## Pricing

from $1.40 / 1,000 linkedin company link founds

This Actor is paid per event. You are not charged for the Apify platform usage, but only a fixed price for specific events.
Since this Actor supports Apify Store discounts, the price gets lower the higher subscription plan you have.

## What's an Apify Actor?

An Actor is a serverless cloud program that runs on the Apify platform. It has two run modes.
In Batch mode, an Actor accepts a well-defined JSON input, performs an action which can take anything from a few seconds to a few hours,
and optionally produces a well-defined JSON output, datasets with results, or files in key-value store.
In Standby mode, an Actor provides a web server which can be used as a website, API, or an MCP server.

Apify vocabulary and the platform model are defined once, in the agent quickstart at https://apify.com/agents.md.

## How to integrate an Actor?

If asked about integration, you help developers integrate Actors into their projects.
You adapt to their stack and deliver integrations that are safe, well-documented, and production-ready.

Do not guess an integration path. Every one of them is in the agent quickstart at https://apify.com/agents.md: the Apify MCP server, Agent Skills with the Apify CLI, the JavaScript and Python clients, the REST API, and the account-free path for an agent with no human to sign in. It also carries the rule on stating cost before the first paid run.

For examples already wired to this Actor's own input schema, see the [API](#api) section below.

Each client library has reference documentation the quickstart does not restate: [JavaScript/TypeScript](https://docs.apify.com/api/client/js/docs.md) (`npm install apify-client`) and [Python](https://docs.apify.com/api/client/python/docs.md) (`pip install apify-client`).

## LinkedIn Company URL Finder – From Company Websites

Have a list of company websites and need each one's LinkedIn company page? Supply the domains or URLs and get the LinkedIn **company** profile URLs those sites actually link to: the link published on the site itself, not a search guess. You pay only for sites where a link was found. This is a site-link extractor, not a search engine or a LinkedIn verification service. It does not infer a company's profile when the site doesn't link one.

```json
{"domains":["heise.de","https://example.com/"]}
```

Each processed distinct site produces one dataset row with `domain`, `reasonCode`, `linkedinUrl` (a URL or `null`) and `pagesCrawled`. Domains and URLs are normalized (including `www.`); subdomains other than `www.` remain distinct. The Actor reads the homepage and up to three contact/about/team/imprint pages linked from it. It follows the homepage's redirect and may try `www.` if the apex fails. Only links shaped like `linkedin.com/company/<name>` count; personal profiles, schools, posts and share links do not. The URL is canonicalized; we do not check that the LinkedIn page still exists or belongs to the website owner. If several company links appear, only the first found is returned.

| `reasonCode` | Charged |
| --- | --- |
| `found` (company link observed) | yes |
| `not_found` (no company link in pages read; not proof one doesn't exist) | no |
| `blocked` (homepage returned 401, 403 or 429) | no |
| `unreachable` (homepage could not be read) | no |
| `invalid_domain` (not a usable website domain) | no |

Pay-per-event: **$0.002** per found site (`linkedin-company-link-found`); no start fee is configured. Up to 1,000 domains per run; repeated normalized sites produce one row and at most one charge. An unreadable extra page is skipped, so a found link on a readable page can still bill. Up to eight sites run concurrently; rows arrive in finish order, so join by `domain`. A charge cap stops new work; up to seven already-started sites can return uncharged rows. Inputs not started are omitted. Static HTML only: no browser rendering, search fallback or deeper crawl. Comments, scripts, templates and non-HTTP(S) links do not count. Each page is limited to 4 MiB and a 15-second deadline, including DNS, redirects and at most one retry per hop. Every hop validates all DNS addresses and pins a public IP; credentials, IP-literal targets and unsupported ports are refused. Unreadable or oversized extra pages are skipped. Results live in your Apify dataset.
