## Pricing

Pay per event

This Actor is paid per event. You are not charged for the Apify platform usage, but only a fixed price for specific events.

## What's an Apify Actor?

An Actor is a serverless cloud program that runs on the Apify platform. It has two run modes.
In Batch mode, an Actor accepts a well-defined JSON input, performs an action which can take anything from a few seconds to a few hours,
and optionally produces a well-defined JSON output, datasets with results, or files in key-value store.
In Standby mode, an Actor provides a web server which can be used as a website, API, or an MCP server.

Apify vocabulary and the platform model are defined once, in the agent quickstart at https://apify.com/agents.md.

## How to integrate an Actor?

If asked about integration, you help developers integrate Actors into their projects.
You adapt to their stack and deliver integrations that are safe, well-documented, and production-ready.

Do not guess an integration path. Every one of them is in the agent quickstart at https://apify.com/agents.md: the Apify MCP server, Agent Skills with the Apify CLI, the JavaScript and Python clients, the REST API, and the account-free path for an agent with no human to sign in. It also carries the rule on stating cost before the first paid run.

For examples already wired to this Actor's own input schema, see the [API](#api) section below.

Each client library has reference documentation the quickstart does not restate: [JavaScript/TypeScript](https://docs.apify.com/api/client/js/docs.md) (`npm install apify-client`) and [Python](https://docs.apify.com/api/client/python/docs.md) (`pip install apify-client`).

> (Mindestumsatz, Referenzen, Zertifikate, Versicherung, Personal, Bietergemeinschaft) — mit Begründung.

### What you get in 1 minute

- ✅ **Open tenders only** (no award notices), **Germany only**, straight from the official EU source TED
- ✅ **Eligibility verdict** per tender: `likely` · `unclear` · `no` — always with the reasons
- ✅ **Hurdles extracted from the notice:** minimum turnover, number of references, ISO 9001 / ISO 27001 / BSI C5 / TISAX,
  liability insurance, minimum staff, mandatory consortium, security clearance, penalties
- ✅ **Daily watch:** only tenders you have not seen before (`watchId`)
- ✅ **Relevance score 0–100** for your company profile, with `matchReasons`
- ✅ Optional **3-sentence AI summary** per tender with **your own** AI key

### Who uses it

| You are … | Typical setup |
|---|---|
| IT service provider / software agency | CPV `72000000`, keywords `Software`, `Wartung`, region `DE2` |
| Consultancy / training provider | CPV `79400000`, `80500000` |
| Cleaning / facility services | CPV `90910000`, `79993000` |
| Construction / trades | CPV `45000000`, region = your federal state |
| Bid manager / lead-gen agency | several watches, one per client (`watchId` per client) |

### Quick start: a daily tender alert in 2 minutes

1. Pick your **CPV code(s)** (e.g. `72000000` = IT services) and optionally a **region** (`DE2` = Bavaria).
2. Fill **Your company: keywords** (what you offer) and **Exclude keywords**.
3. Give the watch a name in **`watchId`**, e.g. `it-bavaria`.
4. Click **Schedule** → daily. Every morning you get only the new tenders, best matches first.
   Connect Apify's integrations (e-mail, Slack, Google Sheets, Make, Zapier) to have them delivered.

Example input:

```json
{
  "cpvCodes": ["72000000"],
  "regions": ["DE2"],
  "daysBack": 7,
  "maxResults": 50,
  "checkEligibility": true,
  "watchId": "it-bavaria",
  "profileKeywords": ["Software", "Wartung", "Webseite"],
  "excludeKeywords": ["Hardware-Lieferung"],
  "minRelevance": 30
}
```

### What it costs

You pay **only for tenders you receive**; your spending limit is always respected.

| Event | Price | Example |
|---|---|---|
| Tender (structured data) | $0.01 | 50 tenders ≈ **$0.50** |
| Tender with eligibility check (notice really read) | $0.03 | 50 checked tenders ≈ **$1.50** |
| AI summary (only with your own AI key) | $0.005 | 50 summaries ≈ **$0.25** |

A typical daily watch returns 0–10 new tenders → **a few cents per day**.

### Part of a chain

1. **Early signal:** [German Council Radar](https://apify.com/previsa/german-council-radar) – city councils discussing projects, often before a tender.
2. **Tender:** this tool.
3. **Funding:** [German Funding Radar](https://apify.com/previsa/german-funding-radar) – grants, loans and EU calls checked against your profile.

### FAQ

**Is this legal advice?** No. The verdict is a fast first filter. `unclear` means: read the tender documents yourself.

**Why are some tenders `unclear`?** Many buyers put the real requirements into separate documents. The actor
only says `likely` or `no` when the notice itself gives clear evidence.

**Does it work outside Germany?** Not yet — buyer country is fixed to Germany and the hurdle check reads German notices.

**What about personal data?** Contact persons, e-mails and phone numbers are never requested and are removed from all text fields.

### Input

| Field | Example | Notes |
|---|---|---|
| `cpvCodes` | `["72000000"]` | 8-digit CPV codes. Empty = all sectors. |
| `keywords` | `["Software", "Wartung"]` | Optional, German works best. |
| `regions` | `["DE2"]` | Optional NUTS codes (DE2 = Bavaria, DE26 = Lower Franconia). |
| `daysBack` | `7` | 1–30 days. |
| `maxResults` | `50` | Up to 300. |
| `checkEligibility` | `true` | Reads the notice PDF. |
| `smallBiddersOnly` | `false` | Hides tenders with hard blockers. |

### Output (one row per tender)

`title`, `buyerName`, `buyerCity`, `placeOfPerformance`, `cpvCodes`, `deadline`, `estimatedValueEur`,
`selectionCriteria`, `hurdles`, `smallBidderFit`, `blockers`, `openQuestions`, `url`, `pdfUrl`, `source`.

```json
{
  "title": "Confidential Computing-fähige Server",
  "buyerName": "Fraunhofer-Institut AISEC",
  "deadline": "2026-10-26",
  "smallBidderFit": "unclear",
  "blockers": [],
  "openQuestions": ["Financial ratio required — check the documents"],
  "url": "https://ted.europa.eu/en/notice/-/detail/667493-2026"
}
```

### Pricing (pay per event)

- `tender` — one tender without eligibility check
- `ai-summary` — only if you add your own AI key and a summary was created
- `tender-checked` — one tender with eligibility check (only charged when the notice PDF was really read; otherwise the row is charged as `tender`)

You only pay for rows you receive. Your spending limit is always respected.

### Good to know

- **Only open competitions** (no award notices), **only Germany** (buyer country DEU). The hurdle check
  understands German notice texts.
- **Personal data is kept out as far as possible:** contact-person, e-mail, phone and fax fields are never
  requested from TED. In all text fields, e-mail addresses, phone numbers and "Herr/Frau/Ansprechpartner + name"
  patterns are removed. Free text written by the buyer can still mention people in other ways — treat the
  output like the public notice it comes from.
- **Not legal advice.** The verdict is a quick filter. `unclear` means: read the tender documents yourself.
- Polite to the source: PDFs are downloaded one at a time; if TED says "too many requests", the actor stops
  and tells you instead of retrying.
