- The Actor starts with an example input (`example.com`) when run without
  input, as Apify's daily health check does.
- No longer reports a change that didn't happen. The previous build did in
  these cases: a pricing or careers page that failed to load (reported as
  all text removed, then all text added), DNS that failed on the first run,
  a technology seen through a different source, and a domain that went
  offline and came back.
- Two monitors whose names and domains ran together no longer share a
  snapshot. Snapshot keys changed, so each monitored domain's next run is a
  fresh baseline.
- A pricing or careers link that leads to another site (for example a
  hosted job board) is fetched but not compared.

- First release. Tracks a competitor's tech stack, MX/nameservers/SPF/domain-verification TXT records, and its pricing and careers pages, reporting what changed since the previous scheduled run. The first run for a domain is the baseline.
