## Pricing

from $0.56 / 1,000 job postings

This Actor is paid per event. You are not charged for the Apify platform usage, but only a fixed price for specific events.
Since this Actor supports Apify Store discounts, the price gets lower the higher subscription plan you have.

## What's an Apify Actor?

An Actor is a serverless cloud program that runs on the Apify platform. It has two run modes.
In Batch mode, an Actor accepts a well-defined JSON input, performs an action which can take anything from a few seconds to a few hours,
and optionally produces a well-defined JSON output, datasets with results, or files in key-value store.
In Standby mode, an Actor provides a web server which can be used as a website, API, or an MCP server.

Apify vocabulary and the platform model are defined once, in the agent quickstart at https://apify.com/agents.md.

## How to integrate an Actor?

If asked about integration, you help developers integrate Actors into their projects.
You adapt to their stack and deliver integrations that are safe, well-documented, and production-ready.

Do not guess an integration path. Every one of them is in the agent quickstart at https://apify.com/agents.md: the Apify MCP server, Agent Skills with the Apify CLI, the JavaScript and Python clients, the REST API, and the account-free path for an agent with no human to sign in. It also carries the rule on stating cost before the first paid run.

For examples already wired to this Actor's own input schema, see the [API](#api) section below.

Each client library has reference documentation the quickstart does not restate: [JavaScript/TypeScript](https://docs.apify.com/api/client/js/docs.md) (`npm install apify-client`) and [Python](https://docs.apify.com/api/client/python/docs.md) (`pip install apify-client`).

# README

## Workday Jobs Scraper: Any myworkdayjobs.com Career Site

**Get the open jobs from any company's public Workday career site.** Paste one or more career-site addresses such as `https://nvidia.wd5.myworkdayjobs.com/NVIDIAExternalCareerSite` and get one clean record per job: title, locations, remote type, posting date, requisition ID, time type, job link, full description and, where the employer publishes it, the pay range. **$0.90 per 1,000 jobs.**

Thousands of large employers (manufacturers, banks, hospitals, retailers, universities and tech companies) hire through Workday, so this covers a large share of enterprise jobs that never appear on Greenhouse- or Lever-style boards.

### What can this Workday scraper do?

- **Scrape any myworkdayjobs.com site**, including `wdN.myworkdaysite.com/recruiting/...` addresses, locale paths and links to single jobs.
- **Search** with each site's own search box (for example `data engineer`, `nurse`).
- **Go past Workday's 2,000-job limit** automatically by continuing category by category.
- **Keep only new jobs** with "Posted within (days)".
- **Extract pay ranges** from the posting text (common for US, Canadian and some EU postings).
- **Combine with other ATS data:** field names match our Greenhouse, Lever & Ashby Jobs Scraper.

### What data do you get?

| Field | Meaning |
|---|---|
| `company`, `companySlug`, `ats` | Workday tenant (e.g. `nvidia`), `tenant/site`, always `Workday` |
| `title`, `jobId`, `requisitionId` | Job title, posting ID and requisition number |
| `location`, `locations`, `locationsText`, `country` | Primary and all locations, two-letter country code |
| `remoteType`, `workplaceType`, `isRemote` | The employer's label and a normalised Remote / Hybrid / On-site |
| `employmentType`, `timeType` | e.g. `Full time` |
| `postedAt`, `postedDateText`, `postedAtIsEstimate` | Posting date and the site's original text |
| `salaryMin`, `salaryMax`, `salaryCurrency`, `salaryPeriod`, `salaryText` | Pay range and the sentence it came from |
| `jobUrl`, `applyUrl`, `sourceSite` | Job page, apply link and career site |
| `description`, `hiringOrganization` | Plain-text description and legal hiring entity |

### Who uses it?

- **Recruiters and staffing agencies** watching target employers for new requisitions.
- **Sales and market-intelligence teams** using hiring activity as a growth signal.
- **Job boards and newsletters** listing roles from a curated set of large employers.
- **Analysts and investors** tracking headcount growth, new locations and pay.

