- README only. A subdomain has no registration of its own, so like a `.de` row it cannot report `domain_expired` or `domain_expiring`. An empty `issues` list on such a row covers the certificate and email checks only. Nothing about results or billing changed.

- A DNS lookup the resolver could not complete (SERVFAIL, REFUSED) now makes the row free (`upstream_error`). Before, it was read as "no records", and the row was charged with `no_mx`, `spf_missing` and `dmarc_missing` that were never found.
- DKIM is no longer looked up. This Actor never reported it, and a failed DKIM lookup could make an otherwise complete row free.
- The README now says an empty `issues` list means healthy only on a `checked` row.
