- Bulk domain age + WHOIS lookup actor backed by IANA-bootstrapped RDAP with port-43 WHOIS fallback for ccTLDs.
- Input normalization: accepts bare domains, URLs, `www.`-prefixed, mixed case, and IDN/punycode; dedupes after normalization.
- RDAP path (RFC 9082 / 9083) with 2-attempt exponential backoff on transient errors.
- WHOIS port-43 fallback covering `.de`, `.ru`, `.cn`, `.jp`, `.kr`, `.it`, `.br`, `.es`, `.pl`, `.nl`. Each TLD parsed by a registry-specific handler (`denic`, `jprs`, `kisa`, `standard`).
- Output fields: `domain`, `ageDays`, `ageYears`, `registrationDate`, `expirationDate`, `lastUpdatedDate`, `registrar`, `registrarIanaId`, `registrarAbuseContact`, `nameservers`, `status`, `eppStatusCodes` (~24 ICANN codes with label + explanation), `dnssec`, `secureDns`, `registrant` (when not redacted), `lookupMethod`, `error`, `checkedAt`, optional `rawRdap` and `rawWhois`.
- Configurable `maxConcurrency` (default 10, cap 50), `timeoutMs` (default 15000), `includeRawRdap`, `disableWhoisFallback`.
- Pay-per-event pricing parity with the source actor: $0.035 per run (synthetic `actor_start`), $0.001 per **unique normalized** `domain_checked`. Invalid/empty inputs are not charged.
- 76 unit tests covering input normalization, IANA bootstrap (live + fallback paths), RDAP fetch retries + parsing, WHOIS parsers for all four registry shapes, EPP-code expansion, record formatting, orchestrator concurrency, and charge module.