### How to use it

1. Click **Try for free** (or **Start**).
2. Paste **Workday career sites** (open a company's careers page and copy the `myworkdayjobs.com` address).
3. Optionally add **Search text** and **Posted within (days)**.
4. Run it and export to Excel, CSV or JSON.
5. For alerts, schedule it daily with Posted within (days) = 1.

| You get | You pay |
|---|---|
| 100 jobs from 2 employers | $0.09 |
| 2,000 jobs from one large employer | $1.80 |
| 10,000 jobs | $9.00 |

Career sites that fail (wrong address, site offline) are logged, skipped and not charged.

### Use it via API, Make, Zapier, n8n or an AI agent

**Apify API.** Start a run and get the results back in one HTTP request (replace `YOUR_API_TOKEN` with the token from Apify Console > Settings > Integrations):

```bash
curl -X POST "https://api.apify.com/v2/acts/plotpointtech~workday-jobs-scraper/run-sync-get-dataset-items?token=YOUR_API_TOKEN" \
  -H "Content-Type: application/json" \
  -d '{"careerSites": ["https://nvidia.wd5.myworkdayjobs.com/NVIDIAExternalCareerSite", "https://salesforce.wd12.myworkdayjobs.com/External_Career_Site"], "searchText": "engineer", "maxJobsPerCompany": 50, "postedWithinDays": 7, "includeDescription": true}'
```

For longer jobs, start the run asynchronously and read the dataset when it finishes. Official `apify-client` libraries exist for Python and JavaScript; the **API** tab on this page has ready-made code.

**No-code automation.** Connect the tool to **Make, Zapier, n8n, Google Sheets, Slack, Airtable** or any webhook with Apify integrations, and use **Schedules** in Apify Console to run it hourly, daily or weekly.

**AI agents (MCP).** Give Claude, ChatGPT, Cursor, VS Code or any MCP-compatible agent direct access to this tool through the hosted Apify MCP server. Add this server URL to your client:

```
https://mcp.apify.com?tools=plotpointtech/workday-jobs-scraper
```

The agent can then call the tool with the same input fields shown above and read the results.

### FAQ

**Is it legal to scrape Workday job postings?**
The tool reads public career sites, using the same JSON data the career page loads in your browser, with no login, cookies or browser automation, and paces its requests. Follow each employer's terms if you republish listings.

**How do I find a company's Workday address?**
Open the company's careers page and click into the job search. If the address contains `myworkdayjobs.com`, paste it here.

**Why is department empty?**
Workday does not publish department in its public job list.

**Why is salary empty for some jobs?**
Pay ranges are only returned when the employer includes them in the posting text.

**Are posting dates exact?**
With descriptions on, yes (Workday's posting start date). With descriptions off, dates come from text such as "Posted 3 Days Ago"; "30+ Days Ago" is flagged as an estimate.

# Actor input Schema

## `careerSites` (type: `array`):

Addresses of companies' Workday job lists, e.g. https://nvidia.wd5.myworkdayjobs.com/NVIDIAExternalCareerSite. Locale parts (/en-US/) and job links on the same site are fine. wdN.myworkdaysite.com/recruiting/... addresses also work.

## `searchText` (type: `string`):

Optional keywords, searched by each career site's own search box (e.g. data engineer, nurse, Remote). Leave empty for all jobs.

## `maxJobsPerCompany` (type: `integer`):

Stop after this many jobs per career site. 0 = no limit (large employers can have several thousand).

## `includeDescription` (type: `boolean`):

Open each job to add the full description as plain text, exact posting date, all locations, remote type, country and any published pay range. Turn off for a faster list with title, first location, relative posted date and requisition ID only.

## `postedWithinDays` (type: `integer`):

Keep only jobs posted in the last N days. Leave empty for any date.

## `descriptionMaxLength` (type: `integer`):

Cut descriptions to this many characters. 0 = full text.

## `maxResults` (type: `integer`):

Stop after this many jobs in total across all sites.
