the first paid run.

For examples already wired to this Actor's own input schema, see the [API](#api) section below.

Each client library has reference documentation the quickstart does not restate: [JavaScript/TypeScript](https://docs.apify.com/api/client/js/docs.md) (`npm install apify-client`) and [Python](https://docs.apify.com/api/client/python/docs.md) (`pip install apify-client`).

# README

## WooCommerce Product Scraper: Prices, Stock and Ratings

**Export the product catalog of any WooCommerce store:** names, SKUs, regular and sale prices, currency, stock status, categories, tags, star ratings, review counts, images, descriptions and attributes. Paste store URLs, press Start and download the results as a spreadsheet, JSON or CSV. **$0.80 per 1,000 products.**

The scraper reads the **WooCommerce Store API** (`/wp-json/wc/store/v1/products`), the public read-only interface WooCommerce exposes so storefronts and apps can show the catalog to shoppers. No login, no admin API and no keys from the store owner. Older stores and sites without pretty permalinks are handled automatically.

### What can this WooCommerce scraper do?

- **Scrape whole catalogs** from many stores in one run.
- **Limit to a category** (slug, name, or a `/product-category/<slug>/` URL) or **search** with the store's own product search.
- **Get correct prices:** minor units converted properly (1899 becomes 18.99; JPY stays whole), with sale price, discount percentage and price ranges for variable products.
- **Track stock:** in stock, out of stock, on backorder, and low-stock counts where the store shows them.
- **Collect images, attributes and descriptions** (description length adjustable).

### What data do you get?

`store`, `productId`, `name`, `slug`, `url`, `type`, `sku`, `price`, `regularPrice`, `salePrice`, `priceMin`, `priceMax`, `currency`, `currencySymbol`, `onSale`, `discountPercent`, `stockStatus`, `stockText`, `lowStockRemaining`, `purchasable`, `categories`, `tags`, `averageRating`, `reviewCount`, `imageUrl`, `imageCount`, `images`, `shortDescription`, `description`, `attributes`, `variationCount`.

### Who uses it?

- **Brands and retailers** monitoring competitors' prices, markdowns and stock.
- **Manufacturers and distributors** checking how resellers list and price products (MAP monitoring).
- **Marketplaces, affiliates and comparison sites** building and refreshing listings.
- **Agencies and analysts** auditing a catalog for missing SKUs, images or categories.

### How to use it

1. Click **Try for free** (or **Start**).
2. Paste **WooCommerce store URLs** (home pages or domains).
3. Set **Maximum products per store** and, optionally, a category or search term.
4. Run it and export to Excel, CSV or JSON.
5. Schedule it daily and compare `price`, `onSale` and `stockStatus` with yesterday's run.

```
### How much does it cost?
**$0.80 per 1,000 products** ($0.0008 each), plus a $0.00005 start fee per run.
| You scrape | You pay |
|---|---|
| A 300-product store | $0.24 |
| 5 competitor stores, 2,000 products each | $8.00 |
| Daily price check of 1,000 products for a month | $24.00 |
Stores that are not WooCommerce, or that disable or block the Store API, are skipped and not charged.
**Volume discounts on higher Apify plans.** The prices above are for the Apify Free plan. On paid plans the per-result price drops automatically: about 15% lower on Bronze, 25% lower on Silver and 38% lower on Gold and above.
### Use it via API, Make, Zapier, n8n or an AI agent
**Apify API.** Start a run and get the results back in one HTTP request (replace `YOUR_API_TOKEN` with the token from Apify Console > Settings > Integrations):
```bash
curl -X POST "https://api.apify.com/v2/acts/plotpointtech~woocommerce-store-product-scraper/run-sync-get-dataset-items?token=YOUR_API_TOKEN" \
  -H "Content-Type: application/json" \
  -d '{"startUrls": ["https://www.nalgene.com"], "maxProductsPerStore": 50, "searchTerm": "bottle", "descriptionMaxLength": 500}'
```
For longer jobs, start the run asynchronously and read the dataset when it finishes. Official `apify-client` libraries exist for Python and JavaScript; the **API** tab on this page has ready-made code.
**No-code automation.** Connect the tool to **Make, Zapier, n8n, Google Sheets, Slack, Airtable** or any webhook with Apify integrations, and use **Schedules** in Apify Console to run it hourly, daily or weekly.
**AI agents (MCP).** Give Claude, ChatGPT, Cursor, VS Code or any MCP-compatible agent direct access to this tool through the hosted Apify MCP server. Add this server URL to your client:
```
https://mcp.apify.com?tools=plotpointtech/woocommerce-store-product-scraper
```
The agent can then call the tool with the same input fields shown above and read the results.
### FAQ
**Is it legal to scrape WooCommerce stores?**
The tool reads only public product data that the store's own Store API serves to every shopper, without logging in. Scrape stores and use the data in ways permitted by each store's terms and the laws that apply to you.
**How do I know if a site uses WooCommerce?**
Just add it: non-WooCommerce sites are skipped with a note in the log. Our Website Tech Stack Detector can also tell you which platform a site runs.
**Are prices the same customers see?**
They are the store's default prices for a guest shopper. Plugins that change prices per country, customer group or after login are not reflected.
**Does it work for Shopify stores?**
No, this tool is for WooCommerce only.
**Can I get exact stock quantities?**
Only when the store chooses to show "low stock" numbers.
