## Pricing

from $1.00 / 1,000 results

This Actor is paid per event. You are not charged for the Apify platform usage, but only a fixed price for specific events.
Since this Actor supports Apify Store discounts, the price gets lower the higher subscription plan you have.

## What's an Apify Actor?

An Actor is a serverless cloud program that runs on the Apify platform. It has two run modes.
In Batch mode, an Actor accepts a well-defined JSON input, performs an action which can take anything from a few seconds to a few hours,
and optionally produces a well-defined JSON output, datasets with results, or files in key-value store.
In Standby mode, an Actor provides a web server which can be used as a website, API, or an MCP server.

Apify vocabulary and the platform model are defined once, in the agent quickstart at https://apify.com/agents.md.

## How to integrate an Actor?

If asked about integration, you help developers integrate Actors into their projects.
You adapt to their stack and deliver integrations that are safe, well-documented, and production-ready.

Do not guess an integration path. Every one of them is in the agent quickstart at https://apify.com/agents.md: the Apify MCP server, Agent Skills with the Apify CLI, the JavaScript and Python clients, the REST API, and the account-free path for an agent with no human to sign in. It also carries the rule on stating cost before the first paid run.

For examples already wired to this Actor's own input schema, see the [API](#api) section below.

Each client library has reference documentation the quickstart does not restate: [JavaScript/TypeScript](https://docs.apify.com/api/client/js/docs.md) (`npm install apify-client`) and [Python](https://docs.apify.com/api/client/python/docs.md) (`pip install apify-client`).

# README

## Leads Finder

Find business contacts by job title, location, industry and company size. Each run collects leads and saves them to the dataset, ready to download as JSON, CSV or Excel.

### How to start

1. Open the Actor and go to the **Input** tab.
2. Set **Number of leads** (how many contacts you want).
3. Add any filters you need. Leave a filter empty to ignore it.
4. Click **Start**.
5. When the run finishes, open the **Output** tab to view or download your leads.

### Filters

| Group | Options |
|---|---|
| Contact name | First name, last name |
| Role and seniority | Job titles, titles to skip, seniority level, seniority to skip, job function, functions to skip |
| Company size | Employee size ranges |
| Contact location | Country, state |
| Company location | Country, state, city, postal codes |
| Industry and keywords | Industry, website keywords, SIC codes |
| Revenue | Annual revenue range |
| Specific companies | List of company websites (up to 100) |

### Continue from where you left off

Results come in pages of 100 leads. When a run ends, the log and status message show the next page to use, for example:

> Pages 1-12 collected. To continue, run again with "Start page" = 13.

To keep going, run the Actor again with the **same filters** and set **Start from page** to that number. Pages before it are skipped and not charged.

Use the same filters each time. If you change them, the page numbers will no longer line up.

### Output

Each lead includes:

- **Contact:** name, first name, last name, work email, all emails, phone numbers, job title, LinkedIn, address, city, state, country
- **Company:** name, website, phone, year founded, industry, industries, headcount, revenue, LinkedIn, Twitter, address, city, state, country, SIC code

Duplicate leads are removed automatically.

### Free plan

Free accounts can collect up to 100 leads per month. Paid accounts have no monthly lead limit.

### Tips

- Start with a small **Number of leads** to test your filters.
- Too few results? Remove a filter or two.
- Add a country with job titles for more relevant contacts.
